my order was wrong but its because the guy who made it was lackluster and unfocused. morgan was a nice cashier. layout is cute, wont be back anytime soon.

This was my first experience here in a long time. I created my own Warm Bowl. So dang GOOD! The pesto was CRAZY GOOD!!! The veggies were nice and fresh. I got the infused water with lemon and ginger. Heaven!! My driver was delightful and went above and beyond for me. I did tip him extra. Kindness is always appreciated.

The place looks quite tidy and well maintained. Portion sizes are very generous, but the avocado sauce was too tangy for me but the chicken and other vegetables were quite good and tasty. A good place.

I did not enjoy my bowl at all, online ordering on my phone was ok , I made an account and was given $5.00 off so that was great but overall the taste of my bowl was unsatisfying and unexpected…

New favorite healthy food spot! I’ve tried the salad bowl, warm bowl, and wrap and all have been very good. Cooked well and fresh. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. The establishment was clean every time I went in and the workers were friendly/helpful. Will be recommending to friends and eating there more often!

I must say, the food was very delicious. The reason I am giving this restaurant 3 stars is because of the cleanliness of their employees.

Update 10.23.2023 Much better experience with the Cali bowl this time around. I usually get a salad, but today, I thought I would try the Cali bowl. Was disappointed with the amount of food in the bowl, looked scarce, and definitely didn't look like the photos online. The person who took my order was friendly and the store looked clean.

The name says it all!!! Healthy and fresh ingredients. The service was also fast and everyone were friendly. This is a good place for fast healthy meals.

Great menu options for all eaters but a little pricey. Stir fry zoodles were great. Rise and shine with tofu comes with guacamole. Super food with tofu has all the essentials for a healthy lunch. Sodas are even better than average made with real cane sugar.

This is right up my ally! All items on the menu are gluten free and they are super allergy friendly. I got the comfort bowl and added chicken and also go the kale and apple smoothie. They use almond milk in their smoothies and the pesto has almonds. This place was awesome!! Definitely will be coming back and wish we had one of these in Colorado Springs :)

Horrid experience, as it was completely empty on a Monday at noon in a super busy USF business district. Should have taken the hint but was pressed for time unfortunately. Ordered a pita with citrus chicken that was around $12 which should be worth $5 or less as it was tasteless and the chicken seemed to be old and of dark meat. The employees were cursing loudly at each other and one of them decide to go out to smoke right in front of the entrance. Real class of people that the employer has hire for his establishment. Everything seemed to be overpriced which would be fine if the quantity and most especially the quality was up to par with the price point. It is not. Not even close. Sad really, because I do recall when they first opened a few years back as it being decent and health oriented establishment. However, this last experience will unfortunately be the last one for me. It really deserves a “Zero” star review for shameful display of employee behavior.

The bowls we got we're delicious, both of them. For mine, I created my own and chose the quinoa and brown rice as my bases. I was surprised when I got my bowl by how well-seasoned and tasty those 2 things are on their own; for example, you can really taste the lemon flavor from the first bite. I chose the avocado dressing and the Impossible meat and it was fantastic. Also the portions were enough for 2 meals, we definitely took our leftovers to go. The lemonade was also really good and the vegan chocolate chip cookies are excellent! (very soft and chewy, very satisfying) And I don't want to forget to mention that the customer service was extremely pleasant. The young lady at the register was very sweet and she had a very sweet smile to go with it. Highly recommend this place!

The wrap is huge! I could taste the how fresh the ingredients are. It was a good, healthy lunch. The vibe was a little off though… the place was empty when I grabbed my lunch at noon and something about it wasn’t necessarily “inviting”.

Healthy and tasty food!! I have dined in, picked up and had food delivered from So Fresh and every time it has been excellent. Best “fast food” ever- they do all the work to make a delicious meal very easy for you to enjoy. Try it you’ll be satisfied and feel healthier!

NOT SO FRESH... ordered a bowl with chicken and over half the chicken was gristle. Pathetic! Even McDonald's gives you better chicken and at half the price. Never will order from this joke of an establishment again.

It was my first time dining at SoFresh, the food was great and the service was great. However; I have one complaint, there was an associate there who was carrying her daughter the entire time standing behind the cashier being useless. She also had her baby’s car seat on top of the counter which I find to be highly unsanitary. The lack of decorum from her ruined my experience altogether. I’m not sure why she needed to constantly entertain her child behind the counter for all customers to see instead of being helpful and actually doing some type of work. Seems like she just wanted the attention of carrying her daughter around. On top of that she was breast feeding her daughter in visible view while the cashier was taking orders. I personally do not want to come back to this establishment unless this issue is resolved.

disappointing and overpriced. charging $4-6 extra for protein is a scam when you see the abysmal portion sizes. meat is dry and unseasoned and the veg are undercooked. any other restaurant in this plaza would be a better choice, don't waste your money

Worse so fresh I’ve ever been. The ONLY good location is the westshore one hands down. Came into this location with all the coworkers screaming, arguing, and cursing at each other. I told the worker we were going to leave ‘cause that bad energy goes right into the food they make. She of course convinced us otherwise so we ordered. Worse mistake ordering from here. I watched them make my order wrong and had to correct them whilst cooking. The food comes out to half the portion size of the westshore location. The protein was 4 little slivers of chicken. I felt so bad for my girlfriend that I just dumped my bowl into hers so she could at least have a decent meal. Whoever is the franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed. Even the grill is visibly disgusting from the counter. It’s sad ‘cause this is the nicest looking location. Whoever has the worse food and service

The custom bowl I order is always good at this location. And Sunday night's order was the best made yet, so my thanks to the man cooking that night. (My go to is zoodles with some combo of sweet potatoes, kale, broccoli, and cauliflower with salmon or tofu, feta, and avocado creme sauce).

First time here, but so disappointed. My salad had bad tomatoes that were mushy, cucumbers also mushy, and lettuce was mostly tinted red like it was going bad. My husband got the bbq bowl. This bowl said brown rice, but his had white rice. The chicken thigh meat was so hard and dry it was worse than Jerky. They were out of the chicken breast. SoFresh was just NOT fresh at all. The only decent thing we had, was a side of blackened salmon. Probably would have come back if the food was edible, but we threw most of it away.

First time visit. Service was fast and friendly. Order at the counter and the food is brought to you. I got a Poke Bowl with shrimp. The teriyaki sauce was good. I would have preferred it a bit more savory. The lemonade was on point. Tart and sweet.

SoFresh just like the name implies. Amazing customer interaction upon entering the store. Great atmosphere overall cleanliness good. Great place to work, employees seem happy. I will definitely will come back here at this establishment

The food wasn’t too bad but dang that place is dirty and grimy. Not sure when the hoods got cleaned last but stainless steel isn’t brown. Scuffs all over the walls, torn booths, sticky floors. Felt like a McDonald’s

Open, fresh layout with cute decorations and great, quality food. Bowls that are made from quality ingredients and made to order made lunch feel like a true treat. Quick table service and great options! Will definitely be returning for this comfort food

My mom recommended this place when we came into town. Our order was ready on time. The food was hot and delicious (and very fresh!). My boyfriend really enjoyed the kale apple smoothie he had with the custom quesadilla we split. No complaints. Highly recommend.
