I took down my negative review before because I thought they were getting better. Nope. Just happened to get lucky once. Since they closer inside often I have to go thru the drive thru and often wait ten- fifteen minutes for black coffee in a cup. SMH. I'm paying for a subscription, I'm going to get my coffee. Lol. This is the worse location for these issues too. Shame on Panera for allowing this.

This Panera served me rotten lettuce. What’s worse is that it was a delivery order, so we had to drive to take it back. I’m shocked, because I’ve never had a restaurant serve me actual rotten food before. No one noticed this when it was prepared and bagged? And have they been serving this lettuce to other people? Very concerning.

Hours say they’re open until 9:30 pm. Walked in to work on schoolwork around 8pm. Lights were on, doors were open, people were sitting at tables and there was no problem for around 30 min before I was approached and told they were closed. Mind you, the entire location was full of people. They said they were having a meeting and said that they closed at 7:00pm. I was then kicked out. Excuse me, but do you think it would be possible to either update your business hours online, or better yet leave a note on the door? Honestly, the situation was immensely awkward. I’d also like to say whoever was in charge of notifying customers of said meeting is a lazy degenerate who couldn’t be bothered to leave a sign on the door to save people from such an experience. I hope gum gets stuck in your hair. Peace and love and happy Juneteenth.

Unfortunately, production goes up but quality and attention to detail goes down as time passes. I am not one to complain about food service for I myself have worked at a handful of restaurants. I completely understand the fast paced environments and demands and standards they require of a worker. However, I was very disappointed with the sandwich I received. I understand there is such a thing a portion control however I am eating just two thick slices of bread with a hint of chicken and tiny slice of avocado. Considering I paid almost $7 for my half sandwich that had only 1 modification and a cup of soup for almost $6 I find this upsetting.

Came in, no one was at the register till a line formed out the door. Ordered and got my meal very quickly. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it had less than 1/4 of the bread filled with the chicken salad sandwich.

Only customer in line. Ordered a breakfast sandwich (1st time), definitely not impressed. The sandwich, the egg looked liked a thin pancake (poured egg?), not hot, sausage was ok, bread was the best part. Would not buy again. Asked for a cup of water, small tiny cup was given, was told a larger cup was three dollars ($3), my response was really.....I had just donated my change for a a charity they had on the counter. Received the larger cup, but was not given willingly. Asked for mayo, counter employee said it was in the condiment area, was not......when I did ask another employee, employee used a squeeze container, mayo would not come out when squeezed, so employee banged the tip on the prep board.....numerous times. Eventually came out. My initial visit to Panera, definitely not the best.

Food was good as usual. same quality as other locations. But the carpeted areas (majority of restaurant) have an extremely pungent smell of wet socks, which was an extreme turn off from our meal. Time to call a carpet cleaner!

Spent $31 for 2 chicken sandwiches a one drink. The Sandwiches were cold Luke warm at best. It was the worst most expensive lunch I have ever had. Totally disappointed. For $31 the food should of st least been hot.

I had not been to Panera Bread in years. The staff was very friendly. The inside was clean but I did not visit the restroom. Our food was made quickly as we had a to go order. The presentation was good but the taste of the food was average. I have to say the macaroni and cheese is really really good but for the price in my opinion the serving needs to be larger. I think most people will enjoy the food but it is a little pricy.

Gone down hill. Over $30 on cold watery soup. Our salads were decent. The workers were mispronouncing my name so I didn’t know my order was up. Unfortunately not going back.

I’m really not too big of a fan of Panera Breads in general but this location, is hands down the best!! This is my go to place to meet at for a short meeting or to use my computer for work. Always great service and food comes out the way it’s intended to.

Eaten here a dozen times, this time the soup was watery and very low flavor. Two different kinds! Would have gone back for a refund, but, letting others know instead. Maybe taste it before you leave?

At 730 in the morning, tables and floors dirty. Out of Almond milk and half and half at the coffee. Person taking order only spoke to answer a question, "no". Person who filled food order was curt at best. My bagel sandwich was very good, coffee was Luke warm. $11 for bagel sandwich and coffee. So sad.

I will never give my money to Panera again. I ordered soup and a half of a chicken salad sandwich. The half sandwich looked huge. I decided to only eat the chicken salad. I opened the 1/2 sandwich. It had two full thick slices of tomato. A nice piece of lettuce and what couldn't have been a tablespoon of chicken salad. I'll stick to chicken salad chicks. The two young ladies working behind the counter were delightful..

Love this store! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Panera food is always delicious, and this store is no exception. My order is always correct, and if I have any questions the staff are happy to help. The dining room is spacious enough for a good amount of people - plenty of booths, and plenty of natural light as well. Great place to grab a bite or hang out and study/work.

Love the food and people are great. Love the charged drinks, better than a red bull and the taste makes it hard to decide. Only issues had is when modifying food they tend to miss the modification, so always check before you leave.

The service was bad. The young man took our order was confused about the deal he was trying to sell us. And when he got the manager she confuse us worse than we were thinking. So my food set on the counter and they didn't let us know, because the guy had wrong name on the order. So pur fool was cold. Small food for high price. Ne er going again

I appreciate when you purchase a drink you receive a pastry for $1.00, I’ve ordered from Panera Bread all over Tampa. I’ve never seen a cinnamon bun that looks like this. I wish I kept the piece of bread they tried to give me. Please take your time baking your pastry’s. I look forward to eating a nice warm freshly baked pastry.

$6 for 3 bites of mac n cheese. Sandwich looked like it was thrown at the wall before being given to me at the drive thru. Not worth the high price for 6 bites of food.

Friendly service (I used the drive-thru), the flatbread was delicious, the autumn squash soup was THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! I will be back for more of that! The only disappointment was the iced tea which tasted like it was on the verge of being too old to sell. It's always a crapshoot to purchase iced tea anywhere so I almost expect it.

Check your order before leaving. Paneras in general have slipped in quality and this one is no exception. However, whenever I’ve had an issue and brought it up to them they’ve made it right and usually offer a free pastry or something for the hassle.

Not impressed with the portion size of my take out order. Have to admit, I haven’t had Panera in a while, so I was looking forward to the warm Mediterranean bowl that I ordered. To my despise, I got home to open the food & found the portion size to potentially fill an 8 year old. This place is too pricey for these tiny portions. Feel like I got cheated and overpayed.

Not enough bacon! The service was good and the food was tasty. But the sandwich had only two pieces of the smallest bacon strips I’ve ever seen. With the prices so high it’s a little unreasonable for them to skimp on the bacon in my opinion.

The staff was super friendly in the front But at the back counter where you pick up the food the staff didn't seem too friendly. All I ordered was a strawberry smoothie and honestly it was terrible. I've had a better one from McDonald's if that tells you anything. I think I will make my own at home from now on. The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms. I may go back to try food next time but as for ordering a smoothie from there I will never order one again. I was very disappointed.

Service was fast and easy, used the tablet to order and it was perfect! I had gone there after I got out of class to catch up on schoolwork and it was the perfect place to do it. Will be back!

They need help! Please fill out an application! Having said all that this is a very well run Panera. I have never had any issues with catering, carry out or even ding there. Keep up the good work! They have to close early sometimes because of staffing issues..so please if you know someone who needs a job inquire within. ) No I don't work here, just visit a lot)

We just got the bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta…photo speaks for itself. It’s sad because I’ve always loved this breakfast sandwich! I’m not sure if this is a reflection on inflation or just laziness amongst the workers that prepared these this morning. Very disappointed

I wouls give it 0 starts if possible. They do not tell you there is no online ordering available after you have selected everything in your order and are on your way to the restaurant already. When you tried to check out, then there's a message they are not taking online orders. Since I was already close to the restaurant I decided to place the order inside. Guess what? They are not taking orders inside, only carry- out. But then again, they are not taking online orders...

Paid for extra bacon and this is what I got 😢. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked for them to fix it. The chai latte was really good though!

This location always has an issue, run out of decaf for other coffee flavors, changes hours due staff shortage but the worst is that they close the dinning area even for online pick up so you have to go in the drive thru that takes forever. Pannera Bread, that’s why I order online pick up, to get it fast. Terrible service.

They always forget something at this location forgot my chicken on my Caesar salad! 😡

We ordered to-go via the Panera Bread app. It was so simple to complete and the order was ready within 10-minutes. I got the Baja Bowl with Chicken and it was very delicious; it also felt very healthy to eat. My partner got the Greek Goddess Salad and Turkey Chili as part of a Pick 2 deal.
