I came through the drive thru at 4:38am and was greeted by the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I already felt bad enough going in the middle of the night because, I get it, no one wants to work during the night. But she could not have been ruder. Kaiya (the girl who serviced me) was very short with me and had the worst attitude especially when I pulled up to the window. She greeted me with the price of my items and kept groaning and moaning every time I said something. I felt horrible about adding donuts to the order that I was going to personally tip her. But no way was that happening with the way she treated me. I literally had to say SORRY to her because I felt bad. I should not be the one apologizing for when SHE forgot MY donuts and then of course got upset with me when I asked for them. Like??? Just do your job? You don’t have to smile at me or anything but just don’t be rude!!! I didn’t do anything to this girl! I honestly just hope she finds her inner peace lol.

To the manager of the store Veronica your people skills are absolutely horrible I don’t know who hired you! But Dunkin should fire you and the person that hired you! I know you’re a horrible manager because your employees underneath you can’t even make a cup of coffee correct!!! (Coffee cups always leaking)

I get coffee here every morning. I put my order in and then nothing. I said hello multiple times for 5 minutes, and nobody responded in the drive thru. I go to the window and they tell me the speaker is working, and I have to go back in line. Going to Starbucks

Management and organization is very much needed at this location. Coffee is always watered down and services is super slow unless you go into the drive thru. I only come here because it is close to my job but I think this location has left a bad taste in my mouth to many times for me to comeback again. Also no friendly service at all usually.

Went to this location Saturday, November 27th because it was the only 24 hour DD. Walked in about 9:45pm and there were two employees working. Not one acknowledged myself or my daughter. I stood in front of the counter on the order side patiently waiting. One employee was changing the trash right in front of us, no gloves nothing. We stood there as she spoke to the other employee and completely ignored us. As I stood there with my daughter clearly the only two customers in the store. We were still not greeted, acknowledged, nothing. After about 5 minutes she said you have to order at the pick up side. I said ok and moved over to the pick up side where the other employee was. She also made no acknowledgement and turned her back to the drive thru. A third employee walked in while we were waiting, he also never spoke or acknowledged us. At that point I decided to leave before I said something rude and inappropriate. Also, I noticed not one donut on the shelf. So why they are open 24 hours I have no idea. The Krispy Kreme down the street had a line around the corner and now I know why. It’s ok they obviously didn’t want or value my business so not only will they not get my money, but I’ll leave this review as well so others will know just to go to another DD in Tampa or if it’s after hours, try Krispy Kreme.

They're dishonest. They overcharge in the drive-thru because they don't pay attention to which order is next, then try to tell you your order is the same price. For iced coffee, they pack the cups full of ice & you get very little coffee. If you go, I'd definitely recommend asking them to read your order before paying them...

This is ridiculous. I don’t have much words to say, but do better. People are paying over $5 for drinks and this is the service you give them?

unfortunately, service at almost every Dunkin I visit is seriously poor. drive thru order, 1 hot coffee/4 creams, 1 iced tea/4 pink sweetener. got the coffee right, but the tea had no sweetener despite it being on the label. makes me so irritated I wish I had the $ to buy a franchise to run properly.

More recently, same issues except they can't count to 8. Paid for 8 snackin' bacon strips, received 6. Hash browns were so overcooked, this time they were crusty black. Once again coffee was not made as requested. Btw, coffee grounds are not supposed to make it into my cup, tyvm. Sheesh! Previous comments: It truly isn't difficult to prepare coffee properly, when the customer tells you how much cream and sugar by number of pumps. And when the cup itself has a sticker announcing those specifications. So, why is it my coffee wasn't made correctly at all? Also, note to Dunkin management... it may be faster to precook the snackin bacon & hash browns, so that you clear the drive-thru timer quickly. But room temperature, overcooked, very crunchy hash browns & slightly cold bacon - from the refrigerator, I surmise - is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination.

I went through drive thru to place an order and whoever took it was rude AF and sounded like they have no home training. I got to the window the female looked like she smoked something. Once I left I tasted the coffee and it was horrible, therefore I threw the donuts and sandwiches away. I will advise all the big companies downtown to try and find another Dunkin. Customer Service means a lot and that store needs to train the weekend morning crew immediately or get rid of them!!!!!!

Second time now that I've received a croissant that tastes like chemical of some sort. Like legitimately tastes like cleaning supplies. I've recieved breakfast from here that doesnt taste that way so something is definitely wrong. I'd stay far far away from this location if you can.

Had a friend that worked there. They're rude and nasty, had a bad experience myself. Food is passable if you are hung over from a 3 day partying binge, bathrooms are disgusting. Imagine the food conditions. Trash.

The only reason this location got 1 star is because they've made my coffee right a few times and there are 1 or 2 hardworking individuals here. However, this location is very ghetto. A black lady named Sinaj or something similar is extremely ghetto. She has 0 customer service experience and at the very least should be scrubbing the toilets and floors. Definitely not providing customer service through the drive-thru window. She not only hung up in my face when I called the store but had a very nasty attitude in person at the window as well.

This place has the most unfriendly staff, I waited 5 mins before being asked for help an I was standing at the front counter. 4 employees walked past me, not one said hello or even asked if I have been helped. Everyone joked an laugh at videos on one employees phone. Please do better dunkin

So I’m on the phone with my cousin and she pulls up to the drive thru to order and cashier kaiya saids rudely : Are you ready or no?!! First of all don’t be disrespectful when taking someone order if you were having a bad day you could have stayed home. Or if you don’t like your job find another or stay home and collect unemployment. Don’t no one want to spend their hard working money with a disrespectful person. Didn’t even make her drink correctly ended up spending $5 on rude service and disgusting drink!! Get it together!!

TLDR: I got spoiled milk in my latte, and my orders are ALWAYS either missing an item or completely wrong. I have been coming to this dunkin' donuts for years now, and coming from a former barista I can completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen and everything gets very crazy behind the counter. I was starting to get annoyed with getting the wrong drink, or getting a "latte" made with almost No espresso and all milk. But when I started missing food items from my order, and today when I got a latte made with SPOILED MILK that made me throw up on the side of the road, I'm fed up. Something needs to change, because this is unacceptable and I will be urging everyone I know to never visit this dunkin again for these reasons.

This is my local DD; I’ve been coming here for three plus years. No more. Customer service and quality of product continue to deteriorate. And you get an attitude when you point out that your regular iced coffee is a cup of watered down milk with ice cubes and sugar, just awful. Homeless, dealers, and sketchy types infest the place outside. No longer an enjoyable place to be.

I came here to use the EVgo charger outside for my electric vehicle. I never entered the location, but several others waiting for the charger did. All were very happy with their purchase. Outside the electric vehicle charger is in a good easy to access location and the parking lot was clean. Plenty of people parking.

I realize this is fast food and standards are low but this is absurd. went here for breakfast and received a _burned_ breakfast sandwich, and the hash browns literally seemed to have been soaking in cold water After first being burned. never seen anything like it in my life.

Terrible experience. The service was SLOW and not friendly. He moved in slow-motion, barely uttered a word. We asked for 2 orders of avocado toast...after 10 min they told us the oven wasn't working - only because we kept asking. After another 10 min and repeatedly asking for our order we got weird soft bread, spread with the worst avocado spread ever. No trimmings, no taste, did not look at all like the picture or what I have had at other Dunkin Donuts. The owner of this Dunkin Donuts should look into what is going on there. There was NO ONE ELSE in the place and it took 20 min for our order which in the end was NOT up to par or what we ordered. The apple fritter was "old" as well..... There were at least 3 people working as far as we could tell.

There was one girl running it all on the 6th when I went to pick up 5 boxes of job & 7 dozen donuts....as one person until the second showed up, I think she was as fast and efficient as possible. Thank you

I just want people to know hey look I go to one specific dunkin'. Why, because they're the only ones that do a correct service. And treat me well they give me good coffee. I just don't like the fact that now Duncan is just a coffee place and not a donut anymore. It just used to be a place where you can get donuts around the clock and now you can't I mean you can't get the donuts you want anymore. I like the service, the food so so it's like any other Duncan. So I can't really rate that. I'm just giving it the best rating I can because that's what I feel is to me. And honestly I believe the ratings doesn't matter how much you pay. It's how you are treated and how much you pay. Because without customers there is no Duncan. So be careful about the questions that you asked because that could get you in a lot of trouble.

From the moment I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, I had a poor experience today at this location. The lady at the intercom immediately said “what can I get you” no welcome, hello nothing. I was taken back from that…but proceeded to order. I specifically asked for oat milk (it’s printed on my order sticker) however when I received my drink, I automatically knew it was whole milk due to the color. I alerted another lady and she argued that she made the drink and used oat milk. It didn’t taste or look like oat milk at all…I had to throw the drink away. $6 wasted, I order the same coffee all of the time I can tell the difference…the ladies didn’t care, they were too busy complaining about how their manager asked them to come into work when they had no childcare…

I’ve been at this location many times. The woman are all nice and pleasant, but there’s this one guy who works over night that always has an attitude. Either like your job or move along. I buy from Dunkin’s 2 times a day and I want a good customer experience and most of the time everyone is great but a few need to work on their level of customer service or just don’t work in a field you can’t handle. It’s how you speak to someone that goes along ways. It’s by your mannerisms and attitude you approach someone with. I won’t be back until this guy is gone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here multiple times and the employees SUCK!!! They are rude and have 0 customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor just by being there when it is their JOB! Do not go to this location!!! Whoever does the hiring should be fired as well! Never been anywhere with such a rude and lazy staff!!!

The only Dunkin that's open on my way to work where I can get coffee before 5am. Unfortunately it's hit or miss whether you get good service or someone short and rude. I now sit at another location parking lot until they open at 5 and dash to work just in time. More difficult but worth it.

So supposedly this location is supposed to be open 24 hours however they close and open up when they want to I find it very strange that every night I go there around 12:30 or 1 o'clock in the morning there is a cone in the middle of drive thru and they're closed and refuse to answer the door or answer any questions on why they are closed😡

Every time I walk into this place it is a new adventure. It seems very difficult for them to get an order right or to care about customers in the store... Primary concern seems to be on the drive-thru

SO SLOW! Worst Dunkin in Tampa. Doesn’t matter the time of day, they are ALWAYS backed up - both drive through and walk in. Every time I come here the drive though line is into the street, and if you go inside it’s not much better. I was just inside and the line of people waiting for their orders was massive, and the employees looked incredibly confused and overwhelmed. No one even acknowledged me waiting to order, even the person at the counter didn’t even look at me. And then you get trapped in their parking lot because the drive through line takes up the entire parking lot so you can’t pull out. I walked out and I won’t be back to this location.

I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam and a "pup cup" for my sphynx. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. No complaints per usual.

  • 2/5 Taranee J. 1 year ago on Google
2 stars are for the friendly workers. But inventory was terrible. No lemon-filled or Boston cream-filled donuts. No coffee with caramel. Property won't be back. Unless they have better variety.

  • 1/5 Ashley N. 1 year ago on Google
Food was still frozen when I took a bite and I literally only got 6 pieces of hashbrowns that were extremely burnt. I knew I should have went to Starbucks🙄 So many bad complaints, obviously you all need to higher some people with quality work ethics because these folks just cant get it right!!! Dunkin Donuts is paying people to stand around and look busy....no good... bad for business

  • 2/5 Bailey E. 1 year ago on Google
Avocado toast was shown on the menu with tomatoes but I didn’t get any on mine. Was absolutely smothered in everything bagel seasoning, which I didn’t ask for and no one asked me if I wanted it or not. Worst of all, the hash browns were inedible. You can tell it’s been far too long since the fryer has been cleaned. I’m grateful I don’t know how old that oil is because I’d probably throw up. Literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. 2 stars instead of 1 because the girl working the window was very nice.
