Ryan was awesome. Thank you for the good food. 10 may 2023 “updated below”. Update! As of 16 may 2023. The food was horrible. The salad was brown. The bread sticks were uncooked. The seafood Alfredo noodles were hard and the scallops and shrimp were burnt. Got food poisoning very shortly after.

Service was ok. Not as slow as it was when I visited 2yrs ago. We had the never-ending pasta bowl. The waitress had the nerve to make a joke about cutting us off. Let's just say I decided to take it as a joke but it was a bit rude and disrespectful. The fettuccine Alfredo was so good. The spaghetti with meat sauce was dry. Some sauce would have been nice. The Italian Margarita with a sidecar of amaretto was not good. It was watered-down.

We dined in for lunch today. The soup and salad is always good. We had the chance to try 2 different desserts. I really enjoyed the chocolate cheesecake. The service was amazing, the general manager Chris checked on us several times. Thanks again for making our family night great ❤️

Food tasted good service was terrible not many people inside and still took forever, ordered our food and came out with the items missing and charged me extra they solved the issue. But five dollars for this much chicken is obscured! Never eating at this location again don’t waste your time or money!!!!

I love eating it Olive Garden! This food is always consistently great! We went to Busch Gardens and we decided to sit down and have a nice dinner! Our server was fantastic! You couldn't ask for a better server! If I remember his name or find my receipt I will make sure I add an! The pumpkin cheesecake is to die for also! It was a day that I spent with my granddaughter so it's nice to end the evening on a pleasant note at a nice Restaurant

Our hostess/server was Alice. She was pleasant, hospitable, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, all the more because of Alice.

Shrimp Scampi with tomatoes, asparagus over angel hair pasta. The dish is light, not heavy and very tasty. It will need a little salt but other then that it was very good.

While in town for a conference, we decided to grab dinner at Olive Garden. It was not far from the venue (Yuengling Center), and we had a gift card. There were 5 in our party, and we were seated immediately. Our server arrived at the table very quickly and took our drink orders. When he returned, we placed our orders for our food. I opted for the Eggplant Parm, which comes with a side of spaghetti. Soon after, our salads, soups, and breadsticks were brought to the table. The food arrived in a decent amount of time and was piping hot! My Eggplant Parm was cooked perfectly; however, I would have liked to have had more marinara on the eggplant and the spaghetti. It all had good flavor, though, so I wasn't complaining! Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and was very friendly. Overall, this is a good location. The food is good, the bathrooms are clean, the parking lot is ample, and it's located close to the Yuengling center. I would visit again if I were in the area!

We came in on a Saturday early afternoon was not busy at all. Was seated right away however heard the waiters and waitresses complaining saying they were supposed to be working in different sections . In the meantime we were told our waitress would be right out to get our drink order. We waited 20 min for someone to finally come by and take our drink order , instead of going to get our drinks. She went over to a couple who had just sat down , took their drink order and came out with their drinks before us. We didn't order anything from the bar , very simple 4 sweet teas and a coke. 10 min later our drinks come and we wait for straws. We specifically were asked if we we'd like some bread sticks but didn't get them until she finally got to us to take our order. We were a party of 5 another couple came in after us and 2 ladies were finished with their meal in leaving so they defiantly were not busy or short handed saw plenty of people of front standing. Even walked over to the opposite side of the restaurant to see if maybe they were just busy , but just as I thought they had very few families but plenty of staff taking care of them . Not to mention a manager never came by to see how everything was but she was walking around trying to find or set up the self checkout device or whatever its called. The waitress brought our boxes and once again we waited for a bill. She even walked by and said is everything ok and we said yes we have been waiting for our bill for 20 minutes now and the lady said to my father in law we'll don't you have the device on your table and he said no we didn't however I have cash to pay , she rolled her eyes and said let me find your waitress. Just a reminder why we will not go back to this location. Wesley Chapel isn't far.

We went for the unlimited salad, breadsticks, and an entree for $9.99. It was nice and clean inside and we couldn't have asked for a better server. I believe her name was Rachel. She was super nice, checked on us a few times, and always brought more cheese with her. Our food was fresh as well. I'd recommend this branch(no pun intended) of olive garden.

Nice little restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, very nice staff. The restaurant is neat and tidy and smells wonderful. The staff is attentive, efficient, and prompt. The food is delicious. I had a creamy soup with chicken and dumplings and lasagna for lunch that were very tasty. They served some bread sticks before the meal, but no dipping sauce or butter (I did not ask if any was available as the delicious aroma of my soup made me forget everything else). Their menu offers coffees, tea, but not hot chocolate. It also offers some delicious desserts.

We came towards the end of the night and it wasn't a stand out experience. The salad had several huge chunks of yellow bitter lettuce, however the server brought us a much better bowl. The food was good other than that. I asked for breadsticks to go but our server disappeared so I left without them.

We love this Olive Garden!! I was looking forward to this dinner all day after losing my job earlier in the week and Nick from the Busch Blvd. location made our night! Super kind and on top of everything! We’ll be back soon ❤️

The food was great, the server was good. The cleanliness of the restaurant failed. First off, never seat people until the table is cleaned off. We were attempted to be seated at a table with trash all over the floor and table not wiped down yet. They cleaned it, but took a few minutes to do so. Probably short on help like everywhere else! Drinks were very good!

Service started out not so good, the host I think got a little frustrated when she seated us and I then asked for another table in another area. As my family are tall people 6'3 + we needed more leg and arm room. Our waiter Maria was very polite, however, the salad, bread and entrees took a little too long. Granted she was busy, as a waiter you have to get the salad and bread out to set the tune. The portions of our entrees were smaller than usual. However, the shift manager( Hayden) save the day. He replaced the meals with a healthy portion. His presence seems to change our attitudes. Thank you, Hayden, for your excellent customer service rescue and response! I tried to order through the app but for some reason I couldn't get past the payment page, so I went in. I waited over 5 minutes to be helped but the server was very pleasant. While waiting for my food I saw a pumpkin cheesecake. I'm not a pumpkin person but it looked really good. I shared it with a friend who loves dessert and said it was amazing. When I tasted the cheesecake, I no longer wanted to share. I will be back just for this cheesecake.

It was my Mom's birthday so wanted to take her out. I called to make a reservation for eight but they don't do reservations. So they told me to call one HR. Before you come,to make sure they have a table to set up. Ok, I did... Get there and we have to wait a half hr. Before getting seated,this is with two kids. Then we sit at a table that is long and half dark. So my mom pulls out a flashlight. Finally a really nice young man comes and gets our drink order. Everything is looking better now. Then he doesn't come back for awhile, finally drinks. Then we didn't order a appetizer because we are ready to order our entrees. Well dang, where did our nice waiter go? It was like 20 minutes later and we get bread sticks and salad and our soup, then before we are even half way done here is our entrees. The food was good and the waiter was very nice.

My chicken Parm was overcooked and my fettuccine Alfredo that I ordered with it came on spaghetti noodles, which was flavorless. The ziti was delicious though and I should have gotten that. Our salad had a lot of brown lettuce in it, which was a turn off. Our waitress was spectacular.

Food was just ok, service was excellent. Seated me in the bar area where I had to sit and listen to an unattended phone ring incessantly. The water that I ordered tasted so bad that even the lemon that came with it couldn't hide the taste. If they use it for their coffee and soft drinks, they probably don't taste the best either. Invest in a filter system or use purified water.

Loved it! Food was hot when needed and cold when needed! This should always be a top priority and it was here! My friend ordered the parm chicken! She said it was too salty and did exchange it for something else! She apologized to the chef for sending it back! Out of respect! Soup for her was hot! Great! Salad was fresh and crispy like it should be! Lasagna was great, as always! I really think the only problem we had was the water! Lol Sorry but it tasted like chlorine! Other than what was mentioned, we had a good waitress and anything that was unsatisfactory was corrected! Thank you!

Das Essen war soweit gut. Es waren ein paar alte salatblätter im Salat, diese habe ich aussortiert. Geärgert hat uns, daß ohne Abfrage 2,99dollar im tablet abgebucht werden nur weil unsere Tochter auf ein Spiel gedrückt hat und es nichtmal gespielt hat. Hier muß zwingend eine Abfrage kommen. Welche nur die Eltern eingeben können.

This location has very scattered service at best. They are very average at best to say the least. Our food took 40 minutes to deliver and it was not (for some unexplainable reason) as flavorful and satisfying as other Olive Garden locations. Ex... Brandon location is so much better at what they do than this location is. Not a horrible place and not inedible, but nothing special over average across the board...🤔😕😒

Horrible service, It starts with the table . We asked for booth table and she said they don't have one ,there was one available that just need to get cleaned. Ok fine, we got regular table. Waited 20 minutes till waitress came to ask what we're gonna drink and by this time we already knew what we wanted as a main meal too. For drinks we ordered just water and then we ordered soup and salad and one appetizer. Another 15 minutes passed and we still did not even got our water.. Little past 15 minutes we got our water and then another 20 minutes passed and we still did not had our appetizer and salad This is the first time I really got upset, got up and left. This is a message for the manager to straight things up with his waitresses!! She wasn't very pleasant either. Right away went to another Olive Garden and it took 13 minutes and we had everything on the table.Btw they were more busy then the one we left.

They have amazing drinks here. Delicious pastas soups and salads. Good customer service and a great atmosphere. I love going here whenever I get the opportunity and I've never had an issue. Customer service is always great and the food is always good who doesn't like Olive garden?

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy. The Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious, with perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, flavorful sauce. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The portions were generous, and the breadsticks and salad were a nice touch. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Convenient location for my family and I to meet, but not a great part of town, so it can be a little sketchy. The bathroom isn't the cleanest, and the service is just okay, especially since when we go, it's always a weekday, and they're pretty dead. Nothing so bad that we wouldn't go back, but it could be better for sure.

Went here with my family for my birthday, had pretty good food. My waiter was the reason for this review though, Eli was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most importantly funny. Good reviews are far and few between but this guy did such a good job I felt like I had to do something more.

The food here was great! We split an order and they split it onto separate plates for us, then dressed up each plate like it was a full meal! The breadsticks were piping hot and the soup was really good. We had the Chicken Alfredo with their crispy chicken on top and it's far better than the grilled option. Lots of seasoning and flavor. Our server was professional and courteous. Would definitely come back to this Olive Garden.

Honestly making this review just because of the manager Mari! I came in a few days ago with my mom, and had such a great experience I’m still thinking about it. She was so sweet with a great attitude, and very accommodating when we asked for a new salad. This Olive Garden may be one of the busiest due to it’s location but this might be one of my best restaurant experiences point blank. Highly recommend
