This place is ridiculously overpriced. We just spent more on our dinner than we spent on our flights. It was $22 just for a bowl of pasta with meatballs. For that price I expected fresh pasta and sauce. It’s watery and not worth half that price. I wish we would’ve checked the reviews before we ordered. Will never make that mistake again.

Overpriced, even for the airport. Tiny 10-inch pizzas $12 and up. For that price the brick oven should be coal-fired not gas-fired. Ordered a pizza I couldn't pronounce. Toppings weren't even spread out. Each slice had one topping on it. Although the toppings seemed fresh, they were pretty stingy with the prosciutto.

Went to this restaurant last night and ordered the arugula pizza with prosciutto added to it, as suggested. I've had this exact pizza before at a wood-fired pizza place in downtown Venice, FL and loved it so I was really looking forward to this. The pizza came out and it was like they took a cooked cheese pizza and dumped a pile of dry arugula on it with a few slices of prosciutto on top of that. It was basically a pizza with a dry salad on top of it. Nothing stayed in place and I felt like I was over-charged for a cheese pizza and dry arugula on the side. Very disappointing. Went there to celebrate my father's birthday and would've been better if I cooked dinner. Reported the issue along with others to the manager, James, and he was very unprofessional and rude. Don't go here. No doubt thumbs down.

The pizza was great. For the most part the comments on here are incredible. Except for the one who posted a pic where the pizza was clearly burnt, a char is expected in a high heat oven. Impossible not to char a pizza in a 800-900 degree oven. It’s supposed to have the leopard spots. Most that commented on here have little to no clue on what real pizza should look like, or taste like. The idiot who commented about New York water being a key ingredient is also clueless. New York water does not make a great pizza. Ingredients, technique, and heat make a great pizza (I’m from NY by the way). It’s also not over priced...quality ingredients are expensive. Enough said about these clueless bozos. Pizza was great, my son and I enjoyed our Margharita pizzas. They were awesome!! The real deal...right out of Napoli!

I had an hour till my flight boarded and was trying to order a pizza. I sat in line for 25 minutes trying to order and the employee kept saying "one moment please". The "one moment" lasted for 15 minutes and I was forced to get food at goodys where I had a delicious burger instead. Not sure about the food, but ensure you have at least an hour to burn if you want to have a single pizza here. Go to goodys instead!

Worst airport food I’ve ever had and WAY WAY overpriced. I ordered the penne pasta with sausage. The sausage didn’t even looked cooked so they switched it to chicken for me. That was the best part of the experience is that they made me a new order. I watched them pour a bag of diced pre cooked chicken in what was supposed to be boiling water and dropped new pre boiled penne in another pocket of water. The end result was lukewarm pasta and inedible pieces of dry over cooked chicken with a texture of sawdust, with what became a tasty but watered down sauce. I ate less than half and wasted $25.

The lady behind the counter working today made my food without any gloves on!! All coworkers around her watched while she did this! Ugh waste of $25!! They placed the bread inside the container which made it get soggy from the sauce or pasta who knows.

They saved the day for me. I don't eat meat, dairy or fish. There's nothing at the gates for vegans. I was tired after my flight was cancelled the day before. I asked them if they could make a cheeseless pizza. Not only that, but the manager went to another restaurant for onions just for me and told me about the sauteed peppers. I was honestly worn out, but the hospitality here gave me energy for my journey.

Honestly not bad. For some reason I was just craving some spaghetti and meatballs, and this hit the spot. Yeah, it was pricey, but it's in the airport, so everything's pricey. The portions are generous, so you won't be left hungry, that's for sure. I wouldn't mind trying the pizza next time. I've seen pictures from other diners, and it looks really good.

If the pizza was $5, I would be okay with the cardboard that came out. For $15…this is garbage. This is supposed to be a Margarita pizza. Do not spend your money at the airport Bavaro’s!!

Slowest airport “fast food” I’ve ever experienced. Tried to get a pasta but to order and then get it made, it has taken over 20 minutes. Anyone who doesn’t have more than 40 minutes between flights, beware.

Service was absolutely horrible. I ordered my food and it took nearly 45 minutes because they never placed the order… but they sure took money off my card 🤦🏽‍♀️

No review on food as I stood there for 5 minutes while one man made food and four women chatted in the back. I left and went somewhere else.

The worst place to eat in the airport, bad food, bad service. Not recommended

Truly wish there was an option for zero stars. This place completely charred my pizza. I politely asked them to remake it and the attitude I got was unreal. Not only did I get an attitude, but when they remade my pizza they undercooked it and didnt put the spinach on it. It was disgusting. Go somewhere else!
