Best Asian cuisine in Tampa! I've tried just about all of them and this one tops them all. It is definitely a diamond in the rough! Looks are deceiving with this place, the food that comes out of here is amazing and I will be a customer for life. Also, try their FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, you'll never be the same.

This is exactly what they mean when they say "hole in the wall". I have lived by this place my whole life and every time I drove by I honestly repulsed; it's looks pretty ghetto. but recently I decided to try it after the place I was going to go to turned out to be closed. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Let me tell you, their food taste amazing and comes in large amounts for a reasonable cost. I mean when you think "good Chinese take out" this is the kind of food I imagine. They are very friendly, and take online orders. It's does take some time per order, like 20 minutes. But it because they are cooking everything to order it's not just sitting there. They have all the typical drinks you would expect PLUS homemade lemonade; you can tase the zest and bite from the fresh lemons. A perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Check this place out, don't let looks deceive you, just go in and try it. Even if you don't love you WILL like it, it's impossible not to.

RANCID FOUL SMELLING OLD FOOD ! I ordered 10/23 through Uber eats delivery and the food quality was extremely POOR & smelled Spoiled !! . $40 down the drain because I threw it ALL away ! I honestly don’t understand how this place can be open . Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. My husband who eats almost anything said “YUCK!” I ordered from Uber eats about 30 mins before closing and the food came with an EXTREMELY loud fishy & “dirty” smell. Take note I ordered CHICKEN lo mein !!! It smelled Like rotten food that had been sitting in a dirty old refrigerator with something fishy! Maybe it’s left over Spoiled food that others didn’t pick up… idk but The smell was Kind of like a rotten meat. Fresh food shouldn’t smell like that !!! And your customers can definitely tell the difference!! Everyone noticed it. I came close to barfing then threw the whole thing Away! NEVER AGAIN! Reporting this place before someone ends up seriously SICK! Its my fault for not READING the latest comments first buying on Uber eats because I’m obviously not the only one who’s received old bad food ! Especially the chicken 🥴

My favorite Chinese place in Tampa! Been coming here for a long time and the food is always great. The people there are very friendly!! I like the boneless spare ribs, black pepper chicken, or vegetable medleys. Never had a complaint. Highly recommend this place!

Ming Garden is Take out only. It is very small place, no dine in and no tables. Cleanliness is not very good. I am being kind, when I say this. I would probably never order from there anymore due to that. Food is good.

Hands down the BEST Chinese food in Tampa. My go-to order switches between the Chicken and Broccoli (with the white rice that comes as a part of the order or a pork fried rice) and the Lo Mein with Chicken and Broccoli. When I moved out of state years ago, I tried to find comparable Chinese take-out in San Francisco, and nothing came close. Now that I'm moving out of state again, I'm hoping to find something that comes close to Ming Garden's food. As a Tampa Heights local, I 100% recommend. Only con I would mention is that I used to love the Shrimp Egg Rolls, however, recently seem to be full of cabbage. So, I would maybe avoid purchasing the egg rolls until this is addressed.

Was referred to this place by a friend. I was always hesitant to try it out because the building looks very run down. However I have to say it was very good! Fast and friendly service. The Mongolian beef was amazing and a tad spicy like I like it. Fried rice was also very good. Only thing I didn’t like was the lo mein. It had a strange taste to it. Overall would recommend.

Had to give this place 5 stars. They’re closed on Tuesdays so I’m eating from another place nearby right now that does not compare at all. Their general T’so chicken are best ! I had to write a review to say how much I miss this place!

Best take out Chinese food in Tampa. The food always taste fresh and has good flavor. Whether it is the meat or rice, it’s made well. I hope this place never goes away.

Good food. The Singapore Noodles are amazing, spicy but amazing. They also have good chicken wings. They are pretty quick with their orders and they allow guest back inside again. However you can still call in your order which I would recommend, this place gets packed.

The best bourbon chicken I have had from a Chinese delivery. The choices of fried rices to go with it was icing on the cake. The only thing that would have made it better would be offering lo mein rather than just rices. Also ordered the cheese steak egg roll and it was not my favorite. Ive had them other places and it was just an egg roll filled with steak cheese peppers and onions, this had cabbage and cabbage doesn't belong with cheese steak IMO. otherwise we will definitely be ordering again!

You pull up and you are like "this is looking kinda sketch" but that food is.....AMAZING!!!! It's been a long time probably 5 years since I've had Chinese food this good and I'm so picky. Everyone is also really nice! Only thing they are lacking just a bit in is in the crab Rangoons, maybe I just got an old batch because they are chewy but small issue. Come here it's worth it! Best Chinese food in the area!

Very small takeout place with just one table and stacks of boxes.

I call them to let them know am coming from far and that I will call them when I am closer to order just 1 order. The lady that answer said no problem. And also picked up right alway. Than I Got on a toll highway called them 17 mins before they closed and no one picked up. Called several several times and no answer . On google it states they close at 11pm . When I first called to let them know am coming from far alway she also stated they close at 11pm ! So what kinda business that closes at 11pm stop answering their phone 17 mins before 11? Is that something normal businesses do???? That’s not professional at all! Wasted money on tolls for nothing! Didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up and say it’s to late to order like other Chinese spots have done in the past! Super bad customer service. Basically don’t even give a damn about their customers! Will never ever come here again and will let everyone know about this horrible place!

I ordered curry shrimp and comes with veggies and egg roll , and fried rice .2 people can eat with this order .so tasty, and price is good .that was some minutes ago .congratulation !!!!!!! Definitely my new Chinese spot.Tried couple of places it was ehh. But do not judge a book by its cover. Place looks run down but so far best Chinese food in my Tampa Bay Area so much flavor. Always great customer service. They’re always generous when I ask for extra spicy chili oil to go with the food. Thanks again will definitely be back

Honestly food was 10/10 portions are large. Like 2 meals in one. I got a combo chicken with spicy mixed veg it was mad good. And the fried rice actually had flavor!!! What ever they are doing they got it down! Oh yea while everyone raised their prices they kept there’s the same!! $10.95 for a combo. Helps in a time of crazy inflation. Happy customer.

Don't let the exterior fool you, Ming Garden is the best for Chinese takeout!! The food is always on point and never disappoints. Be sure to order ahead as they can get pretty busy. Some of the best Chinese food around. I love this hole in the wall. Tso good!

People were very rude, unhelpful. We were first time customers and followed the excellent reviews. The food was not hot, not very flavorful. The egg roll was mostly greasy fried dough. Over paid for mediocre food and being treated badly. Find someplace else.

Walked in at 10:52pm to order. Sign and google shows they close at110m. So i had time to order. Door was open, sign was on and Ling Ling was sitting down at the register playing on her phone. Not cleaning. Not doing closing duties or anything. She yells "I CLOSED"..AT 1052PM???? why the door open? Why the sign on? She was just toooooo LAZY to take my order BEFORE THEIR closing time.Ridiculous. I would never go back again

The place doesn't look so good on the outside however the food is delicious great portions food extremely hot & fresh. The Crab Rangoon was one of the best I had in a while. Overall 10/10.

I was pretty skeptical of trying this place but was pleasantly surprised after trying it yesterday. The portion sizes are very generous and everything we ordered was pretty good. Fast cook time too. I'll definitely go back next time I want some cheap classic Chinese

Great food and great people. After ordering my car broke down in their parking space and without me even asking, they came out as a family and asked if everything was okay and even using their car to jump start mine. Truly generous and I felt very taken care of around them. 100% recommend

If you want your chickens fresh make sure you look at them and it's light brown not dark brown an hard ,They reheated how many times because someone didn't come pick up the chicken and it's hard so check the chicken before you pay for dry chicken wings come here and get it for 12$$ no good

I ordered a large chicken and broccoli and medium beef and garlic both plates we’re filled with white rice. I had very few pieces of chicken mostly broccoli. The beef had very few strip’s. Everything was drenched in gravy. It really disappointed to know that you have to search for chicken and beef in your order. The 5 springs roll for $4.00. Are tiny they over fried them.
