Awesome spot to study it is cozy with soft lighting. I got the seafood ramen with the rose hip boba tea and it was filling and flavorful. My study time flew by!! The wifi was Lightning fast, there’s codes for the restrooms, and multiple outlets available for chargers. The workers were friendly and they even brought my food to my table!

I don't know what happened to this place. This was the go to boba place for my friends and I during college. I'm not sure if the owner changed but the boba is hard as rock and most of the drinks are now watery. They also don't seem to understand sugar level when you ask for 50%, it's like 110% sweeter. I gave it a few shot ordering here thinking it was just a one time mess up because I've loved this place! But every time it disappointed. Not to mention they take forever to make 1 drink even. I ordered a few times on Ubereats and in person (no ice) and they always seem to put ice. I don't know if they don't read or just careless. Anyway after wasting my money a few more times, I finally called it quits in the Tampa location. Hopefully the other locations still hold on to the Kung Fu reputation.

Food was ok. They should take “ Taiwanese fried chicken “ out of the signboard!!! I’m from Taiwan , their fried nuggets seasoning doesn’t taste like Taiwanese fried chicken AT ALL!!!! No costumer service.

So ignoring the fact that we ordered to go and the wait staff brought us a stapled shut bag with everything set up to go (and we had asked to eat in), this place was still bad. The restaraunt smelled like old mop water. The Ramen though... everything was separate because they set us up to go so it was easy to see each component of the ramen. The noodles were instant. I thought I was wrong but once I tasted them it was definitely instant. The chicken was bland, it might have had salt and pepper. Might have. The brother was bland. It tasted like pre-made chicken stock and a few bouillon cubes. We tasted each part and then left. It wasn't worth eating more. We didn't ask for a refund, we just left as soon as possible.

Theresa the cashier was very nice! Good service. I got the matcha milk tea, Cocoa Cream/Original Wow, and chicken ramen. The Cocoa Cream was bad. Just cheap tasting. (Only $5.) The matcha tea was really good and I love their packaging. The food was good. The inside seating is very nice.

I haven’t tried their food, but their classic milk tea is AMAZING. The tea has a unique yummy flavor I haven’t tasted at other places. The tapioca pearls are really good as well. Will be coming back!

Super cute boba tea shop! They do also sell food, like ramen, but we were here for the boba tea. We had a delicious milk match boba, our kids had the Kirby boba and my husband had the coco cream WOW (EMPHASIS ON THE WOW) boba. They were all delicious! We received great and fast customer service. We love this place!

The girl at the window yesterday night with the piercings on her mouth (I forgot her name) was SO sweet! There was an issue with our order not having some items on the menu anymore after ordering through the app and she was so accommodating and helpful. Cant wait to go back!

This place used to look more clean and well maintained. We recently came back to the area and had to leave. Drive Thru takes forever for a hello or order, staff have no customer service, the glass on the doors and around are dirty, needs landscaping, order screen needs work, just terrible experience. Don’t waste your money or time

I almost never leave reviews on restaurants, but I was pretty disappointed by this place. It had an incredibly long wait time (around 20 minutes for fruit tea + takoyaki) and really odd customer service. Maybe they were new, or understaffed, but everyone in the front seemed lost on how to take an order. And they seemed really behind too. Also, the floor was sticky and the bathrooms weren't well-maintained. I try to be understanding to customer service and restaurants, but this wasn't a great experience.

I came to this establishment one evening close to closing time. I went through the drive through and waited to give my order. I waited a couple minutes and said, “Hello?” to no avail. So, I pulled into the parking lot and went inside. There was a young male at the register and a female with the headset. They seemed friendly enough, with smiles on both their faces. The woman with the headset was taking an order at the drive-through. I thought it peculiar that I had trouble hearing her but I left it alone. I decided to try the Piña Colada with mango popping pearls. It was interesting seeing the machine they use to mix the drink. It incorporates the boba/popping pearls throughout the entire cup instead of just at the bottom. I think that’s a great idea! I was blown away with how creamy this drink was. It was so good, I came back a couple days later when I was in the area. I went through the drive-through again. This time, I heard the employee on the intercom. It was a different young lady working that day. I ordered the same drink as the last time and they did not disappoint. Their popping pearls are smaller than most other boba shops and the pearls were creamier too. Definitely going back and I would recommend!

We waited at the window after paying for drinks at the drive through. The girl who took my order and money walked to her car and left in front of us. The other employee eventually asked why we were waiting and helped us. As someone who has worked in food service for years, I'll never complain but that was an odd experience.

We moved down from NY and had Kung Fu Teas there so we were happy to have it down here too. We always ordered the Oreo milk wow which tasted like an Oreo packed shake. We’ve come to this location twice now, ordering the same drink there, and both times it is basically an expensive cup of milk with a tiny splash of Oreo. It just tastes like plain milk which sucks. We’ll have to get something different so it’s worth the money.

Great boba. Fun place. Workers are great. If you don't know what you want or getting boba for the first time. This is where you want to go. The food is delicious as well. But it's like the Starbucks of Boba Tea. Just saying.

The Carmel Macchiato Sushi Tea was amazing. Staff was helpful in making a selection. Restaurant was clean and nice. Enjoyed the Beef & Onions Rice Bowl (could have used more meat) but it was tasty.

manager/owner or whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at hiring more employees or coordinating shifts because the service is awful. 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and another 20 minutes to receive it. don’t blame the employees for the slow service because there’s only two of them max. which they can’t do much about. also the place is almost always missing or out of 3 or more items/ingredients.

Thai Milk Tea tasted like signature milk tea. Thai Tea supposed to be orange color milk tea. I asked and they told me because of the milk powder they put in, the Thai tea turn out different. I ordered 30% sweetness, and it was full taste of sweet. Does not recommend this store.

I just ate here for the first time yesterday and it was so good! I loved the gyoza appetizer. We got a chicken (Samurai maybe?) appetizer which was really yummy too. The ramen was really good, I got the mega pork and it was huge with delicious broth. The boba milk tea was awesome (lots of boba). I will be back soon, and definitely would recommend checking it out!

Asked to sweeten tea two separate times and still not sweet (simple enough request?). Tea tasted “stale” and barely like milk tea. They ended up remaking my drink, only for it to come out worse (was sour and bitter- terribly brewed) and STILL NOT SWEET. Have tried this location several times and just horrible service.

Just ate here for the first time and loved it. I got the miso ramen lunch and it was really tasty. Some ramens tend to be extra salty but this wasn't. I got mine to go, but the restaurant was really clean and neat which is nice. Will have to return with my daughter who loves all the teas. They have a great selection

2nd time I've ordered boba from here where they forgot the boba. I figured the 1st time it was just a rush order, but nope. I don't think I'll be going there again, once is an accident, twice as a pattern. The the tea is good but if you can't put boba in a bubble tea what's the point of having a boba.

Very nice calm atmosphere, good flavorful boba/jelly, nice variety of different teas, free WiFi and places to work on a laptop, etc. I ordered a honey milk tea and added mango jelly. The tea itself is very sweet and creamy and the boba is very much mango flavorful. It's really good place.

It was good but had tried better boba tea, employees are very friendly and kind, if you download their app you get good deals and points and order ahead . Free parking , and drive thru service which is very convenient.

We stopped in for some tea before a wedding. The is plenty of parking and they offer free wifi. Walking in there was a unique smell. Everything was super clean and plenty of places to sit with lots of outlets. The menu is clear and easy to figure out if you've never been (which I hadn't). There is also, a food menu. The food looks super yummy. I'll try it next time. You order and pay and they give you a buzzer for when your order is ready. I ordered the peach tea with bubbles. Always order bubbles. They add a fun element to your drink. This is a must visit! While it wasn't crowded on a Saturday afternoon, I would imagine during the school year it does get crowded.

This place is awesome. The decor and atmosphere are adorable. The staff were incredibly friendly. Food was fresh and it was like an entire meal, I was stuffed and had enough for leftovers, so you definitely get your money's worth. There is even a drive through, super convenient. Great place to study while eating a great meal.

Good boba drinks. Their boba decreases in quality the closer they get to closing. Each time I’ve gone close to closing time, their boba has been either super hard or super soft. I mainly go when I need a boba fix and I don’t want to get out of my car - the drive thru is one thing that makes them stand out among the other boba spots on Fowler. Also, the customer service is not consistent. There are times I’ve went and the customer service has been great, but other times when the customer service has been horrible.

Staff were very pleasant and professional, but also very friendly. I ordered two drinks and some food and while I waited near the counter, they updated me on the progress in the kitchen and I felt like they were being very nice and accommodating. I'll be visiting again!

calamari was very good, also tried the cocoa cream wow and rosehip milk teas

Bubble has no sweetness as it is supposed to be marinated with honey, as KF’s introduction about their regular bubbles. For the milk tea, I always ordered the KF oolong milk tea with 70% sugar from other stores and they were exactly the level of sweetness I want. This time, I have to put 3 packets of sugar to get it sweet enough. Disappointed with this order.

Been here various times with friends to try different drinks, all of which were great! Had the miso tonkotsu ramen and a chai milk striker with boba today 🥰 both are absolutely delicious!

  • 3/5 Analyn E. 2 years ago on Google
It was good, but way too sweet. You'll get instant cavity and diabetes lol. I wouldn't mind giving it another try, but I'll make sure to tell them to put less sweetener.
