A small hidden gem in Tampa! The restaurant itself is a great place to sit down & enjoy some good Peruvian food, Upon arriving we got hit with the aroma of deliciousness,The portions are pretty big and you can appreciate all the colors of the fresh vegetables that they use. It was our first time having dinner there and we were greeted and sat right away, we waited a little bit so that we could check out the menu and see what they offer. We started off with papa a la Huancaina which was tasty the consistency of the cream sauce was great perhaps a little more salt, we followed it by with some Inca Kola 😍. For our main dish I had Lomo Saltado which I asked to be well done & my mother had the Jalea. Once we got our main dishes we were surprised by the amount of food they served which for the price we paid was excellent & worth it. My rice tasted great, the Lomo was good too, full of flavor but just a tad bit sweet for my taste only sad part was I asked for some Aji verde thinking it would of been spicy but was brought something else that was not that good. The Veggies used were fresh & crunchy which I personally love!❤️ My moms Jalea was amazing! She enjoyed every bite of it perhaps they should add more Shrimp since she only found 4 of them 🥲🥲 Our overall experience was great no doubt but if I were to fix one or two things would be the annoying gnats & that they should offer some sort of chips or some canchita while the guests wait on their food! Will we comeback? YES!!! I give this place an 9/10 😁 ppl

Great cuisine. The other Peruvian restaurant nearby had a damn sign that said masks required, and entrance for only 21 and older so we walked since we had two minors. Glad we did, Lima limon is a great choice for authentic comida peruana. And the staff super friendly and nice!

Great service with amazing helpful staff! The food was delicious and a large portion. I got the Polo Arroz Chaufa, which was great. The Lomo Saltado we also got was my favorite! It was steak with a deep rich flavor. 😋

If you have craving for Peruvian food, Lima limón is the place. Excellent food and service !

The aroma as we walked in was delightful. The food was deliciously prepared and the serving sizes were very large. The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. We are only in Tampa a few more days but hope to come back before we leave.

Amazing food. The papa huancaina was perfectly cooked, sauce was velvety and seasoned well. The chaufa was made to order and wasn't overly greasy like others I've had. Prices are reasonable for the portion of food you get. I'll be going back for sure

Being Peruvian, and a good cook, makes it very difficult for me to find a restaurant that I am satisfied with. We came to this restaurant because our previously preferred Peruvian restaurant was closed on this particular day. The Lord works in mysterious ways! Lima Limon’s dishes were just as good some even better but all reasonably priced as compared to other Peruvian restaurants. The food is definitely fresh. The ingredients are 100% authentic. The staff is some of the hardest working staff I have seen in Florida I don’t give out five stars and I am hesitant to do so on this place solely because I want to keep it as a little secret gem. I cook well, but I learned from my grandmother who was fantastic. Thankfully she’s in heaven, and I can say this food rivals hers. Great job guys.👏👏👏

Visiting family from New Jersey, so I’ve eaten at several Peruvian places in the tri-state area. This place is hands-down amongst the best I’ve ever had. Starting with the restaurant, it is very clean. Even the restrooms. The staff are all very kind, understanding, and very professional. The food quality , portion sizes, and prices are amazing. They were very busy, yet very efficient and accommodating. Thank you very much! 🙏🏾

Lomo Saltado and ceviche was probably best we’ve had around Tampa. We came as part of the Friday night dinner rush and wasn’t disappointed. Me and my wife will definitely be back!! Thank you !

Wow! This restaurant is just hands down the best Peruvian restaurant in this area! I travel far just to come eat at Lima limón. I hold so much memories from this location because when I was a teen I used to help my aunt in uncle in their Peruvian restaurant before it became Lima Limón. I always look forward to seeing the owners and just having the best experience with my family! I give this restaurant so much praise because this is the place to go when you want true authentic Peruvian cuisine!!!

First visit to the restaurant and our family had a great experience. Exquisite cuisine and top notch service by Aaron. I always had to drive to Tampa to eat good Peruvian food since I live in the Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills area and was not aware of this restaurant located in Bruce B. Downs, which is about 20 minutes from home. We plan to visit this restaurant very frequently 😎

Wow! I had 1 whole chicken with rice and beans. Wonderful smoky flavor on the chicken and great flavor on the sides. I will definitely be back. So glad to have independent restaurants to eat at. Definitely worth your time and money.

Tallarin Saltado with steak was a great big pasta dish. Very yummy, great price for the amount of food. Definitely great service as well. Small place, during the time we went was great because we were a party of 8. Will be back.
