    This McD's is not the same restaurant as it was just a few months ago. Sadly, I am at TGH a great deal for a relative and have eaten here serval times over 4 years. A few months ago it was beyond filthy. The decorative slates around the coffee was so filthy there were dead bugs caught in the dust as well as on the green circles at the registers. Now, it is clean enough to eat off of. Then: Behind the counters looks messy, disorganized and frankly dirty. Now: it looks a lot more organized and clean. Then: Employees had lousy attitudes. Now: they are focused and have a much better customer service attitude. They seem happier and I even saw training going on. Then: the wait was just too long for a simple order. Now: during the lunch rush while there is still a bit of wait they are surprisingly fast. This is not the same McDs as a few months ago. SIdenote: the coffee is so much better then anything else available in the hospital.

    People who work at TGH rely on this McDonald's and they're very unreliable with how they will close randomly for a few hours. A set closing time would be fine but there's never any schedule to it. I'll go on break expecting them to be open only to find out they won't be for two hours. Need some consistency from the overnight staff regarding closing times.

    Either the Frachise Owner or Corporate needs to get rid of the Manager that is running that restaurant. I have never in my life seen such a rude, hateful, and, lack of accountability in my life! If she mistreats all of her customers this way, I can only imagine how she treats the employees!

    Terrible Service. Grill worker initially refused to make my order. Counter Person was not helpful or courteous. Perhaps some additional training is necessary or a career change for these employees.

    7 people waiting in line. Two employees at the front counter. Could NOT get any orders correct. I was overlooked three times. All I wanted was oatmeal and unsweetened tea. They gave me the tea and left the oatmeal on the back counter. I had to ask for it and I got a nasty attitude. I work at Tampa General and will NEVER go back to this location. I only went because Starbucks was closed. Complete waste of time.

    The person at the counter didn't want to listen. Tried to order a whopper with cheese with no pickles or ketchup. She just ignored it like she was in a hurry to get rid of us. Tables were not wiped down. With this place being inside a hospital, I expected better.

    Cashier was talking on the phone while taking orders, customer had to repeat order several times. Myself and another order was skipped and had to wait a long time to get ours. They were very rude when where our order was. Worse customer experience at any McDonald's!!!!

    I asked for a caramel frappe and it had more ice than coffee itself. I also asked and paid for an additional caramel drizzle and they did not execute so I had to get back up and ask them to add it. Both workers laughed and the cashier, was serving me while also dealing with money. She did not wash her hand.

    Placed mobile order, was not ready when i arrived. Place empty. 2 males employees at counter laughing and cussing loudly. Hat on side ways. Male was playing with female employee and pretended to throw my drink on her. Very unprofessional. Tables dirty. Continued to hear employees being loud they entire time we ate.

    Staff was so unprofessional. We ate here on 5/28/2023 at around 545 pm. 2 male employees at counter loud, playing. Cussing. Could not even hear the people at my table due to loud employess.

    The problem with people today is they have no respect or pride...I ordered a large #3, and a single quarter add Mac sauce, well the new kid on the register couldn't even put the order in right, the girl with long two tone braids had to come and take it, and even told her the same thing, so when I get my order it isn't large, and they tell me it's says medium, well I didn't order a medium and the girl making the fries even caught an attitude, so then I stand there and the girl with braids decides to get my fries, when the skinny girl says no HE GONNA WAIT.....so then they start laughing to the fact that they had me wait to get my fries.....then give me a diet coke and not a regular coke.....well I'm allergic to diet coke and your store better hope nothing happens to me.....and these people working at this store definitely don't need jobs if their going to act like disrespectful little kids.....

    Not available 24 hours. Per TGH employees it's "hit or miss". Entered the restaurant which looks open and handling orders and one employee told me they will be right with me, later they say "the system is down, please order in the app". Subsequently, another employee says "you can't order in the app, the system is down". I go outside and I see a person waiting for an order that she made through Uber that she was able to pick up. Just fishy... 🐟 🐠 🎣 🐡

    This Place is a Wreck! Monitors are broken. No order update screen. Self check out doesn't issue receipts. I mean wow! Wash Room was horrible. Your workplace is a reflection of how you live outside of work! I'd avoid this location at all costs and will do so in the future!

    We all know McDonald's food by now. I like the food. You don't go to McDonald's for atmosphere, there usually isn't much there. This is the McDonald's at Tampa General Hospital. It's really busy. My tip is to order ahead on the app. Otherwise it is a wait. The staff was nice and friendly.

    Need more friendly people and willing to work. Service is very slow, too pricey for breakfast and a small coffee. There's no customer service, I had to take the main entrance and walk inside to the McDonald's, the guard was very rude . I got late for my appointment. This is not acceptable

    I forgot a brand new baby towel/robe that meant a lot to me-it had sentimental value . When I called originally they said they saw it in the back office but they’re not sure where it went and they would call me back. I let a couple days go by and I decided to call back. Unfortunately the Robe/Baby towel disappeared, and it was not returned to the hospital staff (who go there on a daily basis)…. Obviously someone decided to take it home and enjoy it for themselves. That really sucks, I was kind of hoping they’d have more integrity than that. The food I received while at the hospital was mediocre, coffee wasn’t mixed at all and didn’t taste like the actual coffee until I got to the end. -heartbroken new mother

    Walked in with my 3 kids. Asked for 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. Was told machine wasn't working. Me and my kids went and sat down. Then I noticed atleast 2 people who came I after me, with ice cream cones. And chocolate milkshakes. I found this very rude. And did not appreciate being lied to. I will not ever return back to that location. I have been there since it opened. No more

    Hands down, the worst customer service I've ever received at a Mc-D's. The staff member at the register, some woman with braided, purple and yellow hair, was extremely rude to me while i was trying to order. She completed ignored me halfway through my order, and then stopped me again so she could, no joke, hit on the customer in line next to me. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, but I mean, who does that while at work? When my food was ready, another woman, who I can only assume was the manager, based on her idle nature, grabbed my bag of food and just sort of tossed it at me. Whoever the regional manager is for this resturaunt, needs to get in here and correct the attitudes of their employees.

    I have worked at Tampa General Hospital as a nurse for many years and I just wanted to give kudos to Rachal Washington st store 11265. She is a supervisor there and I must say she is awesome. She keeps the flow of the store moving. She is caring, considerate, and is amazing with customer service skills. As a healthcare worker, the patients come first, so when it’s time to take a break, you want to sit down and enjoy your food. Rachel is a great leader in expediting people’s orders whether she is directing staff or doing it herself. There was one time she opened the store 15 minutes early and we were so grateful. Everyone does a great job here indeed, but special thanks to Rachel all these years and more.

    My wife has been stuck in the hospital for a week. Her procedures keep getting postponed, and she’s gone two days with only 6-800 calories as a consequence. Today I ordered a #7, I told the lady, “Plain, no cheese.” She put “only meat” on the order. That confused the gentleman who put together my order. Not a big deal, it’s just missing buns. I told the gentleman who was handing out completed orders that I’d be okay with a couple buns thrown in. He said it wasn’t a problem, we’ll remake it so it’s fresh. He even gave me a bag to put the rest of the items I was carrying for my wife so I wouldn't be such a burden. I haven’t had genuine customer service like that in 20 years. If management reads this, he deserves a pat on the back.

    It's a McDonald's. I find it weird though that a hospital would have such an unhealthy food option onsite. Honestly this would make me very apprehensive about coming to the hospital, if they advocate this kind of diet. Though the McDonald's itself seems up tomorrow with other McDonald's and is convenient.

    I order breakfast semi often off Uber eats. This McDonald cannot grasp the fact to put condiments in your bag. I ask for picante sauce for the burrito for example. The last 9 times I have ordered I have not gotten the sauce. And y’all want 15 per hour but you can’t remember a simple sauce packet…..

    working a busy night shift and finally got down for a burger around 3:45/3:50. I placed an order then realize i forgot my wallet. They tell me google pay works so i download it. it takes like 20 minutes to set up cause I need a few tries before remembering the right card numbers. At this point its 4:05 and nobody else is there, i tell them im ready to pay and they say they canceled the order cause its after 4. Its just me and the cashier and she didnt have the curtesy to tell me this 15 min earrlier so i wouldnt waste my time!

    Very bad service. The staff that served us was very disrespectful and rude. We felt very mistreated. In addition, they gave us the wrong order but we did not want to make a complaint because we meant to leave because of the bad service we received.

    I want to say Mark at this location truly has blown me away. Not only was he an example of a hard worker, but he was a positive uplifting person to talk to with my dad while my family member was in surgery. He's a true hero and warrior to listen about his life's struggles, perspective and postive ways of thinking. Although the food was good, this employee was the highlight of the visit. Thanks Mark from my dad, Angel and myself!

    Says open 24 hours but they are NOT. Hours are what the employees pick. 3rd shift hospital workers on a 30min break do not have time to deal with this type of customer service. Workers are flat out rude and will lie to you so they don’t have to do “extra” work. I get that working overnight is tough but these hospital workers are saving lives and need to eat fast. Needs new management
