This is a fairly clean stop. Customer service is okay. Look out if you try to fill your tires here because the pump is stuck and ended up emptying my tires instead of filling them. Staff was friendly enough and refunded me.

I came in to get gas and cashier lady with short hair- did not have customer service energy nor say good morning. It just feel negative vibe and rude. I hope that change for morning for customer service- everyone have their days, but customer service is number one instead of rude and unfriendly.

This place is trash. I just came from a late night event so it was about 3am. I walk in the store and it was empty which makes sense. I get there and two employees were restocking and cursing and just talking trash about customers like I wasn't even in the store. Then I went I get to the register the 7 foot tall guy asked "if that it?!?!?" Ummm YES. He rings me up and didn't care to give me a receipt or a thank you. I had a previous ex GF who worked at one of these dumps and it makes sense why they hired her so fast. These locations look nice but the employees ruin it. GHETTO!

There is a great gas station with a newly opened store that offers not only basic necessities but also a variety of food options like coffee, pizza, frozen drinks, and swirl. Moreover, the best thing about this gas station is its location - it's not too far away from I-95, making it a quick stop for gas, while also providing different options for eating. Additionally, the restrooms are kept clean and tidy, making it a great place to stop for a break during a long drive.

This race trac location never ceases to disappoint me. Over the last few months I've gone there a few times and every time there's a problem with the pumps, or the credit card reader doesn't work. I'll give my money to Wawa from now on.

This one star review is purely due to their Air machine. I tried and paid for two times and all it did was suck the existing air out of my tires. Had to stop the nuisance and go elsewhere to refill the air lost due to the malfunction of the machine. waste of money.

Ice cream Station is the best. Overall clean and well maintained for a gas station. Staff is friendly and moves crowd quickly when busy.

This is the best option in Tampa Palms. I would not go to any of the other stations with the exception of Speedway unless you want your credit card skimmed. The other stations are dirty and the employees are scary. Seriously, this is the best in Tampa Palms.

I don't normally post negative reviews but Racetrac on Bruce B Downs near I-75 in Tampa Palms has some major flaws that I have spoken to them about several times. They have food on hot rollers like hot dogs and other items similarly shaped. I went in and the hot dogs looked like the had been out for a very long time. I'm not eating that! Complained to staff. 3 days later at noon went to get a hot dog and these were ugly gray colored and looked like they hadn't changed them in the 3 days since I had mentioned it to them the first time. Mentioned it again! Went back same day at 10pm and these were definitely the same hot dogs sitting there since noon. Spoke to the night time manager who said she was going to take it up with the GM. Went back today. You guessed it. How does this pass muster with the health department! Just to be clear I go to a lot of different Racetracs and ONLY this store has this issues. The other stores serve the best 1/4 lb Nathan's hot dogs with their soft perfect buns, the soft pretzels are better than any I had growing up in Philadelphia. Also, all their stores including the on I mentioned above are very, very clean. Bathrooms too!
