Really enjoyed the Hiroshima styled okonomiyaki (Hiro classic with pork and add kewpie mayo). I would definitely reorder this dish. The kimchi mentaiko okonomiyaki was interesting (with menchi katsu). They offer sake imported from Japan that we haven’t seen in any of the Asian markets (we got the genbei san no oni koroshi). Ordering at the kiosk makes it easy to customize your order and the ambience/theme is very cute. However, it can be a bit warm/stagnant within the eating area.

Asian quick serve dishes in an American diner setting. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. Chicken karaage, pork belly, and spicy beef, were all very delicious.

Wonderful spot to grab a quick meal with HUGE flavor. You order for yourself at one of the self-service kiosks, very easy to use and you can modify dishes to your preference. Be aware that you can only pay with a card, no cash accepted. Food is prepared fresh and fast and absolutely delicious. There is indoor or outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very pleasant between the Japanese decor and music being played, very relaxed and chilled vibe. A great place to meet up with friends to catch up. Please give them a try, you will be glad you did! Thanks and we will be back!

This place is great, cool atmosphere, great food, but more importantly: fast service. You basically order on a screen and awesome good comes out like 4 mins late. Also they play plastic love every 20 mins.

First time eating in at the new location. It's super cute and fun! Definitely bigger than the old location. As always the food was amazing and delicious. The ordering is different... walking in your handed a menu and after deciding you return to a touch screen and place your order. It's pretty easy, there are pictures. Unless you have questions. There is someone at the counter, they don't really pay attention. They are delivering in house orders and to go orders. That was challenging. Inside it can get super noisy. I don't think it has anything to do with how crowded, rather with how loud people are. We'll go again for sure... can't be a Mrs. Miyagi bow but it'll be Togo!

Wonderful ambiance with a great Japanese motif. Everything is self serve with a nice and easy experience using touch screens and plenty of signs informing the customer of how to order and what to do. Wait for food was short, but the place gets busy with ‘to-go’ orders. Service was good and to the point. The food was delicious 🤤, warm, flavorful, and pleasant. I look forward to coming here again.

We visited after lunch time and the place only had a few tables occupied. This is a self serve place where you order from a touch screen monitor and they call you when your order is ready. The Miyagi Okonomiyaki was yummy and portion was generous. The Shrimp rice bowl had enough shrimps in it and the slaw that came with it was good. There are many sauce options and you can buy additional ones. This is a good quick dining establishment.

Cute place we checked out. Nice staff and atmosphere. It's a flipped lil diner with a cool concept. Squid was fried perfectly. I enjoyed the cabbage slaw, flavorful. You can order extra sauce which was yummy. We came right before they closed, and they kindly took us. They had a decent selection of Sake and drinks. You order from a kiosk. The okonomiyaki was an interesting dish with a crepe. It's pretty large but good. With the curry had more sauce. Can't wait to come back (earlier) and try more stuff.

WOW is what I have to say. This place is the bomb. They serve up amazing Japanese food in a no frills 50's era looking diner. It's a very hands-off place where you plug in your order on a tablet and they quickly bring out your food. Man the food is incredible. The Chicken Katsu was so crispy & delicious. The beef is also so flavorful & tender. I expected things to be good but I was really blown away. You gotta check this place out. It's crazy fast well crafted Japanese food.

I remember reading about this new Japanese spot months ago. I had forgotten about it and literally stumbled upon it walking our dog. Our Airbnb was 5 minutes away so we had to try it. We loved everything about this unique place. While we don’t remember coming across diners when we lived in Japan, it was a genius idea to use this space. You order your food and drinks at a kiosk and they call your name when your food is ready. I love not having that pressure of someone standing over me while I decide what I want. They had a variety of Japanese drinks including beer, wine, and sake. We all got rice dishes but I definitely plan to go back for the Okonomiyaki. I shamelessly admit we went back the very next day without the kids lol. This place is legit. I’m a fan.

I have been looking for what feels like forever for an okonomiyaki restaurant, so of course, as soon as I heard about this place, I had to check it out. I love the refurbished diner look with the classic Asian influences all around. You order at a kiosk when you enter, giving it a unique experience with great menu choices to choose from. Quick service as well. Everything I ordered was delicious to include the drinks. I got the classic Hiro okonomiyaki with beef and a side of white rice and a melon drink. Absolutely nothing let me down. My friends got the karaage (fried chicken), which was also very tasty. Overall 5 ⭐️'s and I highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem!! It’s really chill and super clean inside. When you walk in there are 4 touch screens where you can order everything off of. Once placed, you can sit anywhere you’d like and they call out your name once it’s ready and you get it at the pick up area on the left side of the restaurant. Also for drinks there’s an option to have it come out before your food or with your food which is nice! I got the Hiro Classic with pork belly and and it was delicious and the pork was so tender. It’s a really good portion too, I could definitely split it between me and someone else because I barely ate half of mine 😅 It’s minimal interaction between staff since you order off of the screens but the interactions we had with staff were nice. Definitely will come back and recommend!

Great Food surprised its not packed 24/7 was slow. Food is ordered on a computer like those Tiktoks of ordering it privately and picking it up. Very Nice Vibe environment and the food is superb. Will recommend to anyone wanting a noodle! Got to try the curry next time!

Japanese fast casual dining in a cute American dinning car. Although you order through a self-service kiosk the staff is friendly. You will get your food at the pickup counter within 10 minutes. Only thing I noticed is that the seat we sat at was not getting much AC, it was a bit hot, but not uncomfortable. The inside decor has a cool Japanese touch and it’s unique and fun! We went for the Okonomiyaki. Big portions; could be shared with a couple of people. We tried all four flavors and they pretty much tasted similar but my favorite out of the four was Miyagi (the wasabi peas were so good with chicken). This is the only place I know that serves Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. Will definitely come back.

Love everything about this place! I can just walk in and order on the kiosk myself and take my time looking at what they have. My favorite food to order from here is the Chicken Katsu Rice with Spicy Chanko sauce.

This is our second visit and once again it did not disappoint. First I love the atmosphere. Diner cart but very warm inside with cool lighting. Very colorful inside. Then there is the self-serve stations which are super intuitive. Big PLUS for the options to communicate a food allergy. Our son has a big one. Then there is the food. We pretty much ordered variations of the pork belly. This time I had the curry and it was so delicious with the perfect bite of spice. The food comes in a good size to-go container making it easy to take home if needed. I'm looking forward to returning again.

It was my first time trying this restaurant out and the food was definitely great. I liked that you got to put in your own order, it was unique. The food was ready really quickly too. I'd come back!

Food cooked fast and delivered for you to enjoy. Self service for the most part. Everything tasted amazing. Noodles, rice. The sauces are the secret weapon. Japanese food rarely disappoints. Look like a run down diner but the food is anything but.

I can't give 5 for service as there isnt any actual servers. Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere is weird as its dirty 50's diner meets japanese takeout. The bullethole in the window (surely from the days as a diner) really sells the diner in tampa vibe. Order via touch screen, pay, wait to be called to pickup your order. Easy peasy. Good food. Weird place to serve it. Dont get me wrong they could serve this food in the middle of a monkey knife fight and i would show up to buy it.

Been here a few times and have loved the food every time. They’re chili oil is spicy and tasty; wish they sold it in jars. They’re curry is also very good, comforting actually. Mind you it’s self service style so if you want to be waited on, try this place some other time then.

You order on a screen, take a seat, and wait for them to call your name so you can pick up your order on a tray. The food comes in lunchbox type containers, so if you can’t finish it you can easily take it home. I had the Hiro Classic okonomiyaki with shrimp (heads up, they have their tails on for whoever doesn’t want to take a bite and make a loud Crunch) and it had nutty, sweet and savory flavors. It was good. Beware, the Bangkok sauce is super spicy— but not spicy enough to be a health concern, unless you have a horribly low spice tolerance. The atmosphere was pretty nice, it has a retro diner theme going on but with Japanese influence. The only complaint I have is on the day I went back in May it was HOT. I was sweating and eating. I’m guessing the air conditioner broke so maybe if I go again it’ll be fine. All in all, good food. I recommend the Yuzu peach soda.

Delicious, fast, no stress!! Super cute atmosphere, reminiscent of no-contact ramen bars in Japan & ‘50s style American diners. Cool selection of drinks that I don’t usually see. Would recommend 🥰

The atmosphere is great and the self service is really cool! My partner and I both got the medium curry and it was some of the best Japanese curry we've ever had. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

I went here to meet up with friends. I thought it was a little strange at first that it looked like a diner but served Japanese style food. For fusion places, I guess it isn't a bad idea, but it takes getting used to. Everything there is essentially self-service, whether ordering or wiping down your own table. I don't like that aspect actually because I feel like when I go to a restaurant that is my expectation. The food comes quickly after placing your order; although, it can be difficult to hear above the people talking and music. I ordered the Karage side dish because I had actually already eaten dinner. The flavor was okay. Maybe a different sauce would have made it better. The chicken had been freshly fried and definitely made up for it. I would recommend it for the experience as it is a decent hang out spot.

It’s a jewel. A very relax atmosphere and the food was just amazing. Great selection of food delights and also of beers and sakes. We had a 2 okonomiyaki with chicken and another with pork belly and 1 pork belly bowl. Everything was delicious. Very good size meal and and well priced. Can’t beat the quality of the dishes and the huge selection. The restaurant very well maintained and very clean. I’ll recommend it to anybody.

Found this place by chance and man, am I happy I did! The place, the food, the flavor... LOVED EVERYTHING! Ordered the Japanese curry with pork belly and just writing "pork belly" right now, is making freaking hungry! Can't wait to go back!

Visited this place for a little valentines date night at loved it! The food was incredible, I loved their wide variety of Non-Alcoholic options as well. The music was all City pop which just further added to the atmosphere. The staff we met were all very friendly too when they had called us to grab our order. Definitely will be returning to this spot!

We love it! The food serving was huge! It was tasty too! There’s a lot of leftovers that I reheated the next day. We went inside to eat. The interior was amazing, I love how they put the Japanese touch. The okonomiyaki was great! First time to eat Hiroshima okonomiyaki. I still love the Osaka type though. But again, don’t be discouraged to try Chanko’s okonomiyaki! It’s like a trip to Japan. I gave 4/5 star because when we ate inside, I think they have a problem with their AC. Where we sat was hot. I like how it is with the technology being self ordering, but I feel like I need to talk to someone and make the experience more authentic.
