    No waiting. Awesome service. The food came out quick and very hot. My wife had the endless shrimp. Our server made sure she had what ever she needed. My steak was awesome. No steak sauce needed. We will be back

    The absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Only went because my dad, who is now in hospice due to cancer, and only has one leg, really had a taste for oysters, and had been couped up indoors for a year. Called a different Red Lobster, and although they didn't take reservations, made an exception for us after explaining my dad's situation. My sister called them to make sure they had the oysters, and since they didn't, she made the same arrangement at this restaurant. When we got there, they said we would have to wait about a half hour. I told them that was not acceptable, and then she went to check in the restaurant to see if they could put us somewhere. It took them 20 minutes to slide 2 tables together. Mind you, there were only about 7 tables seated in the whole restaurant, and that included the 3 tables in the bar area. We ended up sitting there for almost 2 hours and we did not have our drink orders, our appetizers, silverware/napkins, or even the straws for our waters that we asked for 3 times. We were told they had 3 call offs, but there was plenty of staff for the number of customers (about 5 servers, bartender, hostess and I'm sure a cook or two and at least one dishwasher we were told). By the end we had asked to see a manager at our table, and they couldn't even do that. Someone from our table took a stroll around the restaurant while we were waiting for our drinks, and he said the person at the bar wasn't doing anything. About an hour and 45 minutes after being sat, my salad arrived, with black wilted pieces in it that I returned. Waited another 5-10 minutes and still no silverware. Only reason we stayed as long as we did was for my father, who may not be able to ever go out again. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN AND I WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY.

    Thank you for the amazing 👏 dinner. We really enjoyed our meal and our waiter did a fantastic job. He is truly an asset to your business. He checked on us often and was very polite. The food was delicious. We will be back.

    Service was great, as was the food! Fish and chips were delicious. The fish was crispy outside and tender inside. Our party had the Lobster pizza and Calamari for appetizers. The Cajun style sauce with the Calamari was tasty. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were better than I remembered.

    We had a great experience this afternoon at Red Lobster. We ordered the endless shrimp and our food came out quickly and was very tasty. The refills came out quickly as well. We wanted to shout out our sever Josh M. He was fantastic! Very attentive and friendly. He was quick to take care of whatever we needed and very nice to chat with. We had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this location. I also highly recommend asking for Josh M to be your server!

    We were visiting Busch gardens for our daughters birthday and decided to come to red lobster. Red lobster is usually one of my favorite seafood places to eat. By the looks of the parking lot the place looked pretty empty. Walked in and was told it was going to be about a 15 min wait. (No big deal) we were seated at 7pm. It took forever for us to get our drinks. We ordered our food right away. We didn’t get our food for almost an hour after we ordered. Our actual waiter was nice but it seemed as the place was short staffed. The food was not super great. 2 out of 3 dishes were not great. They didn’t have anybody cleaning up dirty tables. Almost every table in the place had trash and food on it. People behind us were also complaining that their food was not good. I’m not usually one to complain but all I can say is wow. Thank goodness this is not our normal red lobster.

    Two weeks ago I visited this place with a best friend . There was a live bug moving in my drink along with me eating my salmon to find out there was someone’s hair under my fish.!! I am livid! The Manager Asmar didn’t show any type of concern or sympathy. I am reaching out to corporate and I am writing a letter to the health department. This is a disgusting place. I am traumatized by this whole incident all together. Imagined if I had eaten that piece of hair. I almost threw up my insides. I have photos too.

    Diese Filiale kann ich nicht empfehlen. Das Essen war nicht besonders gut zubereitet. Der Lobster war gut und lecker, allerdings Mac and cheese und Linguine waren überhaupt nicht lecker. Es hat uns das Essen in den anderen Filialen dieser Kette wesentlich besser geschmeckt.

    So many things were wrong with our dining experience at this location last night! The first thing the waitress tells us is an apology because she was so busy. We ordered our drinks and appetizers and meals all at once, we had plenty of time to look over the menu. When she finally brought the sodas and waters, she apologized that she forgot the lemons. We had to ask twice for the lemons and didn’t get them until our dinner had arrived, which was an hour after being seated. The mozzarella sticks appetizer took forever to come out and were hollow from being overcooked. We asked for a second basket of bread which also didn’t come out until after the meals came out. She tells us there’s only two cooks in the kitchen. When the meals finally arrive, everything but the endless shrimp order came out. We asked for tartar sauce, crackers and small forks. Food got cold by the time she brought the crackers and tartar sauce. She then proceeded to explain that they didn’t have any small forks because the few they had were in use or dirty and the rest have been taken by restaurant guests. Awhile later she comes back and we ask for a seasoned butter dip for the crab because it was overcooked and tasteless and falling apart, and we also asked for our endless shrimp which hadn’t arrived yet. She said the butter sauce would be an extra $4, but she would check with her manager. She comes back with the endless shrimp and explains the manager confirmed it would be an extra cost. The shrimp weren’t what we ordered and neither was the side. We were supposed to get Walt’s shrimp and mashed potatoes and instead received coconut shrimp and a baked potato. I forgot to mention that we had originally wanted grilled skewers, but she said they were out of skewers so they couldn’t grill the shrimp. We told her about all our complaints and were going to leave and she said that she wished she could’ve cooked the food for us because it would’ve been better. Everything about last night was horrible, we love seafood and have never had a bad experience at any Red Lobster. We hated wasting all that food, but we left and will never return to this location again!

    We go during quiet times of the day. Monday, Tuesday and a Friday. Service is crisp and timely. The menu is easy to read and has plenty of yummy selections. The portions and presentation are what we have come to expect from Red Lobster.

    The shimp rangoons were delicious, even if the shrimp was less done than I usually like. Dinner was awesome and brought out to us in the right amount of time. Highly recommend the lobster and shrimp tacos.

    Dining at Red Lobster on Busch Blvd is always a pleasant experience! From the welcoming greeting at the door, to the delicious food (I got the Ultimate Feast), to the Amazing Manager Dave who stopped by just to check up on us and has a warm and inviting Demeanor, down to the Wonderful server Josh M. Everything came out in perfect timing nothing felt rushed and all the food was hot and fresh! Never had to wait for anything, drinks were filled promptly, dishes were picked up as we cleared them, everything was perfect!! Restaurant is extremely clean, staff is great, and food is wonderful! Will most definitely be back as we always do!!

    Everything we order was very good, they messed up my daughter's meal and quickly fixed it and waiter was very nice. I had the seafarers dish and ended up sharing it was so big.

    I love love love this place. They were friendly and our waiter was super helpful and she was on point and new when we needed refills and all around took good care of us. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to come here and he was so very happy with the food and they even sang to him for his birthday. Thank you so much! I will be back again. The prices were better than I thought very affordable and the food was on point. It was a party of five. I would recommend this place to anyone. Well done.

    AJ made the best Titos Stawberry lemonade I have ever tasted. It had the perfect amount of titos and the lemonade did not over power the drink. My food and service were amazing. Best experience I've had at this restaurant. Did I mention the biscuits were soooo fresh.

    The hostess(Gen) at the bar was very nice and friendly best part of the night. Service standards of cleanliness was below state standards for any red lobster I’ve to been. It is very unfortunate that I had to experience this.

    On a late Sunday morning, the restaurant was quiet. I got immediate service. The served was very friendly, explained specials to me, and took my drink order. He returned promptly and took my food order. That quickly arrived and it was piping hot. Great restaurant, food and service...oh good prices.

    First I’d like to say the only reason for a 5 star is because of our waiter Amlio I believe that’s his name. He only works the lunch hrs. He is the definition of great customer service/server. He’s always on point never forgets anything we’ve asked of him. If we liked our food cooked a certain way he’s on it. Drinks are always taken care of, I mean there’s nothing bad to say.. He is the only reason we go to Red Lobster. If you ever go for lunch make sure you ask for him I promise you wouldn’t be disappointed. He’s worth a $100 tip..

    Went for my birthday with my family, the waiter obviously did not know how to handle a large group. Lots of little mistakes which was fine but then he forgot my daughters kids meal and she had to wait a extra 30 min to eat because the fryers were down and being washed?? And then I couldn't eat my crab because all the crab crackers in the whole restaurant were being washed at that moment and I'd have to wait a HOUR to get one. So many other little things but I was then later told he was told multiple times it was my birthday but didn't even get offered a dessert or anything. Will definitely not be back to this location. Such a shame because the time before when we visited it was such a good experience. And BTW I could 100% understand if the restaurant had been busy during any of this but it wasn't, it was almost empty.

    Was in yesterday. Calamari was way too salty & Not served with lemon.. Cod was good, slightly greasey, but otherwise fish & chips good. Burger was average. Waitstaff was very good. Over all, average dining.

    So here at the bar and the bartender AJ is absolutely amazing and makes fire 🔥 drinks. We got the Casa Colada which features Casamigos, the drink is soo good and his vibes is everything. 10/10 def recommend y’all ask for AJ and let him take care of your drinks 🍹 at the bar.

    I was surprisingly disappointed. The service was really good. Don't get me wrong of the waitress was so kind but the food was very support. The pasta wasn't fully cooked. The biscuits were burnt and way too buttery. The potatoes were too salty. All the food was just really disappointing especially for the price. We paid our bill in full and left. The service was great but I don't think that I would come back. I just kept thinking I could have got hot wings for $10 and probably would have enjoyed it more from somewhere else and I was really surprised that the food changed so much since the last time I had been

    Came here for my dads birthday and Josh M. was absolutely wonderful. Hoping he’s a manager of some sort because he is such a pleasant person here at this location.     Drinks were great, stuffed mushrooms & coconut shrimp.Lobster dip tasted ok but shrimp pasta had to send back. Pasta was over cooked and sauce was broken and had no flavor.Tasted like Alfredo sauce right out of the jar...

    Josh was our server at this location, which he was nothing short of amazing! I would highly recommend Josh if you’re looking for a pleasant experience and someone who is hyper attentive to your dining needs. Moreover Josh was personable, funny and such a great person overall. Josh, thank you for your kindness to me and my family. You truly made the end to our day an absolute delight. Hope you continue to spread your joy and positivity each of your guest.     Our waitress was so sweet! I applaud her services when she dealt with a family of 7 that came in and sat across from us. They were so indecisive and tried to give her a hard time, but she handled them respectfully. I can't remember her name but her braids were nice! She deserves a round of applause because I would have thrown the whole family out!! The food was delicious though and the ambiance was nice! I'll be returning

    Service was good, food was good… they were out of appetizer plates though so we had to eat the food off the table or napkins. Which was strange, they didn’t have anyone to wash the dishes… It was an easy place to come for dinner after Busch gardens! We got our food very fast and we’re seated immediately

    AJ was our server and he was so friendly. I originally wanted to try their watermelon martini but they were out of mint so he recommended the watermelon margarita & when I tell you!!! It was the best margarita I’ve ever had and I was feeling LIT after 1 drink! Food was fresh & tasty as always. $20 endless shrimp on Monday! If you come ask for AJ; trust me you won’t regret it.

    The service I receive was magnificent if I can give it more than five stars, I would the server miss Deja was awesome. I would recommend to anybody that would want to eat here to be served by her. She’s a very pleasant, nice happy person. She made sure that my drinks and food that I ordered was good and I did not have to wait. She is a great asset to this company. Excellent service.

    We eat at Red Lobster quite often we love their surf and turf steak is always great and the lobster. Okay but the side dishes you get our unbelievable they have a mashed potato with chopped up little lobsters in it unbelievable and they have it at my house in 45 minutes

    The food and service were good, however, although several employees saw me standing up front, not one employee greeted or assisted me for about five minutes. I almost departed for another restaurant. The server Kaira was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive, very helpful, professional, and courteous with excellent recommendations, and she was patient as I browsed the menu. She got my order correct and she very pleasant.

    Deja was our waitress tonight and she was really nice and very helpful. It was my family’s first time here at reb lobster and she was just amazing. I hope some day she gets to be a manager. She would be amazing!! Overall the food was awesome! However, the service was even better! We will definitely be back!

    23 dlls for all Shrimp you can eat ....is just great. Garlic oil and pasta are the best options 💯. Also free desert if is your birthday .

    Food was warm not hot. Pasta was water down so bad that I didn't taste the garlic or any seasoning. Presentation was excellent, but the food tasted terrible. I even tried to "doctor it up" once I returned home but it was no use. I WASTED $48.88 on food and dessert. The lemon cake was over powered with lemon, very bitter. I loved the cream cheese cake. Awesome, I'll buy that again. Overall if they add a lil more seasoning and careful drain pasta, fix will taste better. Again, their presentation was ON POINT, the way the food looked made me think the food was going to taste as good as it looked... WRONG!!!

    I left a glowing review for this location a couple years ago but after the last year of experiences I’ve had, **** THIS PLACE. Every time I come, the servers and hosts are so high strung and stressed out and I understand that’s the fault of management but then they take it out on customers. Tonight for example. I placed a to-go order for curbside pickup at 8:50, said pickup time would be 9:25. Okay, sounds reasonable! It’s one full entree, 3 apps, a side salad and biscuits. I show up on time and wait for ten minutes before deciding to call the location and ask about my order. They tell me it won’t be ready for ANOTHER ten minutes, I guess nobody was going to let us know?? Not to mention it’s a Monday night and the place is NOT busy by any definition of the word. A girl brings the food out to me and seems annoyed I didn’t notice her walking up though I’ve been sitting for 20 minutes so I’m not exactly on high alert. I say thank you so much and she rolls her eyes, says nothing and just turns and walks away. Okay, whatever, rough day maybe. I get home, and we start pulling out our food. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with rice and broccoli. I got a flat sad excuse for a sirloin, and mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts? WHY did I effectively wait for my food for a total of an HOUR and deal with ATTITUDE from the staff for no reason, just for my order to be so wrong. Obviously the place was closed by that point so I couldn’t go get it fixed, or I would have. The employees here are nasty in spirit, to each other and to customers. The managers seem to be borderline evil. The food isn’t up to the same standard as other locations, which says a lot. It’s just a bad time and I’ll never be here again, thank you.
