After a morning walk on Sunday I was looking for a place to have quick coffee and breakfast. I searched near me and decided to have coffee and Bagel at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Accessibility Einstein Bros. Bagels in a big complex and there is a plenty of parking spaces in the lot. So one can park the car in the parking lot and can directly go to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Service and Food When you enter Einstein Bros. Bagels you can directly see the menu on walls and from different options of bagels and coffee can decide what you will like to have. I ordered the bagel and coffee. I chose Caramel Cold Brew and Avocado Veg Out Bagel. I got my order in 5 minutes with both bagel and coffee. The coffee was freshly brewed with hot coffee. The avocado bagel was delicious and bagel plus coffee was a great combination that i needed. Amazing bagels with great coffee definitely makes a day better.

Our first time coming to einstein bro bagels. Order: a chocolate cold brew and a plain bagel. Quality: bagel was fresh and hot with whipped cream cheese. And drink was cold and chocolatey, but a little sweet, I would certainly ask for less sweetener next time. Enjoy these professional photos I took.

Love this location. They usually don’t have the best bagel selection towards the end of the morning but I’m sure if I came earlier it wouldn’t be an issue. I always get the Farmhouse sandwich and it’s so amazing. I used to get a regular egg bacon and cheese and it was boring and I will not order anything else besides the farmhouse from now on. Sometimes the country pepper schmear is very light but it’s still an amazing sandwich. They shoukd make a tub of that schmear I would buy all of them for my bagels. Overall good location and a coffee comes with every order in store too! It used to be just through the app but they changed it.

I always pass this place when I’m in Tampa,So today I finally stopped by it was my first time here , Greeted with a smile 😊 Everyone was in such a good mood , I was kinda slow ordering she was so patient with me Lol! Everything was clean and well kept! I barely waited 3 minutes and my order was ready ,The bagels was hot and fresh… Definitely recommended 🙏

This is a great place to grab breakfast or brunch during your trip to MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry), Tampa. Great selection of bagels 🥯 with some classics such as the cinnamon raisin 😋 Make sure you get the cream cheese too!!! 🤩 Coffee ☕️ is great and goes well with the bagels. The staff is friendly and jolly. They took their time to explain to me the different varieties and also recommended some based on their own experiences 😍👍 I wish the team the very best and will return then next time I’m in Tampa 🤩

I have been a regular at this location for about 4 to 6 months now and I have had exceptional service every single time. I place my order over the phone about 5-8 before arrival and have swift service each visit. The staff here is wonderful, from the cashiers to the managers. My orders are not always the simplest and they very patient in making sure I receive what I ask for. Madison is especially detail oriented and greets me by name when I arrive. Very happy with Einsteins as a whole and specifically this location. Thank you being so great!

This place needs 911 from the franchise officials! The atmosphere of this location looks like the old subways in a rat infested dark place. When I go in to pick up my goof I close my eyes! The food and service is great but this needs a major remodeling please!

SKYLAR was awesome made me feel comfortable . was a suggestive seller and very knowledge about her product. This was my first but not my last. I will wait in line to just get her to help me again.

The customer service was okay until they called me by D instead of the name I told them Desirea. It's always the principle maybe because they couldn't spell my name but they could have asked as well

I am a frequent customer through door dash delivery app. I order bagels for my law firm several days a week. I always call and confirm what type of bagels because we have some employees with food allergies. Today I did that and my bagels after arrived as there mixed dozen not at all what I ordered. /i have no time to deal with correcting or complaining in life so usually I would of just let it go but unfortunately I had to deal with this due to employee with food allergy and things all being in one box. So rather then complaining to door dash and getting the refund I called and the "Supervisor" immediately was so nice and she offered to correct and She even herself delivered the correct bagels. Now that is above and beyond and certainly an employee of Einstein that appreciates the company she is working for so I am only taking this time to write this because of the supervisor and her extraordinary effort to please a customer and support the company name and reputation. I would love to have an employee like her at our law firm. you are an amazing asset to Einstein please be sure your management team sees this review and reach out to me if you ever need anything.

I loved the bagels. Not sure if it was just the one I got, but it was wonderful and light. I got the Cheddar and Jalapeno...yummy!

I have never really liked bagels personally myself. Simply because I feel like they have too much bread on them. I say that to say that this is Bagel place I have ever experience in my life. They gave me the option to make my bagel thin something I have never tried. If I could write them higher review I would this was an amazing experience. Thank you!

I'm from NY so I'm use to good quality bagels. But these bagels are as good as it gets when you live here. I come here once in a bluemoon.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager and staff working the breakfast shift on 10-18-23. They helped me out with breakfast for a work meeting with no notice. Party of 12 done flawlessly and quickly! Thanks for your hospitality!

Hadn't been here in a couple of years but thought I'd treat myself to some "real" bagels rather than the grocery store type. I went on Saturday at noon. Besides the wait being very long before ordering, I couldn't even see the variety of bagels they had because the plastic shield was all smudgy so I had to wait until my turn at the ordering station where there was a list of bagels. Most of the bagels were already unavailable making it really hard to order. I got 1 garlic, one pretzel, and 2 onion bagels since they were available. I requested they be sliced but not toasted. Well there are signs all over saying "fresh baked" but when I got my bagels they didn't even seem freshly baked that morning. They were all hard and didn't even taste right. They were sliced so unevenly, like 1 side was about 1 cm and the other about 4 cm making it hard to toast when I got home since one side was way too thick to fit in my bagel-sized toaster. Real waste of money. The place was packed at noon on a Saturday so I don't know what the draw is for this Einstein's but clearly I guess I didn't have what they were having.

Service Dog Owners Beware: My real rating is now zero stars. I'm a weekly customer for the last year- coming in almost DAILY for a bagel usually curbside. Today I order at the counter which is very rare and when I approached the counter i was immediately told - "Let me see your Dogs papers. We do not allow dogs." Not "is your dog a service animal?" Yikes that's totally illegal. I stood there for a minute and moved out of line and immediately looked in my phone (where I keep all my documents) while I'm looking I'm thinking - this isn't right. First of all- It doesn't say I can't bring a dog inside anywhere. And There's dog treats on the counter in addition- I remember the one time I brought in my support dog the one young man offered him a treat. Did this lady really just ask for my dogs papers?? I felt very uncomfortable at that time so I put my service dog in the car. I went in and ordered my bagel. So now you've not only lost a customer - be prepared to now deal with the consequences of treating the disabled very poorly.

Everything was great, a solid four stars. The only feedback I have is to prioritize simple orders over orders that take longer. If someone orders a bagel with cream cheese they shouldn't have to wait for everyone else's sandwiches to be made first. Still a great place with good food.

The people working there were friendly and nice. The food was prepared as ordered and reasonably priced. I'm deducting one star because the floor was filthy and sticky. Even though the dining room was closed, the tables were dirty and sticky too. The entire interior area needs a deep cleaning.

Busy but prompt and food was good. Einstein has it's own standard of offerings and with any franchise it's important that a consistent quality be maintained. That holds true for this location.

Speed, convenience, and friendly service matters most and the Sunday crew here exemplifies that. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They offer a variety of bagel egg sandwiches and spreads… with the nova lox (double toasted) being my favorite

First time at this location as I usually frequent the one in Brandon. Fast and friendly service with a smile! It may not seem like a lot but it’s more than most places are serving right now. Oh and my food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area.

My fiancé and I just went through the drive thru and they gave him two bagels toasted with no shmear on them even though we confirmed it multiple times. We had to stop through a Dunkin drive thru after and buy cream cheese and waste even more money. So frustrating.

Convenient spot for a quick in and quick bagel. Won't take too much time. I'll opt in for something w more greens next time, but my wife's selection was up there, flavor-wise! Awesome lemonades; tasted very refreshing, especially on that hot day.

Well the girl at front charge me for a coffee that I didn’t order so I wanted a refund cash, I guess she didn’t like it cause her face was ugly, then she made the coffees that I order with no sugar or flavor… I guess she fit it on purpose!!! Bad customer service even though I was very polite and not upset but of course I wanted my money back!!!! And don’t even bother apologizing cause it will keep happening and nothing will change nowadays people don’t work for love only for money!!!

They ran out of coffee cakes when I went there, but the service was fast, and the food was good. I had never been there before, but when I asked for the garden avocado sandwich, they automatically gave me two eggs even though I didn't specify how many I wanted (I didn't notice the options quick enough, but shouldn't they at least ask?)

I had to try the Chorizo patty it was good but to mild of a flavor for me staff was nice service was fast

The best customer service in Tampa, in my opinion. As upbeat, compassionate, and sweet as it gets. Excellent mood to begin the day. favorite spot for a quick breakfast and cup of coffee on the way to work. I heartily advise selecting this location. I rarely leave reviews since I'm always so impressed.

Extremely friendly staff. Great service. Order was correct and made quickly. I am an old time Einstein customer. You used to start the line down by the bagels then pay. Now you start at the register. The interior is definitely old and worn. Not sure if they are getting ready to remodel. Overall, well done. No complaints. Again, staff if very, very polite!! Good manager!!

Bagels were good, cream cheese was amazing, service was friendly but I showed up at around 7:30am on a Saturday to get bagels for out of town guests, and many flavors weren't made yet. I ended up with a lot of up charged bagels in my bakers dozen due to low availability of regularly priced bagels. My bill was higher than I expected. Not a huge deal but I think I could have gotten the same quality and better selection at Panera

I was trying to get one of the employees attention on the right side behind the counter about my pick up order and he completely ignored me. I said excuse me like 5 times and another employee had to walk over and answer my question because she saw the other guy ignoring a me. Don’t come here if you want the bear minimum level of customer service.

I overall had a very good experience at this einstein’s location. everyone was super friendly and fast paced. my food was very yummy and the caramel macchiato was to die for. my interaction with one of the employees was the cherry on top of my experience. i wish i could remember her name but she had brown hair and two nose piercings. she was truly a delight and had phenomenal customer service skills!!!

I love love love this place, I’ve been coming here for some time now. Is my morning routine before heading to work. Everyone here is always in a good mood and they greet you coming in as well when you leave. The food and coffee are always fresh and delicious 🤤
