I
called
prior
to
coming
in
and
also
checked
online
to
see
if
there
was
a
wait,
there
wasnāt.
When
we
arrived
there
wasnāt
another
person/patient
in
the
waiting
area.
Registration
was
fast
and
efficient.
We
were
told
to
sit
and
will
be
called
shortly.
A
technician,
Jaime,
and
the
front
desk
employee
proceeded
to
have
a
VERY
lengthy
conversation
about
all
types
of
things
that
did
not
pertain
to
work.
It
was
quite
frustrating
to
hear
about
Jamieās
mother
and
brother
and
trips
and
college
all
while
my
senior
dad
was
sick
and
waiting
to
be
seen.
All
I
could
think
is
that
I
really
hope
this
isnāt
the
person
who
takes
us
back
bc
that
would
tell
me
that
his
conversation
was
much
more
important
than
his
job.
Much
time
goes
by
and
of
course,
Jamie
brings
us
back
and
is
our
tech.
Please
note
that
the
front
desk
employee
didnāt
seem
too
interested
in
this
conversation
as
much
as
she
was
just
being
nice
because
another
employee
was
speaking
to
her.
Once
back
Jamie
was
pleasant.
We
arrived
for
UTI.
Test
did
come
back
for
UTI
but
the
NP
although,
very
nice
and
caring
referred
us
to
the
ER
for
her
opinion
that
my
dads
issue
COULD
be
his
kidneys.
I
told
her
we
just
tested
his
kidneys
and
so
Iām
sure
itās
not
and
we
needed
antibiotics
for
his
UTI.
she
refused
and
wouldnāt
help
us.
A
complete
waste
of
time.
I
am
my
fathers
round
the
clock
caregiver
since
he
became
ill.
He
wasnāt
looked
at
as
a
person
rather
he
was
looked
at
as
just
his
numbers.
For
example,
upon
sitting
in
the
room
his
saturation
was
about
88.
I
explained
that
this
is
NORMAL
for
him
because
he
exerted
himself
walking
with
a
cane
as
he
usually
uses
a
walker
and
his
doctor
allows
him
to
go
to
88
due
to
chronic
lung
and
other
lung
problems.
I
explained
that
he
will
recover
and
go
back
to
the
90s
once
he
settles.
They
agreed
to
check
again
and
he
did
in
fact
go
to
94,
his
usual
base.
Another
number
was
his
HR.
He
just
walked
a
long
distance
and
his
heart
rate
was
over
100.
Again
I
told
them
he
just
exerted
himself.
They
agreed
to
check
again
and
it
went
to
99.
His
base
is
usually
80-90s.
Prior
to
arrival
I
checked
his
temperature
which
was
98.6
as
I
always
do.
Their
thermometer
read
100.
When
they
checked
it
again
it
went
to
99.
AGAIN,
he
just
exerted
himself
walking
with
a
cane
and
the
cane
is
a
very
big
struggle
for
him
but
our
physical
therapist
said
he
should
try
more
with
it
to
build
up
strength.
We
did
not
go
to
the
ER
and
went
to
his
primary
doctor
the
next
day
which
looked
at
the
same
labs
he
had
done
for
his
kidneys
at
BAYCARE
HOSPITAL
that
I
told
the
NP
about
and
agreed
it
was
not
his
kidneys
and
prescribed
uti
medication.
I
would
not
return
to
bay
care
urgent
care
at
all
and
do
not
recommend.
There
are
better
urgent
cares
close
by
if
needed.
