POSITIVE:
-The
staff
is
sweet,
and
I
can
tell
that
Dr.
Rohani
truly
cares
for
each
patient
he
sees.
-
The
sign
in
was
simple
and
easy
-
Aya
(or
Ava?)
was
the
only
nurse
there
that
was
helping
Dr.
Rohani
NEGATIVES:
-
THERE
IS
NOT
ENOUGH
MEDICAL
PERSONNEL
AVAILABLE
TO
BEST
SUIT
THEIR
PATIENTS
-
THE
ONLY
PEOPLE
WORKING
THAT
ESTABLISHMENT
WAS
THE
2
LISTED
ABOVE.
The
others
were
a
front
desk
clerk
and
a
random
nurse
that
seemed
as
if
she
had
enough
experience
but
literally
and
I
mean
LITERALLY
did
not
know
how
to
patch
something
with
āco-bandā
(if
you
donāt
know
what
that
means
itās
a
self-adhesive
bandageā
ā
yes
I
googled
that
vocabulary
and
yes
I
heard
it
loud
and
clear
from
the
conversations
because
the
walls
are
thin.
If
you
would
like
to
know
anything
else
about
her
conversation
let
me
know!!
Because
it
was
the
only
source
of
entertainment
I
had
for
4
hours)
Memes
always
talk
about
"who
is
the
girl
that
distracts
her
co-workers
and
does
nothing"
whoever
she
was
SHE
WAS
HER.
He
literally
had
to
explain
where
the
medical
scripts
were.
Donāt
get
me
wrong,
I
am
all
for
coaching/training
in
the
moment.
But
whoever
she
was
does
not
seems
to
be
equipped
with
the
correct
medical
knowledge/skill
to
be
operating
on
patients.
-I
arrived
early
to
my
pre-booked
5:15PM
appointment
(4:20PM)
I
was
not
pulled
back
until
6:00PM
-
yes,
I
understand
I
came
in
too
early.
But
I
was
optimistic
that
I
could
get
in
early
as
the
clinic
had
2
patients
before
me
-
was
I
WRONG!
I
was
not
aware
of
how
understaffed
the
team
was
at
the
time
I
then
waited
until
6:45PM
to
finally
be
seen
(test
results
were
ran
at
6:05PM)
-
Doctor
Rohani
asked
questions
about
my
symptoms
which
peek
anxiety
and
when
I
asked
WHY
he
was
asking
over
something
like
that
(my
anxiety
flared
tbh)
he
said
he
was
not
sure
as
the
test
results
have
not
been
ran
yet.
WAIT
WHAT?
I
have
almost
been
here
an
hour
and
youāre
asking
me
items
that
YOU
donāt
even
know
about?
I
do
still
respect
him
regardless
of
this
encounter
because
he
truly
was
understaffed
and
working
with
idiots.
-
6:55PM
a
patient
asked
the
chatty
nurse
if
she
ācould
I
go
home
yet?ā
this
patient
sounded
in
pain,
distressed
and
exhausted
because
she
too
was
incredibly
exasperated
of
the
amount
of
time
she
had
to
wait
(once
again
the
walls
are
thin)
she
was
met
with
a
fake
pessimistic
voice
of
āoh
no
honey,
not
just
yet!
Thanks
for
being
a
trooper!ā
(At
this
point
I
had
my
head
outside
my
door
and
I
watched
as
she
swiveled
back
around
in
her
chair
to
continue
the
conversation
with
the
front
desk
clerk.)
- 7:05
PM
I
heard
my
test
results
were
finally
ran
(because
chatty
kathy
said
my
name
loud
and
clear)
- 7:15PM
I
began
rustling
around
my
room
as
I
was
debating
to
walk
out
ā
panic
attack
and
all
- 7:35PM
Ava
came
in
quickly
gave
my
results.
I
proclaimed,
āYāall
made
me
wait
an
hour
and
a
half
in
pure
anxiety
that
I
was
pregnant
and
this
is
the
news?ā
I
knew
she
felt
bad
and
I
could
tell
she
was
exhausted
but
my
god
donāt
do
that
to
a
single
income
individual
who
came
in
for
a
UTI
testing
I
FINALLY
LEFT
THE
ESTABLISHMENT
AT
7:40
Of
course,
it
is
my
fault
for
the
early
arrival.
I
will
OWN
that
mistake
and
deduct
an
hour.
But
everything
after??
That
was
almost
3
hours
of
my
life
of
absolutely
nothing
(in
total
3.75
hours
if
you
want
to
count
my
mistake)
What
I
came
in
was
MINOR
and
should
only
take
AT
MOST
20-35
minutes
for
treatment.
I
understand
an
urgent
care
facility
can
hold
various
patients
leveling
in
pain,
however,
for
a
quick
and
easy
out
this
location
is
NOT
it
-
I
do
recognize
my
symptoms
were
lower
than
most.
But
turn
me
away
and
tell
me
to
come
back
another
day!?
It
is
that
simple
-
I
don't
know
if
that's
legal
but
that
would
have
saved
me
SO
much
time
and
I
would
have
understood!
At
that
point
please
provide
your
patients
dinner
or
at
MOST
a
professional
personal
to
check
on
the
well-being
of
their
patients.
What
I
experienced
felt
like
an
insane
asylum.
With
people,
around
me
groaning/moaning/
White
walls.
Fluorescent
lights
and
pure
solitude
for
the
entire
evening.
