There
was
a
lot
to
like
about
this
hotel,
but
there
were
quite
a
few
issues
too
that
I
hope
management
is
able
to
rectify.
The
pros
were,
our
room
was
spacious
and
clean
and
modern.
Beds
were
super
comfy
and
the
TV
had
a
crystal
clear
HD
screen.
The
complimentary
breakfast
had
an
elaborate
spread,
but
the
"hot"
items
like
eggs
and
bacon
were
cold.
Coffee
was
good
though
and
the
juices
were
fresh.
Staff
was
friendly
more
or
less.
Location
was
great
as
many
attractions
we
wanted
to
see
were
in
walking
distance.
Now
the
cons-we
requested
a
king
size
bed,
but
when
we
checked
in
we
were
told
they
didn't
have
any
rooms
with
king
size
beds
ready
and
we'd
either
have
to
wait
several
hours
for
our
room
to
be
ready,
or
settle
for
a
room
with
two
double
beds.
We
chose
the
double
beds
because
we
were
exhausted
and
wanted
to
check
in
and
relax.
Very
disappointing.
The
pool
area
was
situated
in
a
weird
place.
We
did
not
see
any
sunlight
in
the
pool
area
for
the
duration
of
our
stay.
We'd
get
out
of
the
pool
and
we'd
be
a
shivering
because
the
whole
area
was
in
the
shade.
Very
curious
to
know
why
they
built
the
pool
in
an
area
with
little
to
no
sunlight.
The
elevators
were
an
adventure.
You
needed
your
room
key
to
go
up
to
your
floor,
but
many
times
the
key
didn't
work
and
we'd
have
to
go
all
way
up
to
he
top,
then
come
back
down
to
finally
reach
our
floor.
Sometimes,
the
elevator
would
stop
on
each
and
every
floor
for
no
reason.
It
became
a
running
joke
with
other
guests
each
time
we
rode
the
lift.
The
elevator
issue
is
something
that
really
must
be
addresses
ASAP.
All
in
all,
we
did
like
this
hotel
and
we
would
recommend
it,
but
I
only
gave
3
stars
because,
to
be
honest,
if
I
am
paying
$300
a
night,
I
expected
much
more
and
much
better.
