My son has been in his office until 2 years old he is now 11 years old and I have no complaints they have always addressed any concerns that I have with his health and always giving him the best care or direct me to the specialist that could when was out of their hands. I love the interaction with the kiddos and I love that we have caring doctors in this office that go above and beyond to make sure that the child has whatever type of care that the parent wants whether that involves holistic medicines or medicinal medication they are on board as long as it is going to benefit the child. I will refer them to any parent looking for a small intimate office who will give your child one-on-one care when they are intheir visiting

I have been bringing my kids her for about 2years now, I love the care that they give to the kids here. We aren't treat as a appointment number. They have compassion for the kids, take time out, answer questions that families may have.

I had a great experience with them! It’s been a minute since I was there last and I want to say that despite having to switch doctors due to our original doctor being stuck in traffic, the nurses were very attentive with checking in on us and making sure that we were OK and very sweet with my kids! I did have to follow up afterwards because I wasn’t sure how to navigate the portal to get school physicals and they were so helpful and I was able to obtain the information I needed!

My kids have been going to Dr. Barriga's office for over 5 years. Love the staff they do an amazing job. The customer service is exceptional. There has been many changes to the staff but I can say this new team is fast. They get you in and out while being super professional. Thank you all for all of your hard work. I have been attending Julia barriga office with my first child and that was 2012 and my second child was born in 2014 my third child was born in 2023 I have been attending Mrs Julia's office since my kids been born I would not choose no other doctor's office besides this doctor's office I am still attending this doctor's office with all three of my children this is the best doctor's office I've ever used I made the best decision leaving that hospital I never doubted my decision.the doctors and staffs here are amazing and very great and hardworking at what they do they care for their clients their children the patients.they have you in and out with no problem they are very leaning and will work with you I book all three of my kids appointments in the same day they even have Saturday appointments for all the hard working women that can't attend throughout the week.i rate this doctor's office x100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they actually care for their patients and very very professional.

This is the best pediatric office in Tampa/Temple Terrace area! I've been taking my children to this pediatrician for over 9 years! The doctors and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. And they actually help solve any child illnesses and observe for early intervention signs of mental health. 10 out of 10

This place has done a whole turn around as far as wait time. I walked right in within 5 mins was already in the back and seen by the doctor right away. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and informative. They did an amazing job making my little one feel comfortable.

The service at the clinic Julia Barriga is very good. My family has a familial bond with them since 2006, they’ve taken care of my kids lovely and are strong and healthy. My kids love coming here👍🏻.

I've been bringing my grand babies here for almost 3 years and I can't complain about NOTHING!! The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING👍🤩🤩, they go above and beyond for their patients! We usually see Dr. C but on 6/7/22 We got the chance to see Dr. Timothy Hessert And What a BLESSING it was, He's caring, compassionate, honestly, understanding and genuine he loves CHILDREN! Everyone including the nurse assistance are Amazing! Keep up the great work ladies!!

This doctor’s office has a high flexibility when it comes to scheduling. Everyone is very nice and gentle with the children. My daughter loves it because upon exiting she always gets a choice of lollipop or a balloon.

I am so pleased with Dr.Barriga and her staff. I switched my children from their former pediatrician and I wish I would have switched them sooner. They are amazing and I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review.

Love the front desk and nursing staff. The nurses are very patient and work very well with my son who is not a fan of doctors offices. Still new to the office but have always been able to get an appointment when needed!

My 7 year old woke up sick and I called Julia Barriga office as soon as they opened at 8am in hopes that they would have an appointment for him to be seen. No surprise, they did not but did say they could fit him in. When we got there on time, we waited less than 30 minutes before being called back. When we got into the exam room we were there again less than 30 minutes waiting for the doctor and She was great!! So nice! We live an hour away from the office, so it's nice when an office can fit you in and it feels like a scheduled one.

Caroline was very professional and nice. Every time I bring my kids the service is fast and very thorough. The doctors here are knowledgeable and caring. What more could you ask for?

As a mother of 3, it’s difficult finding a doctor that assesses your concerns as you expect them to. I’ve been taking my children to Julia Barrigas office for years now & have seen all of the providers. All of them are very thorough and nothing short of amazing caring individuals! My kids now love the doctors!!!

I absolutely love this office. From the easy check in process with front desk, to be attended to by staff and just all around care. Dr. Barriga has a fantastic staff. Also a big thank you to Naicha and Janet for always going above and beyond in care. If I ever have questions, concerns, need paperwork etc these ladies are always on top of it. Thank you! Thank you!

Dr. Barriga is terrible and should retire. I have never met a physician so rude. She sounds so monotone and quite frankly just over it. I wish I could say her only negative quality is her personality but its not! She is down right disrespectful and likes to bring children's self esteem down. My son is about 10 lbs overweight per her and she treated him as if he needed bariatric surgery. This woman had the audacity to put my son on a weight watchers program for kids!!!! A program where he would need to go in once a month to get his weight checked. Truly disgusting. My child left her office upset and traumatized. You should hang up your white coat..it’s time ma’am.

At this point I’m removing my child from this facility they lack organization. No matter how many times I’ve provided the most up to date info they seem to always lack !! The are sending out personal info to contacts that are no longer belongs to my family(HIPPA issues). My child has been with this facility for 4 years and to not have the correct address phone numbers and consolidate my account with someone who is NOT at all responsible for my child’s insurance. I have provided up to date info every chance I have to still months later have the incorrect info submitted on my child and then the receptionist(Jamie) tries to justify the incorrect data with inappropriate info that has no relevance to what is currently at state. I refuse to do business ever again with this location and I will make sure ALL my child’s records are properly transferred where they don’t lack after having the patient as long as this provider has… The company has a whole have to do better and this is NOT my first rodeo with Jamie but this will be the last I provide another cent to this company!! Last but NOT lease after speaking with JAIME it was discovered that my email, contact numbers and address was ALL inaccurately entered!! I’m not how the continue to receive business with so many compliance issues that needs immediate addressing !!

Me and my sister have been going here ever since I can remember I am 23 and with my first son and I decided that this will be the best place for my son to have his check ups. The staff it’s super nice and very attentive

Nicole was super nice. My baby was first scared and she took all her nerves and scare away. She gave her a price(candy) and my baby listened and followed. She is amazing with kids and trust worthy me and my family have been going to julia barrigas office through generations

Dr. Barriga office is truly amazing, the office is very clean and the staff is understanding. I saw Dr.Hessert he was amazing I felt like my concern were being heard. Luz was also very helpful when I was leaving making sure I have everything I needed before leaving the office. This place is a 10 out of 10 definitely will recommend this doctors office.

There was a miscommunication issue with my son’s appointment today Tuesday 9/12. Received a call later in the day and all is resolved. Appointment rescheduled for a later date. Appreciate the professionalism displayed by this clinic.

My son, Kaiden, has been going to Dr. Barriga’s office since we moved to Tampa (4 years ago). My youngest goes here too and we really like this office! The nurses are sweet and really know how to help the kids and parents with their experiences, whether the kids are sick, getting a shot, or just scared/nervous. Everyone we have interacted with in the office has been helpful throughout the years. The location is also convenient from where we live and the boys daycare.

Crystal was amazing from the time she called us back for vitals etc...and making my son that's being seen, as well as my other two who were not being seen feel comfortable and at ease. She built rapport and kept us engaged. Please give her a raise! Update: 7//7/22 Brought my children back for wellness check-up. The medical staff continues to be consistent with their care and knowledge. As well as great customer service.

I cannot put in words how frustrated I am with this office. Ivete is unprofessional, and has a very big ego… I have the unpleasure of dealing with the same “manager” twice. IVETE. On the very first visit, I was asking about the shots, they entered the room, with a lot of attitudes, like I was giving them problems. I asked why she was taking a certain shot twice in the same say, in the room she realized the mistake, THEY WERE ABOUT TO GIVE MY BABY 2 SHOTS OF THE SAME VACCINE. In her words: “They are like dogs, in order to see other dogs they need to be vaccinated.” Maybe she doesn’t know how to explain things in English. A manager of a Medical Office, talking like this? Second visit: same issue, vaccines. I don’t know why they want to overdose babies with more than what they need. Told her to go look for my baby’s filles, she left, never came back to the room. I ended up requesting same filles to another lady that was there. We checked the filles together and realized, again, that baby had already taken that vaccine. When I asked Ivete about the filles, she said they did not have any. Was she lying? Did she look for the records? At that moment I realized that I would never come back to that office, I asked her to please, give me the Records. She refused to give them to me, she said I would only get those with a request from another office. My husband ended up calling her the same day, and mentioned to her that it was illegal. She switched tone and told him that we would have to pay a fee to get those. Why did she never tell me this? Maybe she is used to people that says YES for the poor treatment she gives out… Be aware that if you take your baby there, they might be in risk.

My kids have been coming to this doctor office since they were born . They are all very nice . Doctors are very knowledgeable and care for their patients.

Juana made blood work comfortable and is an outstanding clinical staff. Ayshiona and all front desk are friendly and attentive. 2nd time here and we trust the care we are offered here.

Naicha provided excellent service in a timely manner. I went in to get my daughters records printed out and Naicha had me in and out in 10 minutes. Dr Barriga’s office continues to provide great service.

The worst practice by far, my child has been attending for 10 yrs. I have given chance after chance for improvement with no outcome. Today makes the 3rd appointment I've had to leave for one reason or the next. This time that sent me another patients records twice and when I scheduled the appointment bc I seem to always be there for at least 4 hrs. I asked will we be seen and out in time to attend a 1pm appointment., I was assured I would however It was nearly twelve and I had not even been called back yet and there were still multiple parents who had not been

I think doctors are very professional and care about the profession. My grand children which are now 20 19 , 17 my great son Bobby Jackson was here form birth until 2 my granddaughter move which causes I am pretty sure if you had a problem . I truly believe that it would be resolve with the doctors. If there something that you don’t understand stand put your hand up and let the doctor know what you don’t understand. They will listen . Come with an open mind . I know we as humans we are there our children are their patients. I believe that talking to them you the doctors will listen. So I’m not on any one side. I know that they have been very well with my family. Please if you say it was a bad day there always a chance to try and make it better. I know Dr.barriga will make corrections. My daughter has been attended of 3 different doctors and no one pay attention of her needs. They are so unprofessional that i try to explain the visit of my daughter and all of them in different occasion said that i need to be fast cause they have more patients. Thats the only things that they care more patients more money! Are you serious?

Dr. Cosic is amazing and I’m so glad I found this office. She takes her time with my child and remembers her every time. She genuinely cares and provides great service every time. I wish I knew the nurses names but they are all amazing as well, always super friendly and nice to my daughter.

First time here today! The staff was very friendly, nurses were excellent and patient. Wait time was reasonable, typical 20-25 minutes. The doctor went over everything and was very sweet to my child. Your child will always be seen by an actual doctor not a PA. Very happy to have found this place.

Terrible clinic to go individually with children due to late service. Every time I come here I always leave protesting. People come before me and get attended faster, when I take 2-3 hours waiting to be attended. If you are looking for a clinic, I recommend you not to take that is one.

Don’t recommend this clinic at all. Even with appointments you have to wait hours for your sick child to be seen, I went with my daughter yesterday I waited more than an hour to be seen never saw the doctor no nurse came to tell me why the doctor was taking so long, I left so my daughter never saw the doctor then they call me apologizing cause they had an emergency and only one pediatrician was there… well my daughter was sick as well. Need to hire more people then. Worst clinic ever don’t take your child there.

The nurses are very nice to the kids and the doctors are knowledgeable. However, the office is every chaotic. They always have lots of patients and at times it seems like they’re all over the place. Visits are almost always interrupted by MA’s coming to ask the doctors questions etc.

I’ve use this office for all of my kids. So 7years I’ve been trusting them with my children. Today they completely broke that trust and I will be removing my babies from the practice over this. I called in to get advice on how much tylonal to give my almost 1yr old who they saw 2months ago. They told me to check the bottle well I have children’s and infants tylonal here and both bottles say under 2 consult the pediatrician. I tried to consult my children’s pediatrician and they didn’t know the answer. If a doctors office can’t get a little thing like fever reducer right, there’s absolutely no way I can trust them with my children as they get older.

Julia Barriga is an awful place for a baby. They're not organized and one of the doctors weren't wearing gloves and didn't properly wear her mask. It was not covering her nose and they are rude. If we have something say, don't interrupt us. Parents with newborn to 6 months old babies, i don't recommend this office. They won't listen no matter how much you protest. I haven't been so disappointed in a doctor's office before.

Wait for an hour just so the Dr can spend 30 seconds looking at my baby and dismissing our questions. Or the other doctor that doesn't wear her mask properly and rambles instead of addressing your concerns. Office is also disorganized. Only gave two stars instead of one because the nurses are very nice and seem more helpful than the drs.
