Last minute choice for lunch when the place we wanted to go nearby was closed. Breakfast sandwich was fine. The vegan veggie panini was great. Cute little shop. Really liked the post-it note wall art the front.

From the moment you step into this place you are greeted with this "I'm at home" vibe. The customer service is absolutely impeccable they really go above and beyond and you can taste that same effort in their food as well. I had the breakfast sandwich, which could have easily been two meals and I'm very glad I came hungry! Every bite was so fresh and so packed full of flavor! My husband had the avocado toast, add beacon and let me tell you this toast came out not looking like much but the flavor was overwhelmingly good! This little dish really packed a punch and will definitely be ordered by us time and time again. The entire experience was very memorable, so much so that 5 stars just isn't enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Wow! Our whole experience here was nothing short of fantastic. We felt so welcome from the second we stepped in the door. The coffee was flavorful and strong. The egg white omelet was SO flavorful and satisfying. The homemade salsa is exquisite. I really loved that they had pink Himalayan salt on the tables…that’s not something you see everywhere! Wish I lived closer so I could make this a regular stop!

The place is small, and very welcoming. The ladies who work here are very friendly and make you feel you’re in their house in their loving home. I ordered a double egg, double cheese on a croissant and it was simply divine. Thank you!

I am always looking for healthy restaurants in the South Tampa area and went in Healthy n Fresh for the first time. I ordered a fruit bowl for myself and a rice and black bean bowl for my husband. My fruit bowl was delicious and fresh! My husband liked his dish, too. The thing was, when I walked in to pick up my order - I felt immediately like a stranger and felt very out of place. I don't think I ever felt that way in any restaurant before! It's not not the people were not nice, they were lovely. But I was awestruck by the amount of "Jesus" writings in very large signs and paintings on all of the walls, a large cross and all Jesus related momentos for sale on the shelves. I can completely respect the religious compassion someone may have - but it was a little off-putting in a business that I would think wants to make all people feel comfortable in their place. Please don't get me wrong, I can feel perfectly comfortable with small symbols of a business owner's religion around - but this was A LOT! I in no way, shape or form intend to insult anyone at this business - but I just thought it would be OK for me to express how I, as a customer, felt.

My favorite thing to order is the vegan Panini but I add prosciutto ! Wash it down with a smoothie 😉

Little Hidden Gem. I like to come over again. The panini was great and so was the smoothie. Place looks great inside is a must try for me. The staff is very sweet and very hard working.

I had the good fortune of finding this café while seeking out a healthy lunch in the South Tampa area. Upon entering, it was nice to receive a warm greeting; and I appreciated the spiritual messaging throughout the store. I ordered the fresh wild salmon prepared as a panini, and it was delicious! Overall, my first visit was great, and I plan to come back. To the reviewer who gave the establishment a one-star rating, I would advise he dine at the fast-food restaurant that pitches ‘you rule’ and ‘you can have it your way’. That would be a more suitable place for him, as he wouldn’t have to wait long nor give any thought to what’s most important in life.

Absolutely love the atmosphere here. Very cute sit down spot with good spirited people working there. The food and drink is fresh and delicious. Their salads are wonderful and filling. My parter got the Italian panini which seems to be a fan favorite there! Would recommend to give a try!

From we came in to leave this warmer restaurant, I just felt have breakfast at home 😊 , everything made me feel so comfortable . Food was really delicious and fresh. Ladies really friendly. We'll have breakfast at " home "tomorrow morning around 8:00😊

Had a great, healthy breakfast here the other day. Making plans to come back soon, it was really good. I had a berry smoothie and a turkey panini. If I could make a suggestion, I’d say to place a sign at the other door pointing to the actual working door, I was confused about it and saw the same happening to other clients. This is not a complaint, but an encouragement. You have a great place!

The food and smoothies were good. The only downfall of this place is the religious decor. They play Jesus music fairly loud, and the place is just decorated with God things. As a restaurant in South Tampa, they should remain neutral since South Tampa is so diverse. Unfortunately, I will not return to this place due to the pushing of their religious beliefs.

Best breakfast we had in the city. The owner is Ecuadorian, really friendly, takes her time to talk and know her client. The staff is really helpful and efficient. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty with reasonable price. The atmosphere makes you feel like home. I will be back for sure

Little hidden Gem. Café is beautiful, the staff Washington verá friendly. Best Coffee in town. Ford verá deliciosa. I was eating the lentillas soup and grilled chicken panini. My kid try healthy & lite acai fruit bowl. They have fresh squezzed Orange Juice. Our experience here was fantastic. We felt so welcome like family. You should try it :)

Update: Awesome News! They’re expanding their store! More seating and increasing their kitchen space. I’m so happy to see this growth! My favorite local spot. Their healthy and comfy açaí bowl is one of my favorites along with their turkey panini. Decided to try their grilled chicken panini and it surely did not disappoint. The food is worth the price and will keep you coming back for more. Their staff and owner are so nice and accommodating too. Surely their little restaurant will have you leaving with a full belly and wide smile 😊

This place is like home! It was my first time ever going and I was looking for a quick and wholesome bite to continue my day, and it was that and more! There were so many delicious choices to choose from. I was greeted beautifully at the door, given time to choose my order, and my order was taken precisely. While waiting the atmosphere of the music and aesthetics topped the charts for me. Fast, Fresh, and Friendly service. I highly recommend the Salmon Avocado Croissant and the Power Muscle Smoothie! 10/10! :)

In an effort to cut back on my sugar intake I’ve switched from coffee to juicing but I wanted to also start supporting more local business. I am SO HAPPY i found this cafe. Do yourself a favor and order one of their juices and paninis. Found my new favorite place. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES ❣️

The high rating for this place lured me to give it a try. What a shock. Never in all my experience with Google Maps, around the world over many years, have I felt so misled by previous reviews. Apparently certain people support the over-the-top religious messaging here, and turn a blind eye to everything else. Over half an hour for a simple order of avocado toast is ridiculous - and the toast was like shoe leather. Waiting even longer for a plain old cup of regular coffee that finally came when I was beyond eager to leave? Even more ridiculous. I've seen lemonade stands managed better than this. If you don't have all the time in the world to sit in a tiny sterile strip mall suite, try someplace else. I left there feeling robbed of my time and exploited. No wonder only a few other people were in there.

I cannot believe I just discovered Healthy N' Fresh Cafe. I catered breakfast from here for the morning of my wedding for the entire bridal party and it was such a hit. I am a stickler for healthy eating and I could tell that all of the ingredients were so fresh and everything was absolutely delicious! Everyone was obsessed with the food and even took leftovers to leave in the fridge for the day after the wedding. The owner, Lisseth, was extremely professional and kind from the beginning, quick to send over quote and flexible to create anything we wanted. I had custom egg white frittatas with veggies, salmon/avocado croissant sandwiches, greek yogurt parfaits with oats and fresh fruit, and avocado toasts.... Guys everything was to die for. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between. Thank you guys for making the morning of my wedding so special!!

My second visit to HNF cafe. This place os very cozy and has a positive, inviting atmosphere. Today for lunch I ordered the HNF hot bowl, with salmon. Everything tasted yummy and VERY FRESH! I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because the portion of my dishes was quite small. The veggies and chick peas were supposed to be the main basis of the bowl, and the salmon the add on, however there were just a few bites of zucchini and chickpeas. The salmon and avocado portions were great,as you can see. This bowl really needed some more veggies and chic peas. I left hungry and had to eat a granola bar to supplement my lunch. I will be back, but I will order a sand which next time.

I would highly recommend trying this Cafe. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and Chicken avocado salad. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and atmosphere spiritually up lifting. We would definitely go there again.

I always love coming to Healthy n Fresh café! For a quick take away meal or when I have the time to sit down and enjoy my meal and atmosphere, I always feel like I am at home here. Their coffee is DELICIOUS and their food is so wonderful and stands by their name. Love this place so much!

The food here is just like it says in the name, healthy and fresh. I love the egg sandwiches and all the drink options. The staff is very friendly and there are always new specials to choose from. The restaurant is clean and cute and it is located in a great area. Just wish there were more eateries like this one instead of all the bad fast food options that are a dime a dozen.

This place is fantastic! I googled "healthy breakfast" while in Tampa and this location came up with $, so I thought the prices would be affordable. I figured I would drive a few miles to check it out. The restaurant is on the small side, but they have a couple of tables out in front to eat outside. I love the latin flavor and the staff makes everything fresh. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I ate the egg white omelet + Avocado and they managed to put it on a croissant. Every bite was the perfect bite. The prices were unbelievable for the quality and flow of service. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.
