I don’t recommend at all worst customer service, i bought 2 pair of shoes which is supposed to be good business for them, two weeks later one shoe sole came off because it was glued which means its a defective item, called no answer stopped by they said cant help you. Had receipts and everything. So disappointed

Clarks at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to get quality shoes and accessories. I really like their selection of different styles of shoes here and it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The staff here is very friendly and willing to make sure that you have all the help you need with shoes.

Every associate at this store has been so incredibly friendly and helpful. I go through spurts of Clarks shopping, and I’m never disappointed with the available selection or the wonderful staff. I’d recommend this location to anyone and their mother. Even my husband was pretty interested in coming back with me to check out the men’s shoes and belts.

The best staff, and I've worked with them for a while. The shoes are great! Wait for the sales to get some real deals, but beware that your size may not be available. Free shipping and handling in case you do have to order. Knowledgeable staff can teach you how to use shoe care items to keep your shoes looking the best they can for a long time, saving you money in the long room

Scott was so helpful when my husband and I were here last month. He was extremely patient and had great advice. Also lovely to chat with! Thanks, Scott - my husband LOVES his new shoes, looks great, and has not had so much as a blister. We would come back to this store again.

I usually hate shoe shopping. But Jennifer was great! She got me some great looking shoes that fit my weirdly shapped feet :)

The leak was so knowledgeable about the story behind the shoes. For example, the ankle boots were about dirt getting in your shoes. And the Jamaican shoe was a shoe that gives a Jamaican pride because Clark shoes were very accessible in Jamaica and Caribbean. But the story behind the "the burgler" shoe had me laughing because the story is burglars wore the shoe because the shoe made no sound. I am going back to buy at least three pairs of shoes. The clerk even told me she is African American because she is from Africa. She was the best and I could have talked to her all day.

A delightful experience. An absolutely charming English accented woman helped me by the name of Kay. She was so sweet and very helpful in selecting the shoe I wanted. One wasn't available and she was very patient and took her time placing the order and ensuring all the details were correct. Marvelous store. Well kept also!!

Excellent experience at this specific location within the mall. We stopped in here just to look and see if they had any good dress shoes for my husband as he had an upcoming appointment that he needed them for. Staff was very quick to greet us and although the did not have one of the shoes in his size at this store, they quickly ordered a pair to be delivered to our home free of charge from a sister location. They gave him a similar style to try on for sizing and ensuring a good fit for the ones being shipped. Excellent service. We also ended up buying a couple of really well priced sale belts to go with dress up outfits. Even after two pairs of shoes and a couple belts we spent less here than he had for only one set of shoes he got online at a large retailer. Overall: A+ Excellent service and sales helped get us several items at a steal while feeling really welcomed.
