Very rude staff (management) you tell them stuff is broken and they don't care. They shut the water and air off without giving notice. There's mold inside the AC unit and bathroom (3404). Also, they're remodeling right now, so their excuse not to fix anything that breaks is well we are under construction. They want you to pay 500 plus a week (employees live and stay here also and only pay 200 a week), but you can't even use the amenities. They threw a lot of people out due to unsupervised kids. If I was you not to come to this location if you want a safe clean room with the amenities you're paying for. Also, the elevators don't work half the time and they don't even have proof of them being serviced displayed like their suppose too so your chances of getting stuck inside are very high.

We paid $79 for a one night stay. The sheets and bed were clean. The room had modern furniture. The balcony was super small and we were on the first floor so not much of a view. It faced the road. The balcony was screened in though which was nice. It did have a pool it's open 11am to 9pm. We didn't get to use it. The flowers and gardens were nice around the area. It has an ice machine and vending machines. They have brochures of things to do in the lobby area. They also have a pool table. The shower pressure was amazing and the temperature was good! The air conditioner worked great. Overall a good stay and was worth what I paid. Only 3 minutes drive from Bush gardens.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. The property itself was a bit older than some but definitely kept up. The room was more than any other establishments value. Great price for what we got exceeded my expectations. The pool was beautiful and perfect temperature, very relaxing and laid-back. The staff was on their a game, even went as far as calling me after I checked out to make sure I got my deposit back. Would go back again no doubt and recommend to friends.

My family and I were there for a month and had three separate rooms. There was roaches in the room as well as mold.The beds were well made and clean but the floors were dirty.There was no breakfast bar and the staff was very rude. It was loud at night and the we had to walk through cigarette smoke to get to the lobby. I told my complaint to the desk lady Veroinca and she was short with me.If you can stay somewhere else..do that because if the mold doesn't kill you..the untreated pool will.

The customer service is horrible, all the rooms are being renovated so there's a lot of mess, noise and dust. Also the ice machines never work and the elevators are always breaking down. This is the worst stay I've ever had at any hotel. I stayed here when it was the Baymont Inn and it was a hell of a lot better. They have crackheads staying there and working there. There's mold in Alot of the rooms and the roaches are the absolute worst. The exterminator came and sprayed but hat made them get worst. Very disgusting Hotel, and Connie, Veronica, and Katherine at the front desk are very unprofessional and very disrespectful. They need to go to school for business management and customer service bcuz that's what their lacking. I believe the brought this place way down when they took over.

As soon as we moved in the ax wasn’t to working the manager Connie is rude and when u go to her with problems about the rooms she shrugs it off as if it’s not her problem almost all of the rooms have mold and mildew in them all of my clothes have had to be thrown away at one point because it was so much mold they have moved our room because we had literal mushrooms growing from our ceilings from all the mold and mildew would not recommend

The room has a musty smell and office did not seem to care. For $525 a week you’d think they would! Found bed bugs and had to just go. The room would have been great at a lower price and no bed bugs

The staff was extremely friendly but when we checked in, our room was still filthy so we had to wait a while until it was decided by the front office that we would be assigned another room. The room wasn't restocked with clean towels or coffee throughout our stay, the front door didn't close very well and the floors of the hotel were sticky and nasty. I hope the conditions get better since it's under new management but I don't think I'll be coming back.

This hotel is hidden behind Bush Gardens Theme Park. I am very pleased with the staff, all my questions and needs were met. Also A big PLUS for the hotel, they have A working elevator for customers like myself who Find it difficult to walk up and downstairs With sore knees and legs. I recommend this hotel.

Feels like apartment complex and the staff is awesome. And my room is newly remodeled and clean.

Staff was courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean and big. I felt as if I was in a one bedroom apartment. The downside was that there were a couple of baby roaches in the bathroom and kitchenette areas. The Cleaning Staff was awesome and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place but take some bug spray. We slept on two queen sized needs in one room and my Son slept on the sofabed. Very comfortable and there's a pool too.

The price is amazing and it went beyond any expectations I had! It was like staying at a resort! The area was clean and like a tropical paradise! The room was comfy and big! The kids loved the warm water in the very nice large pool! Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly! We will definitely be back!
