The hotel remains faithful to itself in terms of quality of service, well-equipped room, very clean, a good level of luxury offered by the bedding and furniture, good sound insulation between the rooms. professional reception staff like the restaurant staff and security. Well-equipped bathroom with good products and clean towels. Very varied and rich breakfast buffet satisfying almost all tastes in terms of quality and variety of foods can satisfy all diets. Although the quality/price ratio leans in favor of the price, I highly recommend it.

One of the worst hotels I have visited in Maroco. They were no bath towels and I had to ask for them. The bathtub was broken and the water couldn't be drained. To make matters worse in the next room they were having a night party, clapping and stumping their feet no stop. I had to call 2 times in reception and it took them half hour to send someone who not only didn't change what was happening, the party kept going in the balcony as well, they also knock my door to let me know they send someone! The hotel is really clean near the fruit table were ants, in the room bathroom one fly, who knows what else I could find, if I was looking closely!!! Embarrassing status for such an expensive hotel, I definitely won't stay here ever again.

Nice view from the suite. The soundproofing is not as good as other 5 star hotels, you can hear the traffic, specially late at night. There is no coffee machine at all and the tea offering is rather meager. The room colors are lovely, the shower pressure is ok but there is no place to put the shampoo in the shower and the sink is very flat: not practical. On the plus side: the breakfast buffet is outstanding, the gym is enormous and looks like it has everything. The room service is great, the food is delicious and well presented and good value for the money.

I’m unsure how this is considered five stars. There are myriad aspects around cleanliness and service for me. The condition of the rooms, to include furniture is less than ideal. The bathroom has excessive wear and mildew. Some reception staff don’t speak enough English to ascertain your needs/issues. Definitely not five-star for me.

The hotel is definitely a step up compared to other hotels I have visited in Morocco. The lobby does have a luxurious vibe. There is a fully-equipped spacious gym, three restaurants and a clean lounge with a full bar. However, I am giving it three stars, as there is no option to turn on the A/C in the room. The whole building has switched to heat, so we had to suffer in a hot room, which resulted in a lack of sleep. Some staff members were not really customer service-oriented, while others were very attentive, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is included but it gets very crowded and messy with all the kids running all over and screaming like in a playground. We also had diner at Gusto and I can tell you that DH300 per person is too expensive for some flavorless buffet food not even including beverages.

The hotel service here was truly unparalleled, a standout in my life. The pool was beyond amazing, and the food was exceptional. All in all, an outstanding experience that was worth every dime, and the fact that it’s so close to the beach only adds to its allure.

From the first moment you enter the hotel until your departure, you are not only a guest, but the master of the house. The hotel and facilities are first class and constantly maintained. The interior is a very chic design, everything seems to be coordinated. The spa and wellness area is just world class, a great atmosphere for sauna, hammam, etc.. The rooms are equipped with all comforts, and for little surprises the friendly polite and courteous staff is always around. A perfect team that is second to none. Reception, lounge, restaurant and especially the breakfast buffet. Simply a dream. You have the feeling of individual care by professional staff, who read your every wish from your eyes. Pure luxury. This rating goes to the entire staff, which was unanimously always very friendly and helpful. A big praise. I would like to pay tribute to the management who have created a masterpiece. Thank you Soukaina, Hajar, Yassine, Ahmed, WAFAE, Lyna, Rachid, Abdellah ...... I am deeply sorry didnt get all the names to mention here, you are amazing ! This is definitely THE place within to stay

The room and bathroom weren't really cleaned before and during my accommodation. The tube wasn't cleaned at all.

I would give 0 if I could! Absolutely disgusting.. first room was promised with sea view got placed infront of noisy main road! It was dirty mouldy bathroom and broken dirty fridge. Went to speak to the staff lying and rude. Managed to get a better room after arguing about it for ages .. and then the worst thing happened to my husband, he got stuck in the lift with no oxygen for more than 40 min until someone came to help.. if it wasn't for my parents in law and other room guests my husband would have died in that lift. No one came to help! And then as an apology they offered food for free! And made excuses.. this is poor managed dangerous place would never recommend to anyone! Should be health and safety inspection due immediately.. Took several attempts to get a refund same day and we checked out immediately.. still charged us taxes after what happened.. really unprofessional. Don't recommend .. still shocked that we been told by customer service that "thos is Morocco we don't refund here" what a rude response

Very Short of staff . in the reception when on arrival there were very long queue waiting to be served by only one staff ,same apply in the restaurants .Break fast food as well as lunch, room service and dinner is the same and of very poor quality ,on one occasion while having breakfast found the salmon was off and smelly and only after reporting it was removed without any explanation or apology from the manager ,obviously no body was checking or bothered ,same thing apply to quality of the fruits which are the worst ever fruit I had in Morocco and it seems to me no body is interested in checking before purchasing but no wonder when you see the managers and some of the staff are queuing with the customers to have breakfast and none of them walk around inspecting.5 stars hotel usually catering for customer with special requirement like low fat, low salt, gluten free or healthy food as it is written on their site, but none of those was available on their food menu building needs upgrading and maintenance .Carpet dirty.Gym dark and hot with loud annoying music with no one there in charge I was very disappointed because , It is definitely not 5 stars standard and not even 4 ,may be 3.5 stars ,it is overpriced I would certainly not recommend it for those who seeks 4 or 5 stars hotel, though its location is good .

Thank you for this wonderful stay. I appreciated most the view from the balcony, not all the hotels have this beautiful view at the city, the railroad and station, and also a part of the sea view. The breakfast and dinner were delightful. Shout-out to the front desk girls, Mr Hassan and all the nice staff of the bellmen, the bouncers, and our lovely chef!

We’ve absolutely loved our stay in the hotel What an amazing team Royal Tulip Hotel they have inside : warm, caring and very respectful And cherry on the cake, we were already amazed by everything the hotel provided but It happened that the last day of our stay, we paid more of the price for a bottle of wine and the waiter came to our room to give back the money instead of keeping it for him. Thank you Royal Tulip for the amazing people you choose We’ll definitely come back to the hotel and we highly recommend it

Rooms are average and every has nice size balcony. hotel has very nice features, breacfast is great, staff is saying polite "hello" :D but they wad not so helpful for my requests.. Maybe i needed to much. Request was to help me check which car came to pick me up since i do not speak France or Arabic. I was afraid to enter in wrong one. Rooms are clean but i am not so sure that they changed sheets in my room on both beds since it has human smell on pilow on second bed BIG MINUS! . Everything is provided like shapoo, shaver, toothbrash, ear sticks.. I got some of it after few days, but nice to know that they have that as well if u need it. Over all maybe 3 stars.. But i put 4 just not to ruin their overall score.. I will be back to this hotell and add comments if there is some more.

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel deserves no more than three stars. The design is outdated, the furniture in the room is very old, and the cleanliness is very poor. The bed cover was not clean, as there were stains on it, and the refrigerator contained leftover food from previous room occupants that was not cleaned. We were not provided with slippers for the room, and the lighting in the room was extremely inadequate, with very dim lights. In the evening, it was almost like being in darkness. In the bathroom, there was a non-functioning light, making the bathroom dimly lit. On one occasion, when we were returning from outside, a hotel staff member followed us to the elevator or stood there asking where we were going and if we were staying here. Despite several people being present in the lobby, he only directed the question to us, as if we were not able to stay in such a hotel. His behavior was rude, and his manner was impolite. The only good thing was the breakfast, but the overall stay experience did not meet the expected level. I have stayed in several hotels in various European, Arab, and Gulf countries, and this hotel was the lowest in terms of quality and did not live up to the standards of a five-star hotel at all. It requires renovation and refurbishment since the rooms from the inside look like they belong to the 1980s."

The hotel's location is unparalleled, nestled in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The luxurious ambiance of the hotel truly lives up to its royal name, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm.
