Went through drive thru and ordered 2 volcano burritos and the meat was not cooked all the way. I called and was told it's all precooked but this meat wasn't. And it was not the chips making that color. It was absolutely raw tasting. When I called I was told I was wrong lol. Wont go back again to that location since no one even offered to help or fix the situation

Very hit or miss, like most fast food. I've never had issues with dine in, but online to-go orders usually have at least 1 mess up. Time and time again I am missing an item (usually cinnamon twists or a taco). Counter attendance can also be an issue here as they focus mostly on drive thru.

Absolutely filthy men's bathroom. Looks as though it hasn't seen a cleaning in a couple days, and parts, like the paper towel dispenser and toilet paper dispenser, probably haven't seen a cleaning in weeks. Shameful for a place that servers food to have such a dirty bathroom. Unappetising. Despite how bad it is, it isn't the worst I've seen, so two stars.

I love this place & eat here regularly. Yesterday my order came to $8.08 so I gave her 8¢ & a 10$ bill but realized later I didn't get my change. No big deal it was only $2. Today I got the same thing, gave him a 20 & 8¢ & told him what has happened with my change yesterday (just to make him aware). I wasn't expecting the change or anything but all he said was "Oh it's all good" He either wasn't listening to me or just had an attitude. 😕

The food is good and there are a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. And the customer service was excellent as 2 employees helped people understand how the kiosk worked.

Ordered 2 items and a bunch of spicy ranch. 85 cents a piece was charged. Get home and they weren't in the bag. I'm through with using their app. No customer service when things go wrong. So they just took the 6 dollars for sauce and I received nothing for it.

It's Taco Bell. This one is different in that the staff is friendly and enthusiastic and the food is almost always excellent. Ordering ahead is a bit of a pain as the app is sometimes difficult, and whoever designed the drive-through didn't understand curbs, but the parking lot is huge, so just walk in! Clean, fast, inexpensive, and fantastic staff. Be warned that you will always get more than enough napkins, hot sauce, and great smiles!

In here right now super nice guy help me out with the self check out its 800 pm 1/30/24 someone else came in here the guy was nice to them to the crew is working hard helping each other out the place is clean as well big plus thank you all

Love this taco Bell but 2/10 times I get no fire sauce or switched with just hot sauce, also they have a new friendly worker who is outstanding around the evening times, didn't catch his name but he's got excellent customer service 👌

Four stars because it's still fast food. But Taco Bell is the last value for a quick breakfast as far as I can tell.

I ordered from this Taco Bell via DoorDash today and have hair cooked into my food 🤮. View the photos for proof!! I went in person about a year ago and and my little family got food poisoning. I thought maybe it was a just a stomach virus then, but after this I can see that they don't abide by health standards. It's hard not being able to trust such a large fast food chain. Go to Del Taco in Hawks Prairie, or the Olympia Taco Bell STAY AWAY from here!! Because of DoorDash, they told me I could not get a refund either:]. But my appetite was gone anyway, so I guess that's that!

A couple of the girls that work the drive thru have serious attitude problems. The first couple of times I was snapped at or encountered rude behavior, I thought maybe the person working was having a bad day or something because that happens to everyone once in a while. Especially those of us who work in customer service and especially especially those working in fast food! But it seems to be an ongoing occurrence here. You’re better off going down the road to the one on Martin Way. They are always friendly and sweet no matter what time of day you go. I live right around the corner from this one but will drive to the location that’s out of my way so I don’t have to interact with the snobs here. This place would be fine if it weren’t for the handful of those miserable girls.

My mom dowloaded the app because it claimed that you could recieve a free reward for doing so, but we never got the reward. The manager explained that it was referring to the rewards system, where you have to make online orders. While my mom was frustrated, one of the employees was laughing at her. Even though the manger claimed otherwise, it was very obvious that he was laughing at her. At this poing my mom was irritated, so we left. As we left, I said "I'm sorry", referring to my mother's bad mood, in which the manager replied with, "Me too." This was VERY inappropriate and unexceptable. We will not be eating from this establishment again.

The staff were energetic and nice! I'm an avid Taco bell fan, but I was severely disappointed today. If I may add Just a little constructive criticism.. Though the taste was on point as always... The Chicken power bowl without chicken, rice, or beans with added beef for $7+ was very disappointing. The photo is zoomed in.. there was so little in the bowl.. I guess Chipotle will be my go to for bowls.

Smooth operation. Ordered via app. Number one it was correct (except kinda skimped on the sauces, but that's ok). Two - it was good. Three - it was a simple in and out. Overall good job crew! Will be back.

Protip: Check your order if you use the drive thru. They were missing a significant portion of my order (used the app). Young lady in front said they were short staffed. Okay, but not my problem. I’d rather wait five more minutes and they get it right instead of finding out after getting home.

I have always shown up sooo hungry at Taco Bell and when I leave I'm sooo full. The food tastes good and is consistent. The staff is always polite and waits for me to dig around for my wallet. I think I eat here more than any other place. Ever.

They will mess your order up every other time you go there then refuse to remake it. They'll call you a liar for telling them they messed up. Also they be stalking your car saying you didn't order food from them cause they didn't see you car even though you ordered food when you were with a friend in a different car. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. I would recommend if you order from here, check you bags and food because if you leave and come back they will call you a liar because they're too lazy to remake the things they messed up on. Also very unprofessional as they will flip you off and cuss you out yet refuse to let you talk to anyone higher up. Worst fast food place I have EVER been to. Go at your own risk.

As good as any Taco Bell! Fast, friendly service and good eats! Watch out for the crazy curves in the Drive Thru, though.

Day shift today really pushed out the orders in a timely and professional manner.

This Taco Bell is across the street from me and over the years they have always been polite, helpful and willing to correct a mistake if it was made. The workers and the manager have gone out of their way to be kind.

I ordered a Taco Bell item that was advertised nationally (Cheesy Beef Burrito) at a special price, but I was charged an additional 25% per each item, because they were a franchise store. Apparently, Taco Bell franchise stores won't honor Taco Bell national promotions...poor business model.

I placed the food order on their instore tablet, noting the exceptions/customizing the order as is allowed. When I got home five minutes later, the food was not as I had ordered, and the presentation was as if some 10 year old child just threw the food together with no regard as to how it looked. And, don't get me started on their drive-through, which is an absolute joke. After getting your order at the window, it is impossible for you to leave without either rubbing and damaging your wheels on the curbing, trying to navigate the u-turn, or jumping the curb and running over the landscaping.

In the ranks of fast food, Taco Bell has good tasting food and great prices. Their value menu is great, and the happy hour drink menu and prices are great for summer slushy treats! The Cinnabon Delights should be illegal though. I wish I didn't know they existed, they are too tempting. I recommend you avoid starting that craving cycle.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. An employee was going on break and stopped to take my order and get my daughter a freeze. My food was correct and really good. The restaurant was super clean and full stocked.

I was delivering through DoorDash and pulled up 10 mins before they closed. I was greeted by such a funny kind hearted individual who completely made my night and made me laugh two different times. Always so grateful for experiences like this with people like this worker with such great energy and positive outlook on life. I sure wish I asked for his name so I could give him the shout out he deserves. EDIT: After reading through the other reviews it’s clear I must have interacted with Matt! I 2nd that he needs his own radio show!

Want to Lake Stevens Taco Bell haven't been there in some time and it was quickly reminded? Why not one thing on the order was correct didn't receive a receipt? No soda had to go back twice finally asked for a refund will not be shopping there again under any circumstances absolutely pathetic.
