Make a same day appointment using WhatsApp and got a quick response. The place is a bit hidden from the outside. The interior was okay but a bit antique, which I kinda like. The massage was fantastic. I booked a two hour massage with a male masseur from Sabah. I came in tense and I walked out like heavy weights had been lifted from my body.

I am very impressed with their service. I booked via WA. It was responsive. At the last minute, i called to request to bring forward the appointment. For the first time ever, service staff on the line greeted me with my name! It had never happened before. It speaks volume of their sincerity. The main door to the spa looks unassuming but it is totally reliable. Spa treatment was decent. Recommend anyone to try them out.

I brought my 86yrs mother there for foot & shoulder massage. She enjoyed it . Called them to make reservation but nobody picked up but Ms Rita called back and managed to get 3 slots. My first time there. The place is very clean n nice ambience. All the 3 therapist very good. I went back the very next day . Prices reasonable. Will definitely go there again.

I had a wonderful time here tonight, November 27, 2023. My guy masseuse from Sabah is incredibly skilled and wonderful . I've been to more than 100 massage parlours both domestically and abroad, and I can't believe I've found the professional man here. He is aware of the best spot ,nerve and method for healing it. To sum up, I feel really comfortable/nice/happy. Without a doubt, I will go see him again. He makes my trip brighter!

My wife and myself had a wonderful massage here on the night of 8 November. Ms Lim, who owns the place, was prompt in her WhatsApp replies to help book two slots for massage. She was hospitable in attending to my wife and myself when we headed down, and was quite pleasant to chat with. My masseur, a middle aged man, was very skillful in massaging my legs, shoulders and head. He provided what was probably one of the best massages ever, as it helped to relieve a lot of tension in my deep muscle areas! My wife's masseur was competent too, and helped to ease away a lot of her body aches and discomfort. Thanks to the middle aged lady from Chiangmai! The decorations were nicely done, and preserved the overall appearance of a traditional shop house. Personally, I appreciate and like it! If it looks "run down" to some people, then perhaps they would be better off heading to some posh commercial massage place with a cookie-cutter sleek layout 😬 Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent massage, as well as hospitable service! 👍🏻

Very dependent on who your therapist is. Please check ‘lowest’ reviews on here which I totally missed. My husband had a male therapist who was excellent with him. It was clear my husbands therapist was able to accommodate to his needs. The owner is brilliant and kind. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and left the place in tears! My therapist was very tough had no technique with her massage! She would randomly massage my body with no proper etiquette and near to the end I had to tell her to stop because I didn’t trust her. I have had many massages across south east Asia and this one was the worst. She also was not listening to me and my husband’s therapist was trying to help me with his English through the curtains. On top of that she said is my husband my son! I look like im in my 20s and she made a very bad joke. I have never had anyone be so insulting. The owner did not charge me in the end and only charged my husband so she was very amazing and took my concerns seriously.

first of all, the place is super cool and clean. it's a historical building. the decors add more characters to the place with local elements, we find it special. the foot massage is just very "spot on"! we truly enjoyed it. if we are not leaving tomorrow, we will come back everyday if we can!

We came for a body massage and came back the next day for a foot massage. There were 3 of us and all our masseuse were really good! I had the same masseuse on both days and she was really good. Her skills are great but yet she was so gentle. The 2 manning the front, whom I believed are the owners, are super friendly too! Will definitely come back on our next visit to Penang.

We were near new lane hawker and wanted to have massage, and chance upon Pinang spa house, whatsapp them to check for slots. Very quick response from them too. Friendly staff and they are very good with the massage, my parents loved it 🥳

Absolutely loved our spa experience! The massages were fantastic, both my wife and I felt so relaxed. The lemongrass and ginger tea after the session was a delightful touch. And don't miss out on their ointments – they work wonders for your skin. We'll definitely be coming back!

Would give this 4 stars if there wasn’t construction going on while we were getting the massage done. Not sure if this is within the control of Pinang Spa House but it’s a pity that we heard drilling from next door throughout the session. Massage was good for my partner (male masseuse) however the female masseuse I had used too much oil and the wipe down after was only so-so. Room was a little hot too so I think at some points I was sweating. Overall an alright massage but I’m not confident I’ll be back!

This is my first time visiting Penang and I came here for a massage. The lady boss can speak Chinese and communicates well. The master’s strength is moderate and the soles of my feet are light and soft after massage.

Good overall service. RM126 for signature full body 90mins. Hosts are accommodating when I had to change timing. Massage was quite good, but I think my masseuse focused too much on the back. Maybe only 30-40mins total for lower body. But the scalp and neck massage were so satisfying. Would come again and try the other ones!

A hit! It’s often either a hit or miss with having foot reflex and massages while traveling ( more of a miss) but THIS IS DEFINITELY A HIT. Not only was service prompt and friendly ( even responding to online messages) the service profession, the environment relaxing ( an oasis from the busy city vibe) but best of all was the male masseuse - I often have foot reflexology back home and despite that I had the BEST one here - a privilege to be treated by a Master! Wow! I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment within the hour for a signature classic oil massage. It was a great, very invigorating experience. The masseuse was able to release all my tensions. Great welcome from the owner of the place who told me more about the New Year at the end of the massage around a cup of lemongrass tea. I recommend and above all the prices don't fly away, 85rm for an hour nothing to say.

I've had many massages locally and overseas and Pinang Spa House truly exceeded my expectations! Joe's expertise in the shoulders and foot massage left me in awe. The way he got into every joint and pressure point made the experience both therapeutic and rejuvenating. My face says it all, sheer bliss and joy!

Very nice heritage house to enjoy a good massage. Did the foot and back massage which left me feeling recharged. I came w a backache from the soft bed in the hotel but left with no more ache. Highly recommended for a uniquely Penang experience.

Aunty Catherine was my massage therapist both times and she knew just how much pressure to apply while tackling all the stress knots I had in my back! Her knowledge of meridian points was great as well! Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Penang!
