This place is rotten to the ground. Everything here is infested with cockroach and insects. And please don't go to the mango section, that place has the smell of million dead cockroaches. There's no point even if they cleaned the floor, it gets dirtier then before. The aura there is just really smelly. Even their shoe section has the smell of melted plastic. They say you get what you pay for, yes the price here is cheap, however so is their products sold here. If that's not worst enough, there's a lot of old people sleeping just outside of the shops. Is this a hotel? Talk about quality control. Apparently the managers here don't think it's an issue. The staff here makes you feel like your dying slowly everyday. Their rude, slack off a lot. They provide little help. There's 2 escalators in this building but just to cut cost, they turned one off. This place is stealing money and poisoning people with their rotten food. Hoe is this place not shut down yet.

This is a good place to buy the daily necessaries items like chicken, pork, beef, vegetables,rice, seafood and so on. The price is reasonable. The staffs at here are very friendly and helpful.

Terrible place to buy frozen and vegetables item because one of my friend work here as temporary part time so she told me better buy other place because the tray that place the item not clean even the manager which incharge also didn't care about the place when report show so much attitude 🤬🤬 same go for staff at eco save raja uda.

I shop here regularly as the Hypermarket has a good shaded under gound car park. Prices on most items like fresh vegetables are reasonable. During peak periods of the business,there seems to be lack of cashiers. Needs to upgrade premises to attract younger customers. Plenty of empty shop lots available for rent. The management needs to be price sensitive for rental lots. The place could also do with a food court. Something has to be done about the exhaust system which has a pungent fishy smell. This is apparent when you enter the outlet from the Car park.

Ample parking space underground. Just as other Econsave a lot of things with cheap price available. Only three counter were on operation during my visitation. Maybe not enough staff but they act quickly by opening extra counter to cater long que. Good job guys

Have had better experience elsewhere. Cleanliness is totally below par and really needs attention. About pricing of goods they have a fair price but depending on products. I'd reckon you make a survey before buying.

Firstly, always check the prices on the price reader machines as the price tag may not tally with what you end up paying. This has happened to me on numerous occasions and it can quite a hassle to get price issues rectified. Their favourite excuse is that they forgot to change the price tag. Secondly, I do not know why a number of frozen items in the frozen items section are almost always soggy. Sometimes the offers are good but at other times the prices are nothing to shout about. I just go there due to convineince.

Outside stated can use eWallet and Touch n Go, but!!! The staff said cannot use anymore, what a inconvenient shop

Do not simply buy frozen food from the store, there frozen foods is bad. I bought Nugget and Mochi and THEY BOTH GONE BAD. MAKANAN SUDAH BASI... HELLO BUAT APA NI ECONSAVE

The mandarin orange buying found mostly black head (mould)and not allowed to exchange when requested, the reason given is still can be consumed.

A greatbto shop our household needs at lower prices. Parking is free. Not too many people which means less traffic.

Cheap and good grocery outlet.

my first time going to econsave and this will be my last too, this place is so dirty and the whole place smell like trash can.. fruits and vegetable are all rotton and looks so gross😱.. produce all laying there like dead corpse no production manager there.. whole place is is dirty and stingy including..! water everywhere so wet floor.. manegement what you guys doing?? covid time should keep clean and fresh..!
