The hotel lacks maintenance, the toilets, the air conditioners, the furniture... almost everything. some of the staff needs to take a shower, especially the ones working on the lifts. It is very overpriced and really not even a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is good for tanta and the service is fast and they are helpful but one strong bad thing is that the housekeeping girls might steal some food or simple stuff from the room so don’t let them clean the room if you are outside

While it's the best in Tanta, it's matching to a 2 stars hotel. Small loby, small rooms, no parking area, not terrace, wifi connection is mostly down Nice friendly staff.

Good staff and they always are doing their best to make the guest happy. Just the rooms are narrow but its clean. All in all i recommend any one want to accommodate to use it.

Hotel is good when looking at tanta and it's closeness for nearby area, classical style old fashion and music lovers. Wifi doesn't provide good speed to work. Toiletries are provided but no sleepers. Good hotel when talking about tanta. Moderately Clean rooms. Service is good. There is a roof restaurant in the 14th floor really good with huge screen.

Could be the best hotel in tanta compare with other hotels , of course you can not expect same quality as in Cairo or Alexandria, but in general it's a clean and nice room for families and individuals, also the staff trying their best to welcome you , so I really felt satisfied on staying there .

Rooms are 3 stars top, bathroom has only liquid soap. No slippers. The breakfast menu is fair. Best thing is the sky roof cafeteria has great view and good service, good prices, while the rooms prices are pretty high for their quality

They never respect the company’s policies including the tax and the service for none profit organization although they promised they will remove them. The rooms are not that clean The email is not working most of the time Their system is always not working They never pickup the calls for following up on the electronic invoices although they know my phone number, I had to use other numbers. I don’t recommend development companies to book with them
