Came here on their 2nd day of opening and the manager was so ridiculously rude. He basically rolled his eyes telling us that something was no longer available on the menu and then got impatient and went away taking photos of basically a totally empty restaurant but didn't bother asking if we were comfortable being in direct view of his photos. Not surprisingly, his staff at the counter were no different - it feels like you're doing them a favor by coming here since they seem to prefer having an empty restaurant, so my suggestion is this: let's all help them out - just take your business somewhere else (psst: better yet, go to a competitor)

very poor service, went around 2.30pm. What i saw: 3-4 table customer having their food. 1 worker sit in front counter packing chilli sauce, 1 worker counting cash another 1 standing beside. A group of teens in front of me discussing what to eat and when they ready to order, no worker want to serve (even the one standing beside and do nothing) if you are unable to serve at the moment can tell customer "wait a while" right? they don't even bother the customer! 🙄 I think "fast food" should be fast, but even taking order have endless wait 😡

i have to say, i enjoyed every single bite of the meal in burgerking. the price is reasonable. atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff also really friendly and polite with customers. the food is absolutely amazing and really worth the price. this is my absolute favorite restaurant in Tapah. overall 10/10

I normally dont write reviews for fast food. However this restaurant stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and much better than average food for the price. I recommend to everyone, i would like to come back here again next time!
