I showed up just about 10 minutes before they closed and ordered a foot-long Coney with no cheese. My receipt says no cheese. By the time I got home and opened it, I realized there’s cheese all over it. I am allergic to milk, and therefore, cheese, and now my dinner is ruined. Not a good look Sonic.

Worst experience ever! I was told that if I wanted ranch or marinara for my two orders of mozzarella sticks and one order of buffalo wings that I'd have to pay extra for it! Absolutely ridiculous! They would not give me any condiments. The girls that were working were nice, but they said that their boss watches the camera and they can't give out any. It literally doesn't make sense to me. I will definitely be driving to a different location if I want anything. Tonight, they lost a customer for life.

If I could give 0 starts I would I ordered ahead at 12:00 for my order to be done at 1:10 , they cooked my food at the time it was placed and had my order sitting for an hour. They gave it to me cold and slushes completely melted. Refused to remake or give me a refund and stated they don’t see if the order is placed for a different time. Very rude and manager would not come speak to me

As you can see from my picture I requested no relish, add pickles. Instead they put jalapeño on my child's hot dog, poor girl! I hope it wasn't on purpose because that's a bit cruel to do to a kid's hotdog. Plus they didn't bring my child's drink out either, so I had to push the call button and ask them to bring it out. I had placed a mobile order and they’d already brought everyone else out. The guy said he forgot to tell me they were out of bubbles and if I wanted to substitute it with something else. I’m glad I double checked before leaving! Anyway, besides this experience normally we have better luck at this location. I'm guessing new people are working today or else overworked people. I try to overlook little mistakes, but this was frustrating.

I have always had good experiences at this location. I went fairly often when I lived in Rhome and still stop here on occasion heading out of or back in town on road trips.

Went for Route44 cherry limeades to cool off on our way back home. No food order this time but the drinks arrived fast and with a friendly server.

Whoever is behind the mic needs to be professional when speaking, not "what", what did say...what happened to Sir, ma'am..nothing but kids with no manners. Food was quickly seved.

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. By far the ABSOLUTE worst Sonic our family has been to. All we ordered were drinks and they were all not drinkable due to how bad they were. Not to mention HORRIBLE customer service. We called in to ask that they refund the order and we’re met by a staff member telling my husband he was wrong about the syrup issue because he had just checked it and I was fine. They offered to remake the drinks but what good would that have done if they do not know what good sodas taste like? Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I ordered two super sonic burritos, I ate one and was almost done with the other and I noticed a pubic hair was in the burrito. I’m currently trying to keep it together and not vomit and be sick today because I have to work. This isn’t okay, I can’t suggest the employees wear hair nets being that it was pubic, not facial. I’m highly disappointed in the food service industry in general and then this happens. Please do better, hire better employees/managers.

Well service is not good but it appears to be shift oriented. They do fix the order if you're aware and bring it up to management. Sadly this requires double wait time the carhops never comes to your car with extras salt pepper napkins ketchup. just frustrated as I have shopped this chain for oh 59; years. Guess I don't matter anymore.

I use the mobile app to order and pay. I usually stop by here quite often. I usually get a side of chili to dip my tater tots in so they don’t get soggy, and I’ve done this for years and I’ve done it at this exact restaurant. We’ll on the mobile app it doesn’t have an option to get a side of chili, they do not have a lot of options for example you can’t get pickles on something that doesn’t already come with pickles. Anyways, so I kindly pushed the red button after making my my mobile order and said , hi I have this mobile order and I can’t see on the app where to get a side of chili he rudely said , OK👀, so I paused and said on can I please add a side of chili to my order, I was fully planning on paying for it like I always do. He then proceeded to raise his voice and say we don’t do that I don’t know what your asking for, you’ll have to pay extra just a huge rant. Very RUDE and not very professional for a manager! Over a side of chili 🙄. I kindly told him nevermind and to forget about it as he was going off on how that’s not a thing….. management is rude! 2/10 do not recommend!
