Staying at Dar Tassa was a wonderful experience . The property sits at the edge of a valley overlooking a river that you can hear while falling asleep. The view is outstanding, and the bedrooms clean and comfortable. We booked the entire property last minute eager to get away to the mountains with friends. We were three families all together. Mr. Brahim took very good care of us all. He speaks perfect English and has many good stories to share o f his experience living in London for 30 years! The region is a special place. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Tassa, a beautiful house with an amazing view over the Atlas Mountains. Brahim created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and offered us a cooking class as well as some useful tips for our further journey. Definitely taking a tajine and our new cooking skills back home with us and will visit Dar Tassa again!

I must start by saying this is my second visit. I loved it the first time and i am glad I went again. I went for some me time and relaxing holiday. The weather for November was very hot during the day but a bit chilly in the evening . The mountain views, the sun sets and sun rise are beautiful. The place had an authentic moroccan decor and serves moroccan food, I had all my meals there, breakfast is very generous and their tajines are amazing. My room was large, clean with a massive terrace overlooking the mountain and a massive confortable bed . Staff are very polite and go out of their way to help. Special thanks to Meriam for her delicious Tajines. Thank you to Brahim, the owner, he recommended and arrange for me a mountain buggy ride which was exhilarating and walking trails. I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay or if you enjoy walking .

Searching for the real Morroco experience with authentic food and hospitality? Then look no further. At Dar Tassa Brahim will look after you. He could not do enough to make my stay as wonderful as possible. From cooking an authentic Morrocon dinner set in the traditional lounge, to waking in the morning where I was welcomed with a beautiful array of breakfast spreads, breads, pancakes, and eggs on the terrace overlooking the amazing valley below. Brahim can guide you on what activities there are in there area as he is a true local, as this is were his family are from. Also, there's a room to suit everyone's budget, and you will still receive the same experience, but insider tip: pay a little extra and go for the Toubkal suite for that extra level of luxury. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

We were recommended this place by our family. We drove through the atlas mountains following the sat nav and ended up on no man's land as the sat nav shows its location about a mile earlier. We carried on driving to the village and asked the locals and they pointed out towards the hotel. Very friendly host and exquisite place. The food was authentic and fresh and hats off to the host. We stayed there for one night and the scene from the sky was mesmerising. Highly recommended for hikes and retreat away from the city hustle and bustle for calm and tranquillity.

A hidden gem in Ouigarne! We had the most amazing day and a half at Dar Tassa. We walked in as strangers and left feeling like family. The place is perched on a beautiful mountainside with panoramic views- mountains, valley and babbling river. These views were replicated in our room's private balcony and bathroom. It's clean, simple, authentic and most of all the perfect place to recharge your batteries. We were also really well looked after- and a big shout out to the lovely Miriam who tended to all our needs- such a star. The food was great and we were lucky enough to be serenaded by Shouka with his magical voice and beautiful guitar playing on his birthday. The song " Zina" will forever be etched in my memory of our wonderful time in Morocco :)
