数々のうどんの大会で優勝してるだけあって、モチモチでコシもあり、ツルッとした食感が絶妙なバランスで納得できる。
何よりも好感がもてるのは、大体このような有名店は、ツンと気高く上から目線の偉そうな感じで値段も割高なところが多いが、スタッフも店の雰囲気も、値段もお高い感じが一切しない。
むしろ、この値段でこの料理をこのおもてなしで頂けたらかなりお得ではないか、と思う。
かけの汁は、関西人でも独特の関東の醤油っ気の強いものではないので違和感なく啜れるので、全体としてもバランスよく完成度が高いと思った。
