Everyone was honestly so great! I was treated with kindness, empathy, compassion, and care. The entire staff was quick, friendly, and professional even when I arrived close to closing time. Thank you for this. My spouse couldn’t come back with me which usually I don’t do well with so I was nervous not having my trusted advocate but, everything went fast and I was in and out quickly.

I am really disappointed in this urgent care. I made an online appointment for 1215 and after sitting for almost and hour with out being called back I choose to leave. The front desk staff informed the people waiting that they weren't sure when we would be called back because there is only one doctor on the floor. Only one person was called back during the whole time I sat there. I called to the urgent care across and they were able to see me immediately.

This was the greatest experience I've ever had an urgent care! I did the online registration, which took a maximum of 10 minutes. I made my appointment and was seen 5 minutes prior to the appointment window. Their interview questions were straightforward and not repetitive with each person that came in to talk to me. They took my vitals and I was in and out under 30 minutes. Great job done by all!

I brought my husband, in to this urgent care with a severe cough. Your Medical assistant, that admitted him, was so kind, attentive, patient and caring. Your Nurse Practitioner was also so caring, knowledgeable, listened , diagnosed and treated him. I felt he received excellent care by both of them. After leaving, I found out my pharmacy was closed, until Monday. I drove back and they were closed, a young Afro American girl, kindly opened the door, and was able to get his meds transferred, to the 24 hour pharmacy . He was very very sick. Because of her, he able to start his meds Saturday night. He felt so much better the next day. I thank all of them for the excellent care, he received. He probably would have been going to the ED in the am, if it wasn’t for your NP and MA and the girl that opened the door. Please acknowledge these people for the excellent , caring and quality care they gave him. Everyone at the desk , even acknowledge us, when we were leaving. Thank you all . May God bless all of you.

They were not at all thorough. My son had Covid and they only tested for strep. Nothing else. They were fast in and fast out, because they were not thorough. Now we both have Covid bc they told me they didn't think he was sick at all.

I took my sister in today, we made a book ahead appointment, they got her in and out quickly, everyone was very professional. The front desk Emily has the best smile, and is so welcoming, Kim is so incredibly sweet, and Paula was just so informative. They treated my sister so great! Thank you all!

Horrible place. I went to get treated for diverticulitis needed some antibiotics and the Doctor refused to treat me. Said she needed to give me a CAT scan in order to treat me for diverticulitis. This is a lie.I was treated at the same location in the past it was in my file all she wanted to do was turn me away. No concern for my pain or illness. Please don't go here especially if your not African they don't like white folks here and will lie to keep from treating you. I'm 58 and I have never been treated this poorly by a health professional. I definitely will never come back here. She'll get what's coming to her one day. It all comes out in the wash.

I saw Angela C and when she came into the room she had already knew about my history. She made me feel at ease and that she truly cared. The office staff and nurse's were also friendly and caring. I would recommend this location. Very happy with my visit

Hi! I had a very wonderful experience. There was no wait. It was on a Saturday afternoon. I was the first one in at the time I went. I had an x-ray done. The nurse said it could take up to 40 minutes to get the results back. It only took 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and smelled great. Thank you for the time I spent there. Happy my foot is not broken. :)

The care I receive here is top notch! The staff is kind, caring and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend to anyone needing urgent care. Thanks again ladies!
