There are two hotels with same name same ownership. The one opposite ADB bank is well situated and pretty quiet. Basic but reasonably clean. No food, no drink but local small shops available. Some street food is reasonable - use common sense.

The hotel is one of the finest hotels in techiman. It's a very cool place with a serene environment, also with a car park.

Good place to purchase all food, house hold materials and electronics. Wide area of operation. But still they have to improve their space and their products. They have to bring more Indian spices. Good customer service. The place is hygiene. Easy to access, located at Techiman town. Only demerit I found is the parking facility. There is no parking facility for customers. They have to find space for parking.

I lived at that area for almost 6 years now,they have a good looking environment, nice restaurant,and accommodation is affordable,foreigners usually visits dery hotel,we have big swimming pool side and anything you buy there doesn't cost much but quality and Good food

I stayed here 4 years and really can't have anything bad to say about here. It is lovely and security wise 100%

Melcom Techiman branch is located sansama road where they have varieties of items. It's a very big supermarket where you can get items like electronic devices, house whole items, food, drinks of all kinds. They have security guard at the gate with security cameras all over the place.

This store isn't as big as the ones in Accra and Kumasi but it is ok for the township
