Very cool place to take a walk and watch the local fisherfolks. In the evening all the bars play music at full blast so you can get some quiet at the end of the pier.

Nice views and photos. You need to be careful and watch your step because there are zero safety measures. No railing and the surface is rough. Not a place to walk with little kids.

Public beach, black sand , not well kept. I opted not to bathe it was too dirty. Good sea food restaurant in the area. Plenty fresh coconuts 🥥 about $1 .

Myself a.d.my son and 5 of are family members wS at the ocean we went on the boat wi snorkel and the man who was driving the boat stole my phone my driver's license we caught him on camera he gave back my driver license but never gave back my new iPhone 15 nor my plane ticket I told his boss and then I was told that if I pay them in dollars that he would give my phone and plane tickets back

Beautiful, relaxing beach. On a sunny, windy day you can relax here for hours. The small town of Tela is very welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Honduras!

Is amazing how tela kept it's purity, is still a calmed town whiteout the contamination of the bid cities... for what i saw this could be ending soon...

Beautiful place to spend a day with your family and friends. I will go back when I visit Hondurad again. The only thing I would recommend is to keep the resting areas clean.

It's a beautiful place with so much history that I think they should have a sign explaining it. Also try to preserve the original parts better. Another thing is that the restaurants next to it should keep the area clean. It saddens me to see all the trash on the beach.

The beach surrounding the pier was beautiful and mostly clean. The pier itself was older and didn't have handrails and part of it had been washed away. It was still nice to walk out on. There were a few restaurants but they mainly consistented of alcohol and not many food options. The pier was free to go on and there was plenty of street parking and a large dirt parking area for free.

You cN tell this was a nice dock whe it was Build. I understand a hurricane came and damaged it a while back. I just thing the city needs to invest the money and put back together so people can fully enjoy this dock. Sure they have sitting areas but just at the beginning of the dock. The breeze there is just wonderful that you wish you can sit way out there to njoy a nice sunset but I think the city isn't looking at it as a priority.

Not blue waters like Roatán, but still a great relaxing beach and amazing sunsets. The pier was damaged by a fire many years ago but the remaining portion is nice to dive off of into the Caribbean sea

Not the best weather when i was there, also it was really empty. But i liked the beach and the rough sea

Very secure place, a few cheap and good bars. Fresh fish restaurants around. Good for family and friends.

Beautiful scenery. 😍I love the beach. The restaurant on the pier served delicious dishes and pretty reasonable in price.
