They have excellent customer service and they exceeded my expectations because the kind of services they render even some of this bigger and well known hotels cannot satisfy you like they do. Their pictures and facilities advertised online are never a deception but is the same as you see online when you visit them. Truly it's just like home!

I just returned to Canada after staying at KCS Guesthouse for almost 6 weeks. My work as business owner has me traveling very often and being at KCS was really an experience of a home-away-from-home. The staff were phenomenal. i miss the warmth, the genuine expressions of care and support plus the quiet nature of the place. I am already making plans to lodge there again when i visit Ghana twice next year. Dining was great and sensibly prices. Property was in good condition. Atmosphere is homey and i will not forget just how far the team went to make sure my room was cleaned thoroughly. I recommend this to any discerning traveler!!!

If the opportunity arises for us to visit Ghana again, we will definitely stay at KCS Guest House. We had a great time. The staff was exceptional and the hotel director was top notch. There is nothing to complain about!

Location is perfect, rooms clean and comfortable, food is delicious, room service is great, thanks to Prince who made our stay wonderful, Felix and Eric thanks for your kind service through out our stay! We had a great time! We will definately be back.

Great place, very Serene, rooms very neat and spacious,and oh staffs are very friendly, helpful, respectful, the food oh mine that lady knows her way around the kitchen...just a little issues with their water system,you constantly have to let's them before you shower 🚿,aside that I and my husband enjoyed the place, will highly recommend kcs guest.........

It was one of the better establishments that I have ever stayed in in Ghana and this was my fourth trip over the staff was excellent very helpful rooms were very clean food was good just a little expensive all in all I would highly recommend this place
