Do NOT use this company if you’re a business person. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Your shipment will be delayed. It’s impossible to contact anyone at the office. You’ll end up losing money in the end. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company for any shipping needs. As you can see, most of their reviews are from years ago. Their service has declined majorly. Again, Do NOT use this company unless you have years to wait. Time is not essential to them. They do not have any good customer service.

Lost money due to this company. They’ve been holding my container for almost 4 months now. No response from company. They should be shut down for stealing peoples money. Don’t spend your hard earned money with them. They’re scammers.

This is one of the worlds largest and reliable shipping line agencies. They take on shipments from all over the world. Nice architecture. Systems may be slow but their stuff are remarkable. They have Ultramodern security systems but unfortunately not much facilities for the disabled. Visitors are not required to stand in queue because there are enough seats. But processes can take too long. They have a great carpark but its not temperature or weather friendly. Its an open space but its safe. It will be wise to take along some sunglasses and put on some light clothes as the weather tends to be very hot, there is not much shade till you enter one of their offices. As a safety precaution you might want to put on some boots, snickers or trainers and a reflector jacket so as to be visible to vehicles and other people from afar.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company. Deserves half a star. Do not ship with this company.
