Me and my mom went there one day. And my mom ordered a small fry and a drink. They made us pull ahead and waited for 10 mins while others were getting served. My mom went inside and asked what was going on. Apparently they lost her order. They didn’t even apologize or anything and just gave her food. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush.

This may be one of the worst locations ever. There is never any staff in the front and I have regularly waited over 10 min for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Are the staff instructed to ignore customers? Everyone moves so slowly and around you but not so much as a "hi" or "have you been helped". Definitely better customer service training is needed and a dedicated front of house person. This is a joke.

I was asked to move forward, waited 18 mins, 2 other vehicles got the same order as me so I went in. They lost my order. Then when they informed me they lost my order the manager tried to turn around without apologizing for anything. This is about the 4th time in a year, about as often as I go. Skip to few weeks later, I'm asked to pull up, and am handed THE WRONG RECIEPT, and told I have to pull up and wait. I read receipts, said not thank you. And sat till my order was ready. Didn't take long to get my food.

While waiting more than 30 minutes for my order I watched 3 different people have mistakes in their orders. One lady didn’t have a receipt because the machine didn’t print one, but asked for no mayo and didn’t receive no mayo. So they took the burger, remade a new one then let it sit on the cold counter for 15 minutes while they “figured it out”… like just give her the burger

Such a beautiful location but employees seem like they don't want to be there. I was the only one in line and stood there for 15 minutes to place a order. Finally I got the people's attention in the kitchen and asked could I place a order please. They looked at me like I was from another planet. So I waited for another 10 min. Finally I said should I go back to my veichale and go threw the drive thru? Eventually a manager came and said I'm sorry I will send someone to take your order. For fast food this this sure takes awhile. Took me 30 minutes just to place a order. The sad thing about this whole experience was the person that served me was hanging out with a friend that was visiting him at work. He wasn't on break or anything just didn't feel that it important to serve customers. At this point it would be faster If you make it full self service and I can make my own food. Don't be shy to say hello to paying customers or make them feel welcome. I thought smiles were free at mcdonalds. At this point I would pay for one!!!!!

Rarely go but needed some drinks for the road. Coffee was better than Tim's across the road and the cold drinks were pricey but not bad. Newly renovated store but busy.

It was labour day and extremely busy, the staff was very nice and quick. The food was delicious for McDonald's! Really the fanciest McDonald's I've ever been to.

Located very close to HWY 11, Lots of parking, friendly staff and good service. Need more spots to park school bus or campers. wash rooms are small
