We just had a memorable Starbucks experience. Andre is top notch when it comes to costumer service and knows how to curate a good environment in the store. His drink recommendations and creations blew the entire group of friends away. We’re global travelers, hard to please people… just 10/10.

Staff is always friendly here. Pluss they always have my favorite drink!

So I go to this Starbucks almost daily and the staff is always friendly. This particular time, they got my order wrong, and when I called in, they said I could either get a refund or they would remake the drinks. This means that I would have to go back to the store, which I had no time to do. The part that was shocking was that there was no compensation. They didn't upgrade the drink or offer to compensate my order for the inconvenience. This was a very disappointing experience.

Love the morning staff here, they are all always so friendly and welcoming and genuine. Pick up orders are always ready on time, quick service. Better than any other Starbucks location around!!

I bought Starbucks whole coffee beans from walmart. took the coffee to this starbucks location and I asked them if they can ground it for me. the barista said ok but the store manager (I assume) he was mad and didn’t like it and told her next time we can’t accept coffee from outside. first of all I have been doing this for almost 15 years buying whole coffee beans and ground it in Starbucks coffee store, second it is Starbucks brand! this manager needs to he educated about customer service.

Not the most amount of seating space I have seen in a Starbucks but the rounded building is to blame for that. It is a unique atmosphere because of its shape and the staff is quick and friendly!

First time at this Starbucks at this location. Employees were friendly and provided a great atmosphere. The employee was a new employee who assisted us. For being new we agree she provided excellent service. Thanks for the awesome Vibe. Due to great customer service we most definitely will return.

Shout-out to Andre! Made a killer drink and had an awesome personality. If you're in need of some coffee or whatever your beverage of choice is, then swing on by. Place gets pretty slow after 3pm since they have no drive thru so if you're ok with getting down and stretching those legs then by all means do it. Again shout-out to Andre for being such a cool dude.

My drink was not very hot. Waited for a long time with no orders in front of me. Plenty of employees on hand. They had more important things to do than take care of customers.

Wow! I wasn’t expecting such a delightful customer experience especially in the busy holiday months . while I am indecisive at times I was greeted with Ivette who took her time to help me decide and then Reno reccomended a delightful matcha recipe and I was more than thrilled ! Wasn’t expecting them to be so patient as I changed my mind from chai to matcha but it’s been a heck of a year and I have a lot going on then with rising costs I don’t splurge often and this was a wonderful treat. I went back to work with a huge smile and goodies for the team ! Thank you both!!

I go to this Starbucks a lot and I’m very impressed with their service. Andre, Payten, and Paul are thee most amazing individuals I’ve ever met. I do a lot of mobile orders here and when I come in Paul greets me by my name. Andre makes you feel like you’re more than just a customer walking in the door. Payten is amazing at remembering the little sides I like along with my drink like my extra cup of ice and spoon. They make my most complicated drink perfect every time and It’s the little things that count and all three of these men pay very close attention to detail and making Starbucks just a cool warming environment to walk into each day, no matter what time of day I walk in. They’re friendly, inviting, and always have a positive attitude. I appreciate you all for not just being a basic worker and bringing sunshine to the atmosphere. Thank you for being AMAZING!
