I went here for dinner on 8/23 simply ordered wings and fries. As I waited for them to cook my order(about 10 minutes) one of the employees was cleaning, wiping down walls, glass, even pulled out the front griddle to clean behind it. I thought to myself, wow. They really do a good job cleaning...and then. As soon as the buzzer went off for my wings, he puts his rag down and fills my plate WITHOUT ever washing his hands OR changing gloves. No, he did not use tongs, he grabbed my food with the same dirty gloves he was just deep cleaning with. Normally I'm easy going, but I was disgusted in that moment. He handed it to me and I asked " did you even change your gloves before you touched my food?" He got defensive and said "NO! Is that a problem"? I say yes its a problem, that's disgusting. He says, so.. you don't want It?... needless to say, I got my money back and most definitely will not be returning

They can't handle a big order. Food wasn't that good and even when I showed them my receipt showing they forgot 2 small fries the blonde lady at the register (Nicole) argued with me about it twice saying they gave it to us. How would she know when she didn't even handle the food? It's only fries if I pay for something I expect to get it without having someone give me an attitude and basically say I'm lying.

The food tasted fine, but I waited nearly half an hour for my food. Turns out it was done and ready for me for a while before anyone bothered to tell me. I stood in front in the grill as it was made, then set aside. The cook struggled to clean the grill - which did need it. One of the spatulas fell into the grease trap, yuk, but rather than out it through the dishwasher, the cook personally... sprayed it off and returned it to use. I didn't see him change his gloves. He may have, but he definitely didn't wash his hands. For reasons I don't understand, he pushed on the meat as it cooked with his (gloved) hand. Shortly thereafter, he stuck that contaminated hand into the prepped veggies to grab for cooking. I hope none of that is consumed raw. I ordered the loaded steak sandwich, which again, tasted fine, but there was neither gravy not fries in the sandwich. They were all smiles as they fixed the fry problem, but they were out of gravy. It would have been nice to be told that before I paid for it. There seems to have been insufficient training, supervision, and professional behavior. Train the kids you hire. Supervise the kids you've hired. I expect better.

My friend and I went here for lunch today, and I was surprised with the quality of the Bell Cheese steak I ordered. It was delicious and juicy, and incredibly huge for a regular size of only 8.49! Arizona Mills isn't known for having the best food court, but this is a place I would definitely come back here to eat at!

The cook took forever to make our food because he was too busy on his cell phone than he walked to the back and someone else had to finish the orde. The steak sandwich suck ass it was must bread and salty. The chicken tenders taste nasty and were over cooked and so were the fries. Will never eat there again.

They dont listen messed up entire order after telling them they asked if they took the order wrong as if they didn't waited more then 20 minutes for food then had to wait another 10 minutes to get cold fries and 3 sandwiches two fries two drinks bill was 45$ waste of time and money a dollar burger would have been better. Also they had to ask us what we ordered 3 times while making it get it correct.

Went there last night about 8 pm. Had to stand at the restaurant and say Hello several times before a shorter male employee came out, gave us a look and said he'll be with you in a minute, we had already been there for a few minutes. The other guy walks out, takes his gloves off, doesn't wash his hands, doesn't smile, doesn't say hello, asks what we want. We order 1 large order of fries ask for them to be freshly dropped, the shorter employee scoops them up from the bin and puts them on the tray, my husband points out we want them fresh. He says they are. There is no timer, we have no idea how long they were sitting there. I took one off and took a bite and said no, these are not fresh, I want them freshly dropped. The shorter employee argues and said they are fresh. I said forget it, refund me my money and we will go. He throws the ones we touched back in the bin and drops new ones huge health code violation. We touched the fries, you cannot put them back in the bin. A few more people come up and order. Neither employee ever smiled or gave any type of good customer service to anyone they helped. Before the new fries came up the guy finally walked over and threw away the old fries but I assume it's because I said it was a health code violation to re-serve those fries. When we were leaving the food court the taller employee starred at us the whole time we walked away. The rudest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. These employees need to be taught proper customer service. It wouldn't of been that hard to drop a fresh order of fries when requested and there was no reason to argue with me and my husband over how long the fries had been sitting in that been, especially since it took a few minutes for them to even come up to take our order. I have managed food my entire career and this is not how any company wants their customers to be treated.

i ordered mine and my cousins food, it took almost over 20 minutes since we ordered , and i ordered something with chicken, i go over and there is no chicken on the grill, and the girl put the fries in late. funny thing is , NO ONE ELSE HAS ORDERED! so the time it is taking to get two sandwiches , is outrageous. never again.

This place is a joke...I have read the reviews and nothing has changed in over a year. In a beautiful mall environment....service is slow...there are no smiles...the supervisor is rude and doesnt care about the customers or whether they are getting what they ordered in a timely manner. 15 minutes wait time on an order of wings...3 people in front of me cancelled their order and all employees were fine with that. I dont understand how this place is generating a profit. The sandwiches are way overpriced...I paid 28.00 for 2 combo meals and the fries were gross and i couldnt eat them. I could go on and on...but have said enough...just dont waste your time or your money!!!!
