I had years that I havent visit this place that I even forgot how to order what I wanted lol I placed my Order in one of the kiosk they have and I thought I was getting one of these bread bowls with my soup but I didn't since I didn't place it right . Went up to a register to try to buy just the bread and asked the lady how to order next time😊 manager on duty came up and gave the bread without charging me thought this was so nice of him. My food was GREAT 😋 I ordered the pick 2 broccoli cheddar soup and bacon turkey sándwich . Service was EXELLENT ohh I almost forgot on the way out my son had to grabbed one of these candy cookies they have and it was delicious

Always a great experience! Their beverage subscription is also really good.

Decent food, way overpriced for what it is, though. The unlimited sips club is a very good value. As long as you get three or more chargesd Lemonade's or five or six drinks in a month, it pays for itself. If you get two or three a week, then it really pays for itself. You can get them as often as every two hours, though, so if you do two or three in one day, it pays for itself. I particularly like the charge Lemonade's, free caffeine. In an update that's review, the staff is amazing, I will absolutely be coming here again they are so polite and so friendly The unlimited sips club is a GREAT value, but just keep in mind that a large charged lemonade has 390 mg of caffeine, which is more than 4 cups of coffee worth of caffeine.

The workers were absolutely horrible to my sister. If I could rate this place it would be a zero. Not only was the food horrible but my sister got harassed by a customer and the employees working there only enabled them. They did nothing to stop the customer and laughed along when my sister got harassed. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible people.

I spent thirty bucks here on a date and neither of us took more than a couple bites because the bread for our sandwiches were so dry and tough. I have my receipt (and full sandwich still lol), can I get a refund? Lol I'll take my review down after lol

Majority of the time but unfortunately not always this location is known to have incredibly crispy teeth breaking dry cookies. On the rare occasion they'll get it right it'll be wonderful. Their soups however are one of them I always get them. Sandwiches wants a blue moon as well. Service of this location is never a disappointment. Couldn't always say the same thing.

12-7-22 3 stars ...no veterans discount nor veterans day deals. Companys Greed doesn't sit well with alot of people. Quantity of food is poor. Rations is more like what we received. I was served more food in another country. Quality was average. Maybe alittle above average. Customer service was poor. I asked for butter. 10 mins later I got the butter myself. It was next to the employee. Loads of people. Must have been for convenience of the area. Nice staff to visit but not engaging enough to consider panera a social place to eat

Coffee superb… I blended with the 1/4 light and 3/4 dark. Very smooth and wonderfully balanced. To me it’s good. Just like everything it’s your interpretation. Oatmeal raisin not overly hard or dry. Croissant 🥐 nice. Not to buttery like other places. I like it allot…. Always a substitute for studying. Because you eat and study at the same time. That’s what I do.. sometimes better than going to Starbucks to study.

I feel like I’m being punked! I ordered a BLTA on a bagel. Was charged $11 and the sandwich had no sauce, the 1 1/2 slices of bacon and 2 slivers of avocado where all sloppily thrown together. This is ridiculously over priced and absolutely not worth $6 dollars let alone $11. How do you justify charging that price? The guy said it equal to half a sandwich…. $11 for half a sandwich? What??? I will not be back and I’ll be posting this on social media!

Gets a little bit busy from 12-3 pm, but other than that chill study spot. Easy to order food. Food gets ready fast. Clean and comfortable location.

I understand mistakes are made but it’s how you handle them as a manager that makes a big difference in customer service. The manager Sasha did not act like a manager and should care more about how her store is ran when it comes to issues like this. Being charged twice the amount is a big deal. Train your employees better, learn customer service and don’t be rude when someone is talking and talk over.

Had never tried Panera Bread before. Got chedar broccoli soup and a half turkey sandwich. It was good. 👍 a very enjoyable meal that hit the spot perfectly. Would eat here again.

Great food and service. They got my order slightly wrong but the quality was excellent. It is in a nice food court area with other options.

I give Panera 5 stars always. Same here. I’m rating the new sandwich they have “The Spicy Take” that has buffalo sauce and pickles. I don’t think this sandwich is worth the price of $11 dollars. I would say $5 or $6 max. I’m not a fan of the pickles but I wanted to try the sandwich as it looked tasty, it was okay. I wouldn’t buy again. My forever favorite is the chipotle avocado melt. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. A pick two with this new sandwich is $20!!! That’s just too much for a Chick-fil-A style sandwich with just chicken and sauce.

Came over lunch and it was fairly busy. Place was clean, staff was attentive, food came out hot and fresh. Anymore, to hit that kind of trifecta at a restaurant is a big deal and I just wanted to say thank you.

The establishment is clean and in a good location. I landed here right before seeing a movie at Harkins in Tempe Marketplace. But it really feels like Panera has skimped on service with all of the kiosks and self-serve requirements to eat here. If that’s your thing (not talking with servers), then it’ll do the trick. But it just rubs me a little wrong, even though I assume more restaurants will move this direction over time.

I cannot believe I paid this much money for this little food - there are literally just scraps of steak in this sandwich. Ordered via Uber Eats so I figure they think they can cheat you bc YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN if you're not there! Smart cost cutting measures. Uber Ears won't even credit me after complaint w photo. UNBELIEVABLE rarely order delivery and this is a good reminder why. #rippedoff
