I love Coffee Latitudes. It's a real coffee experience without the corporate atmosphere, if you know what I mean. James and Olga know there stuff.

Coffee was light, not too bad. 3 stars cuz the customer service sucked. I mean your getting paid, at least try to act nice and pleasant for the guest experiences so they come back right? I know everyone has their days, but being friendly and kind should never go out the window especially if the guest is nice.

James (owner) is a coffee nerd/savant of the highest order! He and his wife Olga run this hidden gem that you've probably passed by if you've visited Wiregrass Mall. Having just moved to the area, I was looking for a shop to make my regular spot. After seeing James show me small batches of multiple varieties of coffee from around the globe that he roasted that day, I knew this wasn't going to be the usual coffee shop/bored barista/soulless experience. You know what I'm talking about - the places where the people serving you seem scared to make eye contact. No small talk. No continuity, building relationships. Well, I love seeing the whole team at Coffee Latitudes and everyone is very friendly, great conversations and connections made. Of course, if it's too hot for you to get outside, which is totally understandable in the summer under this Florida sun, you can always buy bags to take home - they'll even grind it for you, if you prefer. We recently bought a bag of red coffee berry beans from Nicaragua, from a small family farm. Want a taste of Sumatra or Yemen or Honduras or...the list goes on and they source the best from all over the world. So forget about the drive-through at Starbucks that takes forever, with the menu prices jumping every few months and come support a local family business - there's almost always parallel parking just in front of their store so you can be in and out before you know it. I love to order a double express straight up that they pull on their top-notch Jura machine, but they make it all from frappes to lattes, tea, etc. What are you waiting for?? Go give them a try already!!

Hands down my absolute favourite coffee roaster. Been introduced to them at cory ave street market and purchased from them ever since. Great selection of coffee beans and I absolutely love the sampler boxes to try new flavours. My orders arrive super quick and always with a little something extra. It's worth every cent. Thank you so much

I went here yesterday with my sister and it was some of the best coffee I’ve had and for sure the best in the area. You can’t miss it walking by as the smell of the delicious roasted coffee beans will lure you in. The owner was super nice and informative of how they roast their own beans and you can tell quality is very important to them. I wish they had more store fronts or I’d go every morning! I will definitely be back next time I’m at Wiregrass.

Love this place. The workers are always super nice & the drinks are awesome. Prices are way better then the Starbucks down the street, totally recommend.

Ordered an almond joy 16 ounce coffee, received a 12 ounce instead and asked the person to fix it. The person just poured 4 more ounces of milk and gave it back and it no longer tasted like coffee. She reluctantly offered to remake but I just wanted to walk away because she was not friendly at all and the experience was just unpleasant. Looking at the reviews it looks like someone else was running the kiosk this day that couldn't be bothered as opposed to the normal owners so maybe Sunday isn't the right day to go.

I don't want to rate this place based on this person, because the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable...but there was an employee who just made me feel stupid. I ordered an coffee frappe with no sugar or extra flavors because I don't like it sweet. It tasted like ice...not a lot of coffee. I went back and she said "well it is only ice, milk, and coffee. Because you didn't want sugar or flavors." I said "I don't like it sweet...it doesn't taste like coffee...can you put some more cold coffee in it?" She offered to remake it but did seem bothered by me. I didn't have her remake it...just to pour more coffee...but still didn't taste like coffee. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered a frappe, but I feel like she could have been more helpful. I love the owner, but the this employee needs a better attitude.

I've tried the house made cold brew (so smooth!) and it is th best I've had from any of the big chains or what I've made at home. I have also tried the Peruvian and Chappie blend, both are amazing and have so many robust notes and flavors. I never new coffee roasters could,be so good.

Had some unexpected time to kill yesterday before I could catch the bus from the Wiregrass park and ride, so I wandered into the mall for a little. My morning had taken a turn with a stressful interaction, so I decided I needed a coffee and voila, I found Coffee Latitudes! The 24 oz pumpkin spice Frappuccino was the perfect pick-me-up I needed, and as promised, was very pumpkin-y! The only part of it I didn't absolutely enjoy as much was when I got to the whipped cream and the syrup that had topped it off. The syrup was sort of bittersweet, and I thought it clashed with the previous flavor of the frap. Other than that, it was delicious :) Money well spent, I'll remember Coffee Latitudes the next time I visit the mall

Their coffees have flavors that are deep and complex with minimal acidity. These people care about their craft and truly know what they are doing. Amazing customer service as well.....simply the total package.

Excellent freshly roasted coffee beans. Coffee Latitudes knows what they are doing. The differences between single origins and blends are easily distinguishable. The same can not always be said of some other roasters. I am still enjoying trying them all. My only complaint is that I can't drink enough coffee to finish trying all the varieties and get back to reordering some of my favorites. So, I also send some to my sister out-of-state so she can help with the sampling. She says I am spoiling her with this great coffee.

The coffee is the best, and the customer service is outstanding. I’ve been exclusively drinking their coffee for over a year, and will never go back to Starbucks or Dunkin again!
