Not sure where to start because this experience was so dissatisfied. This place is terrible, the steak came in a wrong term undercooked and with awful flavor, the guacamole was not fresh and tasted terrible, I couldn’t even finish my plate. They missed stuff in our order, the silverware was greasy both times, you really don’t feel welcome at all and service is really disappointing, they seems to not care at all, no water offered, no napkins, we were never asked if we were satisfied with the food until we expressed our frustration. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, WASTE OF MONEY. 🛑 ✋🏼

The 2 for option gave us a great choice. Because we were 3 we opted for the appetizer option to share. (Spinach artichoke dip) because we ordered a burger, we were able to get boneless wings for one dollar. Service was excellent so was our meal.

Went for my twins 8th birthday dinner per their choice. Our waitor was very busy and obviously overwhelmed, but attentive and humble enough to reconfirm our order bc his booklet broke. And on top of it bc the little extra wait we had on food for him double checking our order he was kind enough to cover the cost of my daughters' desserts for their birthday. Will definitely return to this location strictly bc of the service our waitor provided.

Went here for our 11yr Anniversary everything was good and filling

This was my favorite place for a snack, lunch and even dinner but in the past couple of years, especially since Covid it's really transgressed. On our last trip the service was horrible, there was only one section available to sit plus the bar area and to make matters worse there was a woman sitting at the bar incessantly coughing and sneezing without even covering her mouth as she did this. We are both elderly and disabled and to be exposed to this was disconcerting. But the worst part of all was trying to get a manager to respond to our concerns while in the restaurant. We waited by the door before leaving for approximately 10 minutes and no one ever made an effort to address our concerns.

Our service was terrible. Our waitress acted like she had no idea what was on 1/2 the menu and claimed (openly) that the other half was not worth eating. The lights in the restaurant were kept so low i had to use the flash light on my cell to even read the menu. To say the food quality was poor is an understatement. Parts of the meal were brought out cold, others were cooked wrong, etc. I'd not eaten at applebee's for several years prior to this and was hoping the food had improved. I should have known better. We would have been much better off going to McDonald's.

Had a great experience we had Heather as a server she was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. She was attentive filling our ice teas several times. The food came out hot and ready to eat the presentation was on point. Highly recommend this location*****

I haven't been here in awhile, and I won't be back in a while. Server did what he could despite what the restaurant had in stock. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Bowl. Chicken was completely dried out. Girlfriend ordered a Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad. They did not have strawberrys, but they should have told her before ordering it. Salad did not come with much dressing. She asked for more and was given another dressing. Find a mom and pop restaurant and support your local businesses instead of going here.

The server was pleasant. The Bourbon Street steak was overcooked and not very good quality. Green beans were good and so were mashed potatoes.

We just wanted a small lunch and there was no senior menu but they let us order from the kids menu. The burger and fries were just right! Our server was fast, efficient, in all ways perfect.

UPDATE TO THE STATEMENT OF :Will not be going back. Took to long for everything people where getting up and leaving . People not getting their complete orders. Just bad (UPDATE) the manager Chris contacted me and rectified the situation and worked with us. We are on our way to retry the experience. WE WENT BACK TODAY TO SEE . CHRIS THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS NOT THERE BUT WE WHERE SERVED BY KATRINA. SHE WENT WAY BEYOND THE EXPECTATIONS AND GAVE A GREAT SERVICE THE SODAS CAME THE SILVERWARE CAME BEFORE THE APPETIZER AND THE SALAD AFTER THE APPETIZER AND THEN THE ENTREÉ WE EVEN HAD THE DRINK REFILLED BEFORE WE ASKED. SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU KATRINA FOR A AWESOME SERVICE

Nice brunch while waiting on car repairs. Danielle my server was awesome. Wonderful personality and very attentive. She stopped by often to check to see if I needed anything, kept my ice tea filled, and also recommended dessert. For her outstanding customer service I will make another trip to Applebee's soon!

The ribs were not very good, they were just bone, and the tortillas in the sampler were all broken, I just didn't like that, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but the rest was very good

Excellent experience for my daughter's graduation lunch. Kids menu has good and different options and the adult menu never disappoints. Quesadilla burger never is a let down when you don't know what you want. Nice swing on a classic! Heather, our waitress was so friendly, super fast, and made our quick lunch date perfect!

Waited 25 minutes for someone to come get the order, food came, never had anything more tasteless and burnt, tried some of it, paid and left lol, didn’t even tried to finish. I am not not person to leave bad reviews but this one was pretty up there

We look forward to our Monday burger night at the Wesley Chapel location all due to Jessica R. She makes the special even more special. She see’s us, immediately smiles, remembers our orders, starts our drinks before we even sit down. We feel she truly cares about us and we feel like family. We do enjoy our experience much better when she is working the bar as it is much easier to interact. Without her, my rating and business would be much different.

We chartered the bus by Youngblood Services to Applebees i only ordered drinks here, which they were awesome, everyone else may have ordered everything on the menu, the prices are very reasonable 😀

Noisy for us old folks, but all good. Passing through but would return. Much nicer than Applebee's at home.

Worst meal I've ever had at Applebee's. French fries were definitely not fresh from the fryer, they were just barely warm and were tough to eat. Coleslaw had chives in it which I do not like. Had the Riblets and they were burnt and black along the edges and tasted burnt as well. Definitely will NOT be going back there to eat!

This is a nice grill and bar. They have wonderful drinks, the strawberry and coconut margarita is delicious. The staff is nice and it seems safe and clean. Their entrees are very big so you better be hungry when you eat here, the appetizer s are big also.

Danielle was super sweet and attentive! They were slammed with business but she kept checking on us and updating us However, I had a couple for a free app and ordered 2. They said the only excluded app was the sampler, so I expected the more expen5app to be free. Also signs for 2-for-1 drinks all over and apparently that's not a thing? It was why we came.

Kim was amazing! she stayed on top of the drinks and was thoughtful to place the food order in after we completed our appetizers. always had a smile and was accommodating to the side portion and brought us more. she was one of the best servers I've had!

Just left this location. Was going to give it a second chance. Been here before and bad service. We arrived and the host seated us. We waited almost 5 minutes and no-one came to our table. We could hear the employees giggling and talking in the back but could not see anyone. My wife went back the the host podium, where the host was playing with his cell phone, to tell him no one had greeted us. He went to the bar area, where the manager was standing. The host and the manager walked to the back after the host talked to him. A server carrying a tray of bottles of A1 steak sauce came out of the back, walked by us, did not say anything, set the tray on an empty table several tables from us and then went into the back again. At this point we got up to leave. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know he was losing business. The host went in the back to get the manager. The manager came walking out to me, I had moved in the bar area. He didn't say on word as he walked up, just stared at me as if I was bothering him. I said no problem, and that it was terrible business how he was acting and I didn't need to talk with him and I left. This was about 6:15 pm and the place was pretty empty. Three tables seated including our table, so it wasn't like they were slammed. Won't ever go back to this location.

I waited at the front door for 10 minutes with my kids which is no big deal. No one came so we sat down and then I was told we could not sit at that specific table because it is for a party for 6 or more, the restaurant was possibly 20% full and was told that I will have to wait to be seated so we left then when I called to talk to the manager to explain what happened she hung up on me mid conversation. I guess hospitality is no longer a priority here. I have always spent good money here with my family and I believe in tipping generously. I will not be back here again, this is sad

Restaurant was not busy and we were seated right away. After 15 minutes NO ONE had come to even get our drink order or acknowledged we were there. This is the 2nd time we have had terrible service at this location. We won't be going back. Chili's next door is a much better option with excellent service!

Not good and very underwhelmed. Kids chicken meal had thick hard coating which is hard to cut and bite, fries seemed old. Ribeye meal, steak tasteless and had an off color almost grey and definitely not MR but barely pink. Fajitas (false advertising), I would NOT call them that but soft tacos on a cold plate. Fajitas should always be served on a sizzling hot griddle! Black beans were aweful and rice tasteless and dry. The 3 soft shells, 2 were stuck together and had dry edges, and the 3rd folded in the middle like it was being hid cause it had a big hole in it like it was reused.Told waitress we were not impressed! She offered to make it up to us by getting us a dessert which she charged us for! Although she did remove my aweful tacos wanna be fajitas. But seriously who does that? Will not be back.

A little over priced. Too greasy, and the dip was awesome. Roast beef dip sandwich with fries.... So sloppy and delicious, can you really have too much greasy fatty cheese and dripping Au'jous.... Pile on the napkins.. mmmmmm

Lovely waitress Morgan(per receipt), quick service at amazing price, got the special of 1 appetizer (garlic boneless chicken wings with blue cheese) and 2 mains (spicy riblets & medium steak - very soft ) - all for $30 and got a free ticket to Top Gun movie as their special and reason we decided to come. All that protein kept us full for most of the day!

Don't usually have problems, but tonight, got the 4 cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders. Well got our food and they didn't even put the sauce on the chicken tenders this time. I don't know if they have new people or what, but I certainly hope they fix this issue so it dont happen again.

What a horrible experience. Ordered food for pickup giving a 45 minute timeframe. Arrived a little early and let them know. 20 minutes later that the specified time, I finally got my food after walking in to get answers only to see every employee sitting around joking and eating... Got the food home and it was just not that good. Overcooked, tasteless, and cold. I'll do everything possible to never go to this place again.

Our server was super super nice, she interacted a lot with my little daughter. Food was great, the only reason I won't leave 5 stars is because of the restrooms (very dirty). Other than that I have nothing to complain and I'm sure that if they read this they'll take care of the restrooms cleaning.

The service was excellent. The food was very good, the sirloin was a little bit over cooked. We asked for a medium cooked steak and it was well done but it tasted very good. The Margaritas were very good and the dessert was great ( lava cake with ice cream).

We got the $15 all you can eat shrimp, McRiblets, and boneless chicken. Don’t waste your time. Completely disgusting warmed up frozen food that was barely warm. This was my cheat night and I sure got cheated. I wouldn’t eat this again if they paid me $15.

Server was very kind and quick. Amazing food and even better service
