No vegetarian options available. I made an online reservation asking for vegetarian options. I called the day of the dinner and they reassured me to have received my request. Unfortunately, the vegetarian meal had fish in all the dishes proposed to me. The location is beautiful, the service good, but i cannot give a higher rate because of what did happen to me and my request.

Unfortunately my experience has been very bad. I have made a booking for a take out via their website ( weeks in advance) !! paid for it, only to find out on the day that they don’t do take outs anymore. An employee I spoke with on the phone seemed keen to help and offered that they transfer the money to my account and provide a discount for a dinner there but it’s been 10 days and haven’t heard from them . I find it very annoying that they allowed that to happen in the first place and that it takes so long to get my money back ( if I ever get them back )! This is the level of service from a supposedly classy restaurant in the capital of Europe. Terrible .

What an excellent experience, so far the best I had in Brussels in years. Everything was delicious with an eye for detail. I've book online (fantastic website by the way), the restaurant is very colorful and the food... I can't describe it with words. Menu change at lunch every week, big gourmet at dinner has a new entry every week too. 6 stars for me!

Staff was very friendly and we loved the surprise menu. The food was very tasty, from sea food to meat and duck. The wines were also lovely at the place. Little pricy, but you get superb quality.

Really nice place that I recommend to everyone! We went there with the family to celebrate a birthday and were positively surprised and well served. From the appetizers, starters, wine till the dessert; everything was really delicious! Even though the restaurant was full; we didn't had to wait long - a positive point! The waiters were very kind (and patient...with our little son); all was perfect. It was an amazing moment that will repeat very soon!!

No idea where the Peruvian or Japanese comes in. It just tastes the same as any other Belgian/French restaurant. Not so nice when you specifically select it to taste something different. Food quality and taste is excellent. However, in the 6 course tasting meal, things got boring. There was no progression in the meals. The suggested wines did not go well with the coarses. Only one was an excellent match with the coarses. Two were bad matches, and the rest okay. Location and service were fine. Although after the first piece of bread, we never got any offered again. We had a very nice dinner, but it cannot compare to other restaurants in this price category. Not bad, but not a place we would recommend to others either.

Great food. Elegantly presented and with a lot of flavors. However, some dishes arrived too cold in order to fully taste the different flavors and textures. The service was not what you can expect of such a pricy restaurant. eg: Not looking to the customer while explaining, giving a menu card for 3, removing the plates while not having finished, ....I was also shocked with the 35 euro asked for the tea experience.... So some improvements are still needed and personally I preferred the former concept.

Overall amazing experience. The service was very friendly & personal. (waiters did a great effort on speaking dutch - which was very appreciated) The food / menu is quite unique, combinations & tastes that I have not experienced before but that do make a lot of sense. Wine pairing was on point, with various different wines that made sense with the dished presented. This all is offered for a very reasonable price, so overall an amazing. One remark is upon finalization of the menu, and trying to order an irish coffee/digestif - staff mentioned they did not have either of these. I cannot imagine such a restaurant not having either, so I assume they would just like to close service. If that is the case just tell your customers, rather than indicating you do not offer these drinks :)

One of the most surprising and unique experiences. I had to go in with an open mind and pallet. I went earlier then the usual dinner time and I must say it felt more personal especially getting to ask many questions about the wines and food. Once everyone else started to show up that went a way a bit but the staff where very well trained about the dishes and wine. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Great Nikkei restaurant ! Good service and really nice food ! 3 types of menu x5 services, x6 services and x7 services. Personal paid attention to allergens and adapted the menu when required. I recommend it (must book a table in advance)

We had a very nice evening. We asked in advance for a vegetarian menu (no fish or meat). They adapted the dishes in a creative way and it was delicious.

The best surprise of latest months (or even year) with their lunch discovery menu. Exquisite food with excellent beverage advice and dish descriptives. Definitely a should try !

My recent visit to Sanzarù was nothing short of a remarkable, unforgettable culinary journey. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, it was evident that we were in for an exceptional experience. Sanzarù, a fusion of South American and Asian culinary influences, not only tantalised our taste buds but also engaged all our senses in a mesmerising symphony of flavors and sights. Opting for the Menu Signature - UNAMI, I was pleasantly surprised by the chef's flexibility and willingness to accommodate my pescatarian preferences. With a gracious touch, he thoughtfully substituted all meat dishes with expertly crafted fish alternatives, ensuring that I too could savour the full spectrum of flavors and textures that this extraordinary menu had to offer. The open-kitchen concept allowed us to witness the chef and his talented team meticulously prepare each dish right before our eyes, creating a sense of anticipation and connection to the culinary process that is truly unique. The menu at Sanzarù is a testament to culinary diversity at its finest. Each dish seamlessly transitions to the next, creating a harmonious progression of flavors that take you on a journey of taste and discovery. From the very first bite to the final morsel, the experience is a true culinary symphony. I highly recommend Sanzarù, particularly for a romantic date night or a memorable business meeting. It is an opportunity to explore tastes and combinations that are unparalleled in the culinary world.

Pushy and inattentive service. We asked to slow down but we were ignored. At one point we had 3 glasses of wine each at the table and 2 different dishes. They didn't care. Flavours didn't mix well, trying way too hard and mixing way too many meats/fish. We felt sick. Wines didn't pair well and mostly were too heavy. Expected way better at that price point.

Michelin quality (and price), creative, exotic and a bit local as well. The chef deserves praise. Go for the long menu, the short is a bit, well 'short'. High quality wines, perfectly matching the dishes. A must in Brussels.

Excellent food: light and tasty Not a cheapy but the atmosphere, the setting and the service are worth it. Set menu adaptable to any food intolerances .

great ambience, carefully presented food, you will not walk out stuffed, delicate balance of flavours, good place for a quiet sophisticated night with your partner. Be careful when ordering the accompanying Sake (japanese rice wine): they accidentally brought a small shot glass of it for us, instead of an acconpaniment quantity, which cost a lot more than the simple accompaninment Sake.

Delicious food, amazing culinary experience. Cocktails were also very good, something different from the standard offer. The staff was very kind and accomodated my requests replacing meat with fish in the menu. We were sitting at the counter in front of the kitchen and it was very interesting to see how a good team works together even in very busy moments.

A feast of ingredients, flavours and ingenuity. Never been disappointed here, quite the contrary. I can recommend the wine pairing.

85€ for 7 dish course is very good, they managed to surprise us with this degustation, service is excellent & friendly. It includes started and dessert. Just the room upstairs (interior) looks a bit less impressive compared to the level of food they serve there, and seats are a bit of cheap quality & not so comfy. But apart from that great place for special dinner.

Mindblowing as always, simple, the best ingredients, great service!

😠 We ended paying 64 euros for 3 burger and fries take way…too much for me! 👍 Food is rather good for the price. Nice ambient. Minuses - a bit tight inside, couldn't get an attention from the waiter for 10 minutes to get our coffee, which was brewed and was just cooling down at the bar/batista place.
