I am amazed to see the reviews about the fast service! When?Where? Just been there with my husband. Had a nice walk in the park and the decided to have some food at the brasserie. We walk in, we wait for someone to greet us and take us to a table. I can see around 10 waiters and half the tables free. No one bothers for a good 5 minutes. Then someone came, seated us. No menu, no drinks,not even a look towards us for realistically 15 minutes! At a certain point i ask the menu to one of the waiters, he practically rolls his eyes and tells me that he will bring ne the menu but he will not take our order because our table its not his table to serve. We choose what we want to eat and drink, another 15min without anyone bothering to come to us. I call another waiter he says he will send his colleague .. 10 min and no one came. At this point we decided to leave. I am not intending to beg for people to serve me food and pay for it. All in all very disappointing and really a shame because i thought it will be a nice experience. I am in the restaurant business myself and i find it unacceptable to treat clients like this. Its an absolute NO to this place. Never to try again!!!

But still this did not seem to prevent the boss to open the whole resto which was then packed , despite the quality of food and service was impacted. En bref, a beautiful spot next to the lake and nice playground but unless they urgently solve lack of waiters and cooks, have a nicer welcoming, re-organise the way personel works and get good chef they are already getting the reputation of an expensive, unprofessional and unpleasant place...

Wow. This was all amazing. My sausage dish was very tasty and the red cabbage was nicely seasoned. This was a fantastic place to come for local Belgian food. My mother’s beef stew was out of this world. Good fries and beer. Great service.

Located beside a lake and park, great location. Lots of parking . Polite and helpful staff. No issues with timings as I have seen in other reviews. Normally it's a very nice place, especially when the weather is fine, as there's plenty of outdoor space in the garden, and playground for kids. Nice food, nice drinks menu, friendly and welcoming staff. We had a great birthday meal there. Staff come and sing! Though last time we went, we went for drinks, they were busy, and we got put in a side room for smokers and got forgotten about. It's a nice room to have if you're a smoker, a bar/lounge feel.
