Beautiful location. Only 1,5 stars because of: Cons: - Food can only be ordered from 12 noon; - Grand Cafe smells like toilet / rotten eggs; - More than 10 mice at night in Grand Cafe; - Lots of bugs and fruit flies in Grand Cafe; - Prepaid Coaster credits are only valid on the day of purchase; - Employees in the Grand Cafe have no hospitality experience; Beer is not cold; - Hotel breakfast is limited and not worth 17.50 per person per day; Pro: - Almhutte is excellent; - Duijvenstein (Philippe) has extensive knowledge about skiing and materials; - Reception (Nadine) very friendly and experienced; - Clean toilets (except in Almhutte); If the quality of food and service went up, it would bring much more profit and customer satisfaction.

If you want to come after 5pm utilising evening tickets, please be aware that it would be: crazy overcrowded, understaffed, unorganised, extreme long ~~~ waiting time. First 40mins: Waiting to get the boots, waiting to get a locker, waiting to got the ski/snowboard, waiting to get in the hall After getting in: Slope lift (for advanced) takes 20 minutes waiting time too. Not to mentioned occupied slopes with dozens of ppl all the time Parking only first 1.5 hours free ahaha, so funny. We stayed in total 3 hours, and waited additional 15 mins queuing for going out of parking lots. Charged: 7 Euros 👍Definitely recommended for training your patience and inner peacefulness 🥳 👍Or pay more to come early (maybe would be the same?) 👍Or pay nothing to not to come at all

Great place for skiing/snowboarding, but... Online reservation system is really bad. Customer Services is friendly but their systems suck. Had to contact them multiple times in orde to be able to use a gift voucher. The bar area is huge. For drinks you have to use a online tool that does not work well at all. Only way to pay is online. They messed up the order and charged too much. We had to fill in a form to get our money back. They told us it would take 2-3 weeks for a refund! When leaving the parking area (6 euro for parking!!!), The pay terminal was not working so we had to call support again. They opened the gate for us. Very friendly staff/instructors made up a lot of the bad systems they are using.

Great place for beginners or for experienced riders. The slopes aren’t too difficult, but you also have a fun park if you are into that. The food is quite nice and will cost you around 20€.

Great time, totally going back for more. It's so cool to be snow skiing and then go outside and it's 75° and sunny. The people at the front counter, rental counter and pro shop were very helpful.

Ski experience in the Netherlands, awesome. Just take some time in the snow and enjoy this moment with friends and family. Easy to book and easy to access. Parking place (we need more electric charge places!!!) There are areas for starters (please use this!) and for more experienced skiers/boarders there is plenty space. Do not forget to visit the chalet in at the piste, with an own DJ in the afternoon. The staff is awesome, great process from start to end. Everyone is friendly and easy to access for any questions. So we will return for sure!

Fun indoor park with bar and restaurant, the slopes are nice and fun except when people carve to much and the bedrock starts to show feels nasty when you go over it but the fun park in the middle is lots of fun with a couple rails, boxes and ramps. The food is also very good but a bit pricey along with the beer, there is also a cool bar cabin in the middle of the slopes in case you don’t wanna leave the area which is very convenient I been a couple times here and will continue to do so when it’s not snow season

"This snow world stands out, surpassing others in overall experience and quality. However, it's not without its drawbacks. The main issue is the crowd; it's often too packed, which detracts from the enjoyment. Another significant problem is the slow elevators. In a place where excitement and movement are key, waiting for a sluggish elevator feels out of place and frustrating. Speeding up the elevators would greatly enhance the experience, making it smoother and more enjoyable for visitors. Despite these issues, the snow world's unique offerings still make it a worthwhile visit."

Very Disappointing Over crowded + too few staff. 1. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a free locker - Several people were lining up waiting. No coordination or help from staff. 2. Lining up to get a snowboard: 20min - there was nobody to give out the boards. After asking, the answer was “a colleague will be there after the break“ ..while the queue kept getting longer. 3. Queuing time for the lifts: more than 25 min depending on which one. 4. Parking: additional €7 for roughly 4 hours It might have been a busy day between the holidays. However, there should at least be sufficient staff to handle all procedures in reasonable time. Waiting times of more than 20min at the lifts are not acceptable. This was not the service we expected when we paid for the tickets. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Welcome to contact me / apologise / refund money.

Terrible experience! I've booked a ski course for my 5 years old daughter and at the website it was written that I could accompany her during the class free of charge. I know she doesn't like to stay without me so I've promised her I would be with her all the time. Once there, I was informed I could not stay. I've said to her I need to leave to solve this issue but I would be quickly back. She immediately started crying and my heart was broken. The employee however didn't care at all. Finding a way out was time consuming and frustrating for both me and my daughter. Zero empathy and understanding of kids in a ski school for... kids.

I love this place in the middle of the summer. Such a nice place to try your new winter sports skills. Of course the condition in the actual mountains are better but this place does a decent job of recreating the experience in doors. As a snowboarder I would recommend this place to try out some free style skills and prepare yourself for the winter season.

Rooms are great to start off with. Beautiful rooms and everything is very clean. The food however is horrendous. I had to wait 1 hour for a simple burger and my friends waited an hour for a grilled cheese sandwich. When asking the staff how long it’ll take, they reply in a rude way. Food is overpriced as well. The skiing facilities are amazing too tho.

We participated in 1 of their school. Holiday camps. This was really good. Great instructors, enthusiastic, meals included plus all the gear. It runs from 9 till 6… so great for working parents. All in all a fabulous way to learn how to ski before you reach the mountains. We are certainly going to do this again: big thumbs up, 5 stars

A really amazing indoor ski arena with 5 slopes from red till green. Most amazing is the indoor ski lift. Besides the high prices, you really get value for it. 4 hrs with a break in one of the many restaurants / bars makes it a perfect way to spend an afternoon or evening. Postive when you leave the arena to get some drinks or food, the time will stop so you're not wasting time. For us, the perfect place to do some skiing throughout the year if we are not able to travel to the alps. Enough parking places, and when making reservations online, you can enter with your license plate.

Been here a few times now. Great for learning. They have rentals for clothing, snowboards and skis. Also a pretty nice shop if youd like to purchase your own gear, although a little expensive.

Indoor ski with decent snow guaranteed. The location has quality equipment for rent. It's possible to hire a trainer. It's really a no-worries experience with friendly staff helping you all-the-way. Take a break or lunch or dinner at the bar/restaurant, no strict need to take off your boots. Enjoy a large choice of drinks, great finger food or a full dish with great taste (child portions available!). After 90min, parking becomes a flat-fee day rate.

Hotel is overpriced for sure, rooms, corridors look tacky, no coffee and tea making in the room, we stayed in a junior suite but nowhere you can sit comfortably and have a bite. A terrace is great but not this weather will allow you to enjoy. Breakfast is only functional like many other things in NL The only and the only advantage is the convenience.

(Translated by Google) Easy to find. Nice toboggan run to go off. Long track and lots of bends and also very fast. You go through the climbing park with the toboggan run. Not expensive . Long line because of corona. The toboggan is cleaned well after every ride because there is a long line. (Original) Makkelijk te vinden. Leuke rodelbaan om van af te gaan. Lange baan en lekker veel bochten en gaat ook heel snel. Je gaat door het klimpark met de rodel baan. Niet duur . Wel lange rij wegens corona. Elevators are a bit slow. Slopes are a bit simple (the fun park was closed when we were there), which can get repetitive for experienced riders. Food was surprisingly good (had the burger) and service was very quick. All in all, it was a fun Sunday evening.

  • 3/5 Ludovic Vander S. 2 years ago on Google
We went there on a Sunday evening. Extremely/Too crowded until around 9pm. Hopefully both slopes were fully open. Much more enjoyable when the crowd started to leave. Slopes wise, length is highly appreciated. However, lots of bumps on almost the entire slopes. Kinda annoying. Ski equipments were clean and well maintained. Unfortunate that the lockers (2€) and the parking (5€) are charged.

Great place to snowboard/ski if it's your first time or learning. Gear rental was an easy process but the boots smelled pretty bad. Would definitely recommend bringing gloves since they do not provide them.

Pretty okey if you are a beginner. Get warm clothes, because of course is indoor it feels really cold! We were really surprised with the bar. We ate super good there (spare ribs -big plate super tasty). It was a nice small getaway

Nice equipment, especially the ski boots. We had an awesome time! The Quality of the snow was good and the staff was very helpful. The lift could be a little bit Faster. We had dinner and did the table bbq, which was very tastful. Great night!

One of the best indoor ski slopes. However depending on the time of day you go the snow might be very bad and icy. I’ve been here now a few times with mixed quality of snow. However still a great experience. Tip, take the small lift since it’s faster as the seated lift.

Great place to try out skiing or snowboarding if you have never been before. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All the equipment is readily available for rent of there are things you don't own and it is quick and easy to get on to the snow. They do offer lessons too if you are looking to gain confidence or hone your skills.

Nice location where you can have a good time on the slats. Unfortunately they have fallen for the WEF puppetry here and you can't pay anything in cash anymore. Also the Franziskaner isn't topped off properly, but you pay the top price. Unfortunately there is little interaction with the waiters.

Slopes are fantastic, as is bar area, and tobogganing. But restaurant area at back, and especially the fondue is a bit so so. Hotel rooms are also pretty good. Overall a high recommend, especially for the slopes.

The staff at reception were unable to complete the payment process. therefore we now have charges for the same service on two accounts. I've been chasing the money for over a month with no refund. That's cheating! also the hall was bad: the slopes were in bad condition, the lifts are abnormally slow and the staff incompetent. It was also way too crowded. Not recommendable!

The rooms are a bit outdated. In fact, all the hotel is... The rooms are clean though. The waitresses are young, maybe students getting some extra income, they are not very professional or not at all... They mixed up my order, they spend more time talking then looking out for customers' needs...

Nice funpark, friendly personal and sportsguys, in comparation with Neuss, Bottrop, Wittenburg, Zoutermeer and Senftenbeg the biggest indoor aerea. Sometimes icy and the snow quality is ok, the best is Neuss. Best funpark, actually the a-frame box ist such a nice obstacle, but the Position of the box is totaly stupid and dangerous and not ridable. But the Rest of the setup now ist realy very very nice and smoove. Snowboarder since oder 20 years

Spent a night in the hotel and a few hours both before and after snowboarding. Comfort room in the hotel was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner is the bistro was very good indeed and wasn't expecting that. Slopes are very good, been a few times now. Even with the side slope closed off for the slalom there is more than enough space. Only complaint would be food feels a bit pricey but once you are ready for that everything else is great. Staff are very friendly and a 'sticky' snow board was changed quickly and without any problems. Just what you want

  • 2/5 Ro R. 4 years ago on Google
Poor ticketing service; I wanted to try out snowboarding but accidentally ordered a 2 hour ticket while there was a 4 hr ticket discount ongoing. Tried to have it adjusted or get it paid back, but they didn't want to help. You pay enough to rent all the additional equipment, and then they just advice you to sell the tickets yourself or come back another time ($$$)

  • 3/5 Ruans J. 4 years ago on Google
The place has a good slope for complete beginners and two for intermediate and advanced riders and a fun park. The "snow" is nice and the slopes well maintained. The staff is zero friendly, specially at the bar. The food is not cheap but also not very good and the tables at the bar are always dirty. The hotel, although not cheap, has very bad beds so that you don't rest so well after a long day riding. Basically, the only good thing are the slopes...

👍👍 This restaurant is so local it’s unreal, the staff @Mykonos really gives good service and the hospitality is genuine. The big Part of why I love this Greek is the kitchen, you won’t go home hungry and the prices are great! The cuisine is simple, really fresh with quality and definitely main ingredie...

😠 A pretentious location with long waiting times for mediocre food at overpriced prices.. do yourself a favour and visit the campsite opposite for a good meal and normal price.
