We only needed a place to sleep during a sports tournament, so we arrived quite late and left early. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and courteous despite the late hour. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street. Everything was very clean. It is a good value for the price.

Where: Chelton Hotel Brussels What: A hotel near the Schuman metro and Cinquantenaire park How was it: It was nice. The initial feel is small and little rustic with the wood paneling. The room is also nice. We didn't stay very long as we were making our way back home after two days. It was clean, we were on the top floor and had access to the top terrace. Too bad it was getting cold, so we couldn't spend so much time on the terrace. Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 4 Recommend: Yeah, it's a good option and good location.

I disagree with one comment here who says that staff doesn't care about their guests. Opposite, I think that they are very friendly. Rooms are really big and comfy, but there are many things should be fixed there indeed. Like lights in the room, radiator, wc, WiFi...

We had a comfortable stay at the Chelton EU. They paid a lot of attention to details, which put the well being of the guest at the forefront from the healthy breakfasts to the placement of the toilet down away from the bedroom. The staff were friendly, facilities comfortable and attractive deign too and affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. Room was spacious, clean and the water in the shower was always hot. Wi-Fi signal was very good. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and offered a wide variety of breads, cereals, croissants, cakes and even pancakes (which were delicious). The staff was very friendly, spoke clear English and aided me in anything I asked for whether it was to call a taxi or ask for instructions. If you have business around the Schuman plaza then this place is ideal and within easy walking distance.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. 600m from Schuman metro station and about 1.5km to the city centre. Supermarket, eateries and park nearby. Staffs are kind and friendly. It’s a 3 stars hotel and Chelton Hotel performs beyond.

The design of the apartment is really nice with a huge and comfortable bed! The plug next to the bed it s not very user friendly as it is situated under the table which makes it a little uncomfortable. It s close to the bus station and the metro station, but by walking to the centre it s quite far around 40 minutes.

Good price-quality ratio, well situated close to the city center, spacious room. Modern & qualitative deco. Bed was okay. Cleaning could have been done a bit better. Thanks!

We booked this hotel based on the Booking ratings. The reception was nice and the room was big. The air conditioning during 4 nights of July 2014 did not work. The room was hot and we had to open the windows completely (4th floor with two kids in the room!!). Still hot. The reception told us that was going to do something about it, but nothing was solved. The lift from time to time was stopped in the 2nd floor and had to wait. The restaurant was close the day we arrived (lunch time) and during the evenings. No fridge in the room. The garage is lower that 2,05m and we couldn't get the car inside. They sold out all the parking documents (had to get up early to move the car).

Decent place with spacious rooms, kind people at the reception and a good location compared to the city centre (bus and metro nearby). However, the ventilation of the room was a con that we could not overcome. Good but with room for improvement.

It's OK but the Builder's yard appearance doesn't really do it any favours. The room I had was on the roof - it had fantastic views. The room was OK, Bathroom really tiny - shower was good but there is no toilet! That was down very rickety circular stair case. I left my cases downstairs as it was too dangerous to struggle upstairs! There is no wardrobe rather just cheap Ikea style open shelving. My big disappointment (and that's why I moved)... NO FRIDGE, NO COMPLEMENTARY WATER.

Excellent. Very comfortable clean room. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water whatever the time of day. Pleasant very helpful staff. Location is great for access to any of the European Union buildings and for the metro. Wifi is available. A good selection of restaurants in the area. Will definitely go there again if visiting Brussels.
