We arrived at 19:20, the kitchen is supposed to close at 20:00. Less than half of the tables were occupied and the staff was just saying it’s full. We spent half an hour walking around, no one ever came and those who did were sent away. Super unfriendly staff (kids), unprofessional customer service. It doesn’t get a chance for a second visit after that. Too bad as the location is quite nice.

We came to dine in after our hike at the national park Meinweg. We wanted a place inside but they weren't sure if there was a place. How could you not know what is reserved or not? So we had to sit outside. Once you sat down they immediately came to take your order for drinks. Afterwards they don't seem to bother to come again. So in the end, after waiting an half hour, we called the waiter so we could order food. The food was delicious though. Just a bit of amateur service. Young kids.

I have noticed that the service is starting to lack. Very unfriendly gentleman working there, not smiling and it takes a long time before he notices guests. The menu could also do with updating?

Over all nice food, great ambience, friendly service and a good place also with kids and groups to go.

Unwilling staff with a strange policy for customer service? We arrived around half past 3 and our waiter asked us if we wanted a bite to eat. The answer was yes. We ordered our drinks and later our meal. Few minutes after he comes back with the message they are on s break and don't serve food until 4:30. He told us we could order bittergarnituur? I am gluten intolerant so I asked for potato chips instead but that was a no-go. Meanwhile the staff is sitting outside smiling, happily enjoying a lunch break?

A great place for a meal after hiking in the area. A great place for kids, a big playground.

After being told they don't offer take away, I lost an hour and a half of my life waiting for overpriced food. The tomato soup was bland and the 18€ burger was just cheese and awful "bbq sauce". The service was absolutely clueless. This place clearly lacks standards and management...

Lunch was fine, though slightly pricy for what it was. Staff a bit curt, but it was quite busy. Good location.

Basically this place is cash only, which could be a problem for some as it's not going to be a cheap meal. They accept one kind of card which is Maestro - not really that common. Food was decent, and the outdoor setting is really nice.

I was here twice, the last time with son and grandchildren. After tree quarters of an hour we left again. Service? Zero! And guess what, the first time? Service? Zero!. Prices are pretty high and I am sorry to say that I cannot tell you if the high price also reflects high quality. It doesn't reflect high service, that's for sure.

Love the food and outdoor seating. Problem is it doesn't accept visa mastercard . Only maestro and cash.
