😐 This place has its pros and cons. Compared to their previous rooms, they look a lot better. The room had all you needed, privacy was given, no bugs, and location was a bonus. My few issues were the environment. It looked sketchy outside, but nothing major. I just wouldn't sit outside at night alone.... This place has its pros and cons. Compared to their previous rooms, they look a lot better. The room had all you needed, privacy was given, no bugs, and location was a bonus. My few issues were the environment. It looked sketchy outside, but nothing major. I just wouldn't sit outside at night alone. Next was our bed, it was kinda hard and the sheets were not that clean, so we went and bought our own set so nothing to get upset about. Lastly my MAIN concern was our bathroom, it looked as if the room up stairs had a leak causing our ceiling to cave in with mold, but we weren't planning on taking a shower there so we didn't stress ourselves at all. All in all, this hotel is the most basic place I've ever seen, but I've seen better, and I've seen worse. If you just need a roof and a bed, this is the place.

I pulled back the top bed cover and I immediately saw what looked like almost 10 dead bed bugs. I checked in at 11:50 pm and they close the office at 12 pm. They said no smoking and the top comforter smelled like smoke. I dont think they even washed them. I looked at the towels and they smelled washed but had previous stains. It was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in amd would avoid this at any cost.

Nasty place. Pulled up and all the exterior lights were blinking. The room had soda or something spilled all over the floor, sticky boot prints everywhere, muddy boot prints in the shower. Filthy bed and pillows. left without looking back, got another place nearby. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Booked a room online and then tried to check in, but the woman at the front desk could not find my reservation. She explained it can take up to 5 minutes for the reservation to show up, then immediately made a phone call and walked away without saying another word to me. I waited a few minutes and then rang the bell. Nothing. Waited a few more minutes and rang again. She came back upset, saying I didn’t wait long enough, that it can take 20 minutes or a half hour. I asked if she could check her system again, as I had been driving and was tired. She insisted that she knows how the system works so there’s no point in checking, and walked away again. Terrible customer service - no smile, didn’t even say hello, just spoke to me very rude. The area around the hotel looked very dirty and sketchy, and judging by the other reviews I’m reading, it sounds like I perhaps dodged a bullet by not staying here. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card.

The hotel is very low cost, the beds are quite comfortable. They are pet friendly but charge an extra $10 per pet, per night so beware if you book online. They are quite friendly. There are renovations going on so they are making improvements. My biggest complaint is the towels are very stained looking and the room smells very strongly of smoke. If you are looking for a place on a budget and have no pets, stay here. If you have pets, there are others that would cost the same amount and have a bit more amenities.

Manager is a thief and extremely rude. He charged us as a "no show guest" after we deemed the property unsafe. Absolutely do not stay here. The property was very unsafe. The manager demanded a cash deposit at check in and as I was leaving to get it I saw all this broken stuff everywhere. I went to the property to check into a room and the windows were broken on one of the buildings. Doors were missing. Wires hanging everywhere. A whole building was gutted. Concrete was breaking off in large chunks from upper decks indicating compromised structural integrity. What if it falls and hits someone. Yes it was coming apart that much. Steel rebar from the upper compromised deck was very visible from below the upper flight deck. The stairs and safety railing were damaged severely by rust. The property was very overgrown. There were metal parts all over the parking lot, piles of broken boards everywhere, plywood covering broken windows. The second building was entirely unlivable and open to transient traffic. The manager was controlling and demanding on arrival. He became irritated and demanded I move my car. I told him there was no one outside anywhere. Literally two guests were staying at entire site of 100 rooms. It was run down and there was caution tape across the lobby preventing traffic to the laundry machines. The phone by the front door was smashed and all the buttons were missing. He didn't bother to get rid of that or the trash on site. The manager was just standing around while the property was in terrible condition. There were broken down cars being worked on there. There were two extremely large dumpsters on the property. In looking at one of the reviews, there were drugs found recently in one of ac units. Apparently someone spilled illegal or prescription pills into an ac unit in a room. I saw the video on Google. There was also paint spilled all over the property grounds. The place was in such poor condition that basic maintenance was not being done at all. The office was hot, dark, and humid. Pet policy on the apps said pets were allowed. On arrival they do not allow cats per a sharpie written policy taped to the lobby wall along with a dozen or so other sets of disclosures and policies. Now keep in mind I traveled five hours to get here. To find it like this was a gross misrepresentation of what was advertised. When I contacted booking, the property reported my reservation as a "no show" despite showing up and handing the manager my ID. Further, he demanded I get my children out of the car so he could verify they were children before considering allowing us to check in. He stole $750 dollars from me. So if you arrive and find the mold and unsafe conditions, make sure you contact the health department as I will be doing. Let your booking company know and take pictures and video. They do not reply to questions online. This is foreign owned and the operator is hostile to American travelers. He is dishonest and shady.

This place is tragic. I never expected the Hilton for 35$. At least it's somewhat clean but there are two large soft spots in front of the bed where a contractor used a rubber product instead of concrete. It's one trip away from someone suing this place out of business. Great location tho.

Don't stay here they're money grubbing! Shysters! They don't want to give you toilet paper. Hot water is always out! It's not worth it or safe at all!!! I wish I could give negative stars

It was a nightmare. It was ok for the price for the first few nights. But they kept putting people next to us that were young getting drunk and high. One night they got so bad that we had to call police because the front office staff was scared and said well if you have a problem you call. Then 2 nights later they had another couple come getting high and smoking in the room so much that it started coming into our room. They have no customer service didn’t wish to help. The male of the couple in the office told my husband that he didn’t look disabled, when we asked for toiletries as though they didn’t have enough. They gave us 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for almost 8 nights maybe. We tried to get another wash cloth and they wouldn’t give to us without trading for the other. The cleaning/maid lady was never easy to get ahold or find. She never knocked or attempted to give us toilet paper or clean towels. The same husband and wife in the front told us when we asked them for those things you need to ask the maid. Never again.

The table in the room was a card table. The only chair for it was a rusty fold up chair. The only seemingly clean thing in the room was the sink and the counter. I have seen dog beds more comfortable than the pillows on the bedroom. I slept in my car instead; only using the sink and the toilet, oh, and to charge my phone.

keep in mind this place is only about 30/night. discounts on longer stays. we were there for about 2 months. they made several improvements to the place since we were there like new top asphalt, remodeling rooms, etc. our room was old, smelled funky, floorboards soft and sinking, floors and walls stained, had a broken dresser, crack in the window, porch lights come on about 7pm and all flicker, the blinds don't fully cover the windows, water came and went (im assuming they were making repairs and replacing units, still not fun when trying to shower at night). lots of homeless roam nearby, only had a single issue over the lots of time we spent there. maintenance is good, he is a nice guy, desk workers were nice too, sometimes we had miscommunication, but everything is written policy there. laundry machines were out when we went, no pool. lots of reviews complain of the cash deposit, yes you get it back if the room isn't destroyed when you check out. location is great, less than a minute from state line, the place looked abandoned when we first checked in, but again, they are improving the property. would not recommend to single women, but if you can handle yourself, go ahead. if i am again in need of a shower and bed in the area, this is near top of the list.

Manager is a thief and extremely rude. He charged us as a "no show guest" after we deemed the property unsafe. Absolutely do not stay here. The property was very unsafe. The manager demanded a cash deposit at check in which was not listed when I booked room and paid my money which was $157.85 and as I was leaving they said they were not going to give me a room because it was not up to standard for my babies to sleep in I tried checking in after I did reservation night before they were yelling at me he hung up the phone in my face and the lady has a smart mouth like the guy does, I never received anything not a room, room number, hadn't seen the room and was very disrespectful in front of my children and said there was no room available because either way I could not get the room I paid for and I can't get my money back so I had to borrow money so my small children won't cry because we keep losing everything we worked hard for including our home and they took my only money to feed my babies with and refuse to cancel the room and refund my money back worst place ever to consider especially when booking online or in person.

This is where they film slasher movies. We didn't have a choice but you do! Keep driving please for the love of God do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I thought people were exaggerating but the reviews were generous. Bugs come here to die but only after they have feasted on your flesh. For goodness sake the 'fresh' towel is dirty. This place really should be shut down. The pictures on the website are misleading. The comforters look like they were bought in the 70s and have never been washed. I tried to take a picture of whatever was above the door.

You get what you pay for, the room was cheap, so if you’re just needing a shower and bed, this hotel is perfect for you. It would’ve been nice if there was a chair in the room and maybe a table. Also, the lighting was very poor. The one thing that really sucked was they required a $50 CASH deposit and refused to give me a receipt for the deposit I paid them. I’m not sure why they just couldn’t do a deposit off my credit card.

The towels and sheets were stained really bad. I had to ask for toilet paper. The TV was a hassle and only had 6 channels. The toilet water ran the whole time and it moved when I sat on it. No soap or anything in the room. It was a really bad experience.

It's nice and quiet that's the only reason we gave it 3 stars, besides that the lady running the show is beyond rude and disrespectful.there is only 1 floor on top and the doors are FAR FROM being safe

nothing on this location was pleasant plz don't waste your money and time I pick this hotel because the prize were cheaper and I got two rooms I ended paying somewhere else because this place is disgusting extremely dirty, sheets dirty, awful smell and they just feel like the scary movies I got there and within 10 minutes I told them I wanted a refund and of course they didn't give it to me but is worth to go rent and pay another place for 100 dollars the night but definitely it's worth your peace and you can sleep. there’s was no way I was going to sleep in this place the people there looks strange and dirty they look like the People on the movie the Hills have eyes and they are very rude plz don't go there

Horrible and Nasty customer service from the employees. They did not even want to accomodate a reservation because they said that they did not have the data and still wanted to charge my card when I called to cancel. They don't understand the language or maybe just act like they don't.

"Non-smoking" room smelled of cigarettes and there were burns all over the bathroom and the bed. Sheets were badly stained. There was no coffee and no way to walk anywhere for coffee. Shower was full of holes. Upside: inexpensive.

I had booked a room for my family and I, I had chosen a 2 queen bed suite and what they gave us was not a 2 queen bed suite. They gave us a standard 2 bed room. They were rude as can be at the front desk. If the owner can get a hold of me that would be great! Thank you.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Pay an extra 20 bucks for a good night's sleep somewhere else. The money this hotel makes takes it and doesn't get new towels doesn't get new bathtubs or better pillows. There's plastic on the mattresses so you wake up sweaty cause your body can't breath laying on it. It was disappointing didn't get that good night's sleep just suffered through it. They honestly could do a better job if they cared and tried.

  • 2/5 Rachel G. 1 year ago on Google
The bathroom was not cleaned well at all, there was no conditioner, and there were no body towels at all. So if you wanted to shower, you couldn't really do it. There was no coffee maker. There was no telephone in the room. However, the air conditioner was working and the bed was soft. If all you need is a bed and a roof, then it's a decent place. If you want anything at all that could be considered an amenity, then pay the extra $25 to go to one of the nicer places down the street or around the loop.

Stay away from that place rooms smell horrible and needs lots of repairs towels are not washed and bed sheets are also same way, the management has a attitude like you are asking to stay for free. There is more places down the street more nice and for the same price.

The lady in the front office is nice, but the rooms are not. The room was $38.65 plus a $10 pet fee for my standard poodle.

They are not current photos, this hotel is something out of the ordinary, it is a garbage dump, it is disgusting wherever you look at it. My company reserved a room for me through Boking the app and they did not accept it and I thought it was a confusion and my family made me another reservation and they did not accept me, it was only in cash and it is not 30 Dlls. They charge $60 Dlls plus 50 deposit but the Hindu couple were already upset and I asked for an Uber again and I went to another hotel and in person the deals will always be better. Oyo hotel is a brand but it does not own the hotels and the owners abuse and In total, I lost two reservations and the right to a refund. Be careful with the deals you make online. It is simply a fraud Oyo hotel. Boking app.or the owners of the hotelucho Comfort stay by Oyo 200 east 49 street Texarcana Arkansas I30 east bound.stateline
