A well known place in Thane for wedding and events. Location is extremely convenient both by train as well as road. The place has 4-5 halls of different sizes depending on the requirement and number attendees. The halls are well decorated and well maintained. It also has got rooms on upper levels and they are good. The food is good and staff is very helpful.

Tiny errors also speaks volumes about the management .. today Sunday 25/6/23 in this plaza outlet billed at 1.07 pm for 672/- I ordered 6pc paneer rolls and cheese ball 4pm I normally take similar from Vasant Vihar outlet .. Now I asked for bill while the items were still drying they said it will take time to fey they have to wt it I said okay then she handed over the bill to mentioning 250/- for 500gm along with bill of my other purchase . I said can’t be 1/2 kg She’s ok that’s said ill wt I said that why wait I am not saying to give also .. later upon wt she put in bill 400 GM 200/- she’s put it in a 1/2 kg box which was not req just to prove her stand I did not bother this time paid and left … those girls arguing amongst themselves and answering back to the customer when I pointed out it’s embarrassing you saying such things in front of the customer. Anyways I came home and I used my kitchen scale and I found out to be 380gm and box wt separate 40gm means the items were barely 340 GM Such Meaningless transactions for such outlets really doesn’t suit .. when we trust and purchase such prices then there is no point in cheating the customer .. it’s a digital scale they have got the peda there was over charge as I for 100gm she said it’s 1,40gm so if that’s charged at extra 40gm this should also have been charged at 340gms and not 400gm. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.. I am copy pasting this in the plaza out let as here I am unable to add pics of the bill and wt items.

Depending on the number of pax we can select the banquet. Veg only food offered. Speciality of Gujarati or Kathiyawadi meal restaurant. Wedding parties can host their guests at the 40+ well maintained rooms. Limited basement Parking available. We keep visiting Tip Top to attend ceremonies like birthdays or anniversary parties, engagements weddings and even exhibitions hosted by various brands and companies. Overall it's Tip Top

It’s an OK place, nothing great about it as such, except the Grand thali restaurant that they run on the 3rd floor which is actually good. It costs Rs 650 for one person and it’s very tasty. It’s a must try if you are in this area. They gave their Super Deluxe room for Rs 5000 incl. taxes and breakfast. The room had two double beds, not sure why. Try avoiding taking rooms facing the road side, it’s too noisy all the time.

Excellent hotel and staff. Stayed here for a friend's wedding. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very diligent and helpful, the food is great, and the location is quite central in Thane.

Though it is far from where I stay, I have visited the venue quite a few times for family functions and it has always been a delight. The catering is very good!

I specifically visited the restaurant and not the rooms. The service is top tier with well-dressed, polite yet energetic staff and great food. The ambience and hyegiene are also very good. Great variety in the food and it's hard to find faults in the cooking really. The waiters are quick and responsive. Really good experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel for my sister's wedding! The food was delicious, and the arrangements were superb. Staffs are very cooperative and Our guests loved it! Highly recommend!

Today I visited 3rd time to the Hotel and same taste was feels the same as earlier, only the menu was changed, you will get pure veg unlimited thali, before that you need to take a coupon. The person who are more foody they having so many options in that thali..including all the foods from welcome drink to Desserts. Thali is little bit costlier compared to your regular dish, if two child's are in family and go they for dine then it is costly considering the price since the cost of that thali which is made for childs age below 15 yrs is around ₹500 so one suggestion it can be changed to 350 or 400 at Max. Rest all are OK.

Food is amazing. Prefer thali system rather than buffet , valet parking is available, so must visit atleast once 👍

Worst service and cockroaches are in the rooms & paint smells in all the almiras, moreover for all the basic needs like dental kit, saving kit u need to call to reception then only u will get and Saving kit is chargeable even after paying ~7k/night. Only Idli and Dosa in B/F.

Excellent hospitality and super deluxe rooms totally worth the price, we ordered food late at night and there were no problems at all, we also got 6 bottles of chilled water, the complimentary breakfast service was also very good. overall very happy with the place and will visit again.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Thane. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Visited recently for unlimited thali. The seating capacity is enough to accommodate about 100 persons The food was very tasty and mouth watering. The staff is very cooperative. You can enjoy with your family and friends.

Arrangements and facilities available are very good. Valet parking was available and the Food served at the party was exceptional. Usually,at the scale of a wedding or engagement, it is difficult to maintain the food quality and quantity. Yet, the food preparation was very good indeed.
