I am impressed with the high standards of cleanliness maintained at the property. The food quality was good. The room and washroom facilities were neat, clean, adequate and nicely placed. The staff was polite and helpful. Though the location can be little better, it was still quite convenient for my purpose. Please keep it up.

Although it’s a Budget Hotel in the Range of 7500 Per. Night with Breakfast, it can probably beat some of the 4 Stars around when it comes to Cleanliness and High Food Standards. It has a Small but Well-Equipped Gym as well although there is no Swimming Pool. Their Breakfast spread is quite adequate and the Staff is super responsive. Room Dining spread is a delight too with Quick Delivery. Rooms are a Bit Small but has Sound Proof Windows. Highly Recommended !!!!

Beautiful hotel! The restaurant Spice It, serves some delicious food. Service is excellent too! Special mention to Philip for his hospitality. Food was delicious, service was on point & so was the ambience. A refreshing experience! The menu can do with some more variety of appetizers for vegetarians and desserts. Tried the usual Indian fare with Thai Curry & noodles, both of which were delicious! Definitely recommend to try the Thai Red Curry though!

The floor was creaking whenever you step on them. There were weird noises through the night. It was so creepy. Stayed for three nights but didn't sleep at all. The walls and roof of room made me claustrophobic. Overall, something doesn't seem right with the hotel. Good that I decided not to bring my family (1 year old) with me. Don't want this kind of trauma to my family. I made the right choice of not bringing my family with me. Usually my family stays with me during my work trips.

Excellent service at Ibis Thane. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond in making your stay comfortable. The Spice It restaurant serve amazing food, and special mention to Hitesh Shettty who serviced during breakfast and made sure we were happy with our meal. Will definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in Thane.

Superb property and fantastic service overall. Everyone is really polite and helpful. Today we were served by Hitesh during our breakfast buffet - hitesh was extremely polite and super prompt in getting us our orders from the live counter - specific to our needs. Truly a 5 star service by hitesh. Kudos to ibis thane on such a fantastic service.

Pathetic service, took 10 minutes to give a print and 40 minutes to bring our car from valet parking. Food was cold and taste is not worth writing about. Overall bad service, would never come back nor recommend to anyone
