Today I went to the office regarding UK & US visa application. Mr. Damle provided me the required information & resolved my queries, but the Moment we met he didn't even asked me for a water on top of that I was coughing. After this I went to the another table for US visa application he also didn't asked me for a water, he did not even introduced himself, there was No politeness in his voice.
