One of the grandest buffets I've had in recent times. The cost too was not so high esp if you compare the number of items in front of you to gorge on. We liked all the food items except paneer tikka which was a bit sour. Spring roll, chilly gobi, pizza, pasta were all big hits with my family members. Desserts were so so good. The staff was cordial 😊. Had a wonderful afternoon with my family here.

We stayed for a day, as we had come for a wedding in a near by banquet Hall. Initially slightly difficult to find the place as its within Jupiter Hospital. May be a board outside will help. Dinner was room service. Well served. Great breakfast spread at Rainbow restaurant on next mornjng. Service in it was awesome.

I would give five stars as it’s 100% Veg Resturent property, without BAR facilities as it’s adjacent to the Jupiter hospital and in the same premises. Service is really fast at Resturent or in the room as well. If you wish to stay here plan well in advance as most of the time you will find the property sold out. Staff is really nice and cooperative. You will find a ramp with stairs at the entry for the special personals. Braille language is there at the buttons of Elevator. Special room is also available at this property.

I was just at the deli inside the hotel as I came to get a coffee and something to eat as my dad was admitted in the hospital. Sat there waiting for more than 35 mins. No one came to take table to service. No menu, no water, despite gesturing and asking the staff a couple of times nothing ! There were only 3 tables which were served. 3 people on the counter no one paying attention. Appalling service ! I have been bringing my family here time to time for the good food and service. But todays experience has left me very disappointed ! Poor show Fortune !

Excellent, over whelming and just superb!! I have been to a lot of hotels, some have decent food and average service or vice a versa but you bet this hotel is by far the most delightful experience we ever had. Service was just amazing, the food spread is out of the world, being a non vegetarian I never ever has seen such a beautiful huge spread of veg food. Not only the size but taste is something that can't be expressed in words. Thank you so much for the mind blowing hospitality by Chef Anshul Sethi and his team. I am sure I will come back to this hotel very soon.

Just one bad thing and it completely spoils the experience of having good food, good service. That one bad thing is extremely slow wifi, non-availability of Gym and Swimming pool. Wifi speed is under 5 MBPs mostly which is not even the 3G speed in the Era of 4G.

Have the privilege to stay and lodged in this hotel for 3 weeks, it was an amazing experience with world class exquisite luxury and the food were all yummy. It's in a cool serene environment. Simply home away from home

Had dinner in Fortune Rainbow Restaurant. Amazing vegetarian buffet with fantastic spread and live counter. The best veg buffet I had till date.

Worst of all, Senior Staff is so argent and ugly. They treat so rough to the Clients as well as their Own staff . Specifically the Housekeeping staff . DON'T BOOK AND WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ALL .

So many options to try. Food quality was very nice. They are known for their buffet. Staff's are very welcoming. I would recommend it highly.

Attached to Jupiter hospital. Very convenient for relatives of patients admitted at hospital. Rainbow restaurant has some yummy veg food.

It is situated at the Most Iconic location of Thane City. Being the 4 Star and the most Premium Hotel of the City, they have maintained their dignity very well. From the entrance to the reception, to the Rooms and from the Lobbies to the Lounges. All the places are world class and are very well maintained and preserved. The staff is very understanding, well dressed, supportive, has very good communication skills, and also very important they have a very kind and humble behavior with the guests I really like this place Room has a huge space with great lighting, a comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean bathroom with toiletries included which was nice.

Excellent location but seems uncomfortable to be inside a Hospital area . The entry gate of the hospital and Hotel is the same. Also, I find that the Hotel must give some discounts in their buffet to Hospital patient relatives with which both the sides win.

I feel so good that i chose this hotel for a small family function, roka ceremony for me. We just 7-8 of us from both families, we had booked a suite room so that we can just sit quietly, talk, exchange gifts, do the rituals and know each other better as families. The suite at Fortune Lake City was grand, they allowed 8 people in room for a guest booking of 3, served us astonishingly tasty Indian food, and helped us in every way they can. We checked out in 5-6 hours as we had to move to another city, but the experience was memorable. ITC Properties are amazing, food is out of the world, and the team is so courteous that you feel like money is immaterial.

Had been to their restaurant on a visit to the hospital. The food is just yummy.We had ordered chicken biryani,which came with papad and a huge bowl of curd with the tastiest masalas sprinkled on it.The quantity of the biryani was also very good, we had to get it parcelled as we were unable to finish it.We then had a look at the pastries and the savory dishes on display.Their red velvet cheese pastry,the oats chocolate fudge,the eggs wellington were all packed up for our dinner.The price is also very reasonable and the food is world class. Had been to their restaurant on a visit to the hospital. Very slow service at the restaurant. Changed the service staff from male to females. They have become very slow. I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 star

I had a great experience with this place,i have visited first time there and i felt very delightful with food,ambience is very fablous and food was very yummy, i have suggested to other friends also to visit atleast at once and enjoy the view,food and service too.

The hospitality exhibited by the staff at the hotel is commendable. The food served is delicious and the menu has a lot of varieties to choose from. Friendly staff, Always helpful!!! When I had to disturb them at 3AM for sandwiches (worked in night shift that day), none frowned upon. They were delighted to serve me and it was one of the best sandwiches I ever had!!! Keep rocking!!! 👍 👍 👍

I really loved this place. It has vibes that no other place can give you. Romantic yet so chilling and thriving. This place has really great ambience. Totally would recommend this to a couple who love clubbing and want to go out on a romantic date, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU !! The service of this place is really fast. The food quality is really great although a but expensive. But one day for a romantic date it's suitable.

Attended a function over here... the banquet hall was very clean. Prompt service & excellent food. We did not stay here... however we have stayed previously & its a very good hotel with all the basic amenities. Staff are polite & very helpful. Would highly recommend this place for stay at Thane.

The buffet breakfast is a great spread comprising of Indian, Italian and various other cuisines. Fresh cut fruits and delectable desserts give a nice finishing touch to your grand breakfast which will help you avoid lunch, a support for intermittent fasting, if you will. Staff and ambience is apt for a nice morning breakfast. Traditional Filter coffee is a great addition to the already scrumptious spread. Go for it with your family or friends to have a good time.

Wonderful staff, excellent room service .. rooms are clean and has everything that a business traveler looks for …breakfast has many options.service standards are very high .. special mention to Mr Gourang at the time of check out .. I did a early not check out and they even packed my breakfast without me requesting for it .. little touches like this go a long away .. good job fortune lake team ! Will be back

The Stay at Fortune Park Lake City, Thane was great, the team really did our check in quickly, the breakfast spread was fabulous with different options to choose from. Even the room service orders were delivered on time with all taste intact. I will definitely visit this property when ever I am next in thane. Kudos to the team.

We stayed here for a day when visiting thane. The hotel is a bit difficult to find but the staff is super helpful and very friendly. We had a flight early morning at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 4:30am. They prepared and packed breakfast for us to take with us. I would recommend this place to every one whenever they need a place to stay in Thane.

But I would say, you should try their modern cuisine. Also, the hotel management is taking utmost care of their guest safety under their 10 pillars of Safety and hygiene guidelines known as "Safe Stay at Fortune Hotels". This place is perfect gateway if you are on the way to Shirdi or Nashik.

Amazing hotel..best continental food.. variety of bread cakes and main menu.. little costly but worth... we won't have any such outlet nearby our residence..
